I like mcd's so I bumped the rating a bit 😁. Last year and up to a few months ago the place was always dirty and there were like shady characters sitting around. Its a bit better now, but there are still people who aren't eating but just sitting with their laptops and phones. Staff is nice enough, I'm sure the location and volume of people makes it a challenge. I still stop by for a big mac meal or some fillet o fish.

It's a McDonald's, it wasn't very crowded when I visited but the line to order moved slowly (not because of the staff, indecisive customers) they do have digital kiosks where you can place your order without waiting in line. This was the first time I had eaten in this establishment and many of the tables had not been wiped down. I didn't notice the staff wiping down the tables between customers and the trash was full. Other than that it was a full McDonald's experience.

There is an adorable sign “Welcome to Forest Hills” on the wall by the counter. The decor of McDonald’s FH location is clean, bright but limited-spaced compared to other branches. However, the service was kind of reluctant and the staff served everything slowly. I ordered a cup of latte on their app and pressed “I am here” button when I arrived but it took me 20 minutes to get my order. The latte was still decent with the same standard as usual but we were upset with the long wait.

The workers make it feel uncomfortable. They are not friendly. I went in there and ordered fries and nuggets tonight and the register lady at 11:15 PM REFUSED to give me a sauce for my fries and told me if I wanted one I needed to pay for it. I should’ve just gone to BK or Wendy’s and definitely will next time. Not worth it to go here to this Mcdonalds. The workers are not nice!

Visited the other day. I placed an order 15 minutes prior to arriving via mobile order since my plan was to pick up my food and head directly to work. Made it to the store right when they called my order number. I went up to the counter to pick up my food and drink, and the woman behind the counter was adamant about my order that I specifically took off the meat patty from because I can’t digest meat. 15 minutes since placing the order and they didn’t even start making the food. I had to repeat myself for almost 5 minutes that YES, I DO NOT WANT THE MEAT IN MY BURGER. I ended up going into work 10 minutes prior to my shift so I barely had the time to eat, and when I opened my box, there was STILL the meat in my burger. Why bother asking me 5 times if you’re going to STILL ignore my order anyways? I was honestly pissed since this is the second week that I’m having issues at this location.

The layout of the restaurant was changed with more kiosks and smaller counter area (noticed same change in other locations). This location is less maintained nowadays- the tables aren't clean and there's litter on the floor. We usually pick up mobile orders only. Used to be able to see order numbers and status on a monitor- should be brought back bec now, customers crowd around by the counter to hear an employee call out numbers. There's a smaller window with usually one or two employees only to help customers.

By coincidence, I accidentally dropped a Large Coke from my hand. When I inquired about purchasing a new one or receiving a refill, the response I received was unexpectedly harsh, as though I had committed a significant offense in the store. It's essential for her to understand that politeness and customer satisfaction are fundamental for the successful operation of the business.

Let me start of by saying the entire staff but especially the young man behind the counter need a raise! That poor kid is dealing with everyone all by himself and still managed to keep his cool. Secondly, the pivot to automation is atrocious! From having to place your own meal at a kiosk to having machines that dispense the drinks. It would go much faster if you could order up front as well at the kiosk ( which people just skip the line). As well have having a human fill up the drinks. Due to all of this you end up waiting extremely long for your order. AGAIN NOT THE STAFFS FAULT. All this so McDonalds Corp can make more billion than what they already making. Let's also mention that the atmosphere is chaotic. From the screaming teens, who are slamming each other on the counter to sleeping people at the tables. McDonald's should feel honored to have the staff they do and lucky that they have any customers at all.

I come to this McDonald’s often, but I’m really disappointed with how I was treated. When my number was called, I couldn’t reach the counter because it was too crowded. The staff member — a tall woman at the pickup counter who always looks annoyed — set my order down and moved on to the next number. When I told her that the order she just put down was mine, she snapped, “Listen, I’m calling this number.” Very rude and unprofessional. I’ve noticed this same attitude from her before. It’s frustrating for regular customers to be treated like this.

I like going to the metropolitan location way better, but I wanted a hot fudge Sunday, first look at the picture, it was not filled, not enough hot fudge they did not sure the lid so ice cream and fudge went all over my hands, service is not good. #mcdonals #nyceats

The remodel and shift to take out/automated service has turned this mcdonalds from one of the best into one of the worst. If they forget to put something in your bag good luck getting someone to help. They could staff with robots now and it wouldnt make a difference

This McDonald's is for a real masochist. If you love being told your mobile order hasn't been placed. If you love the employees arguing with you if you paid for that order. If you love employees children running around while you wait for your order. If you love your order taking 20+ minutes after the 30 minutes you placed it. This is the McDonald's for you. Dirties and most late on the orders this McDonald’s franchise has. I ordered my food 30 minutes on the app and it isn’t ready. I’m told by the employee that I have to wait. Seriously! Don’t order from this place. All I see is all the employees walking so chill that they don’t care. What’s the point of the app if they don’t get it on time. Only 3 ppl are eating here. Goes to show what type of establishment it is
