We just visited and the staff on shift here right now couldn’t have been kinder. Happy holidays and thank you 🥰🙏
One of the best places to grab a quick cup of coffee. The food choices are good but quality depends on who is working.
The staff went above and beyond when I left something valuable behind. I didn't realize it was missing until two days later. Contacting the store was really difficult, but once I did, the manager Kayla and her team couldn't have been treated me better. My valuable was kept in their safe, and they insisted on giving me a free coffee and donut for my 1.5 hour drive back home. The whole experience was a real shot of positivity along with the espresso.
Very nice people the lady at the drive through in the mornings is so kind and polite
Bathroom is always clean, and today the staff was so sweet 😊 also- my coffee order here is always made exactly how I like it!
The other morning I stopped by this Dunkin location for a quick breakfast and an iced tea. I ordered a grilled cheese (with bacon). When I went in to pick up the order, I was promised that this would be the best grilled cheese I've ever had. Now, short of resurrecting my deceased grandmother, that's never going to happen. However, it was still an enjoyable breakfast. I pop in this location a few times a week and the staff is always wonderful, polite and they greet me by name. I never thought I'd have a Dunkin Donuts location feel like the set of Cheers, but here we are. At the end of the day, everyone's human and I understand that not everything will be perfect all the time, but this staff has never let me down.
No fault of the people working behind the counter. They can only move so fast. I’d suggest putting another employee on in the mornings just for rush hour. The line of cars was 15 deep . Online orders were coming in by the second. I was waiting at the register for 7 minutes. Had to walk out to get to work. Seems those who walk in are last priority. Again, no fault to those working behind the counter. They were running and still couldn’t keep up.
Been here a few times and this last visit really sealed the score for me. The drive through attendant was rude, short (verbally) and dismissive. They forgot condiments, didn’t hear the last part of our order and wouldn’t let us add it on despite them not hearing. And worst of all, served me burnt croissant! Who sends that out from the kitchen. Lax and you can tell the staff doesn’t care one bit. Terrible Dunkin experience. Really hope this location can step it up
Don't go to this location. They have staff problems. 3 workers, 1 guy on the drive thru, 2 employees in the back yelling that they don't care and don't want to work here. Stood at the counter for 10 mins being completely ignored by everyone. I was the only one inside the store. I would suggest to go to any other location.
Never again. And I intentionally gave ZERO stars for the service. I was there one day and there was one customer ahead of me. There was one worker tending to the very busy drive through, one young man was in the kitchen area, and the one other young woman worker was tending to the one customer ahead of me. There was also a small group of people at a table already eating and drinking. The transaction of this one customer seemed to have taken a little over 10 minutes (I'm not exaggerating). Why? I don't know. The customer finally left and I moved up to the counter, but the worker didn't say anything, but walked away from me. Did NOT say 'I'll be right back' or 'One moment please'... NOTHING... just walked away. I just stood there as she went first to one place, then to another, and then over to the drive through area...so I thought maybe it's her turn at that window. OK, that's possible, so I waited...but it turned out to be about a 5 minute wait. When she eventually returned to the counter, she didn't say anything... NOTHING...so I spoke my order politely, she finally answered politely, and I paid for it...about $30, plus a few dollars in the tip cup. And I stood back to wait...and wait... and wait. As the counter worker was walking between different areas back there, apparently doing very little to fulfill my order, I had the VERY distinct impression that I might not be getting my order. It went through my head. But I had already paid for it, so I waited. I moved over to the 'Pick up' counter and watched and waited. As the counter worker again walked past me, I said 'Will I be getting my order soon?' she rolled her eyes and turned her head away, as though I was ANNOYING her. As the drive through worker walked away from the window and towards this exchange, I asked HER if I was going to get my order soon - I had been there already about 20 minutes!!! The counter worker rolled her eyes again! The drive through worker said that this takes time and that the other worker was new here, and I replied that I understood that...but still I continued to wait. FINALLY I got my order, and I made sure to gently mention to the 'new' worker that I understood about being new on the job. And so I left. But the fact of being new does not excuse me as a customer being ignored, neglected, and disrespected by that worker. And is it or is it not told to the new workers to always be polite, genial, and attentive to the customers? Let's face facts, without the customers there would not be that job for them to have. VERY POOR handling all the way around. BTW, there was one donut that tasted like it was from early the day before. Tasty, but d-r-y. So for me and my household, it's never again.
Waited a half hour for my food and coffee before I had to leave to make an appointment. If I’d known they were incapable of making food or coffee in a reasonable time, I would have rather thrown that money out the window than support such a horribly run company
Ordered an iced latte. What I received was sickeningly sweet. When I brought this up to the barista, I was told I could reorder (i.e., be double charged for something that was completely inedible). Not even worth drinking - I immediately tossed it. Breakfast sandwich was fine but lukewarm, cheese not even melted and cold in spots. Didn’t receive the munchkin 3-pack I ordered and frankly didn’t stick around to wait longer or argue. Excellent start to the morning! 👎
This was the slowest and most disorganized Dunkin’ Donuts I’ve ever been to. On top of that, my order was both incorrect and incomplete. To make matters worse, the person who took my order scolded me, telling me not to “give attitude.” I will be reporting your store, including your name and address, to the highest authorities. If you are in such a busy location, then hire extra staff. I waited in line for 20 minutes just to place an order
Went there yesterday to drive up window the guy was very nice …..but food was disgusting!!! Home fries tasted like plastic and bagel with egg and bacon was awful too , ice coffee was decent though !
This man name Chris , was extremely disrespectful. He was also very demanding. He was being very belligerent. I didn’t know how to react. He is a man with a lot of tattoos on his arm and is in his mid 40*s . He will be hearing from copparte I have to further report this report . I felt very very strongly dismayed . He obviously violated my food there was black spots on it all over , he purposely didn’t give me no Sugar and no ice , I said 4 sugars . He deliberately dis obey me for no reason . He also through the straw at me , I felt humiliated I would never go over their again ,
