The drive-thru line may seem long, but they have a system that makes it go by fast. I highly recommend ordering ahead so you'll earn points for free food. And finally, Chick-fil-A sauce, got to have Chick-fil-A sauce with your chicken.

I recently went to Chick-fil-A for one of my favorite breakfast that is like a home cooked meal while also refreshingly innovative. The Egg White Grill with pepperjack cheese is a testament to the beauty of simplicity. The fluffy egg whites, light yet satisfying, paired harmoniously with the zesty kick of the pepperjack. It's a sandwich that speaks to those seeking a healthier start without compromising on flavor. Complementing this were the hash browns, crispy golden potatoes that provide a quintessential breakfast crunch. Each bite was a comforting reminder of why this classic side has remained a breakfast staple for so long. The 'Sun Joy' drink, a delightful blend of lemonade and sweet tea, is one of my favorite drinks of all time. Even though it will always be called an Arnold Palmer for me it's a beverage that captures the essence of a sunny morning, with the bright zest of lemonade mellowed by the earthy sweetness of tea. No Chick-fil-A meal is complete without their signature sauce, and it did not disappoint. This creamy, tangy delight added an extra layer of depth to the meal, proving once again that sometimes, it's the little touches that make all the difference. Chick-fil-A's breakfast is a reminder that fast food can be both comforting and crafted with care. It's a meal that starts the day on a high note, promising good things to come.

This location had automatic trash can opening bins. The place had plenty of parking. Atmosphere was great. The staff was top-notch friendly and helpful. Now, I'm not in this area a lot or often... but when I am trust me when I say I will definitely make a visit there everytime I'm near. Keep up the awesome job Chick-fil-A family!

I gotta say the service was too notch at this location. Saniya specifically was on the register and took my order and was such a pleasant person even as they were super busy and transitioning into lunch from breakfast which can be kinda hectic. Definitely coming back!!!

Never expected to review a Chick-fil-A, but here we are. The place is super busy around lunch hours, but also quick. With a line of ~15 people, I still was in and out of the restaurant within 7-8 minutes. The reason I'm leaving a review is because of a nice gentleman who worked there. I was enjoying my food in the outdoor dining area and ended up spacing out. A man came up to me and asked me if I was okay and if I could use a refill of my drink. Was it simple service? Yeah, but in a place as busy as that, I respected it. My only regret is that I did not catch his name.

I went to a different Chick-fil-A today, and it was definitely a level up from the ones I’m used to. They had a mobile lane and a regular drive-thru, so everything moved super efficiently. I did curbside pickup, and within just a few minutes, someone brought my order right out to me—no stress, no chaos. You can tell this location gets slammed, but honestly, they handle it like pros.

Delicious food every time! Occasionally they forget some sauces or salad sides, especially in the evening . It’s usually really busy during lunch, but the staff work hard to get the orders out in a timely manner. The earlier in the day, the better the service.

I’ve been through the drive thru a number of times before but today I dined in for breakfast and it was such a refreshing experience. Every time someone came through the door (even an employee) there was a chorus of happy ‘good morning’s to greet them. The ladies working the tables and cleaning were so cheerful and came to check on me multiple times. I’m staring at my heart-shaped chicken biscuit while there’s an upbeat song playing, and it feels like I’m in a commercial. This is what I picture when I think of *Chickfila standards*.

Not a fan of the chicken sandwich. It’s odd because I enjoy their chicken nuggets. The waffle fries were decent. What wowed me was the chocolate fudge brownie and vanilla icedream cone. The chocolate fudge brownie was rich and moist. The icedream was rich and creamy. Both are a perfect treat for a warm day. The establishment was kept clean and customer service was fast.

This place is always busy and that's a good thing. When you see a business busy everyday then you know service and food are excellent. I usually use the drive thru and there is always a HUGE line but don't let that discourage you it move fairly quick. Pricing is par with any other fast-food service. Drive-thru staff is nice and courteous. If you haven't been here before I highly recommend it.

They will have a really nice set-up once the new section of the drive thru is complete. For now it is a horrible wait. But it is Chick-fil-A and you can not beat their chicken sandwiches. So I will endure the wait. The employees they have outside in the heat taking orders from the customers were very polite and soldiered on, I think they need hazard pay for that, but they continued with the company's motto and took care of the customers.

The size of the chicken sandwich has shrunk to kid sized. Filet is smaller and bun is smaller. Other locations are doing this too. Not sure I'll eat at chik fil a again. Years later: Had a better experience. Sandwich filets are more reasonable now.

Now don’t get it twisted Chick Fil La is still what that is lol but I was sooooo upset with my order 01/14/25- I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich with extra pickles, mac and cheese, and my kid a 3piece strip. We had to pull up which is no issue, the issue is that I took em about 8 mins to bring the order and that cause once I sat there long enough I looked back at the young lady at the drive thru and she must’ve remembered that she pulled me up so they come running the bag out. Thank you My pleasure, we get to the car line and pull out our food to eat and the Mac and cheese was dry as the Sahara desert and the chicken strips where pretty much over cooked and and I had 2 pickles on my sandwich with what looked as old wet lettuce 🧐 def wasn’t pleased after calling the number listed and no one answering we ended up sharing the chicken sandwich and giving the Mac and cheese and chicken strips to someone in need 🙃 I know CFL doesn’t make many mistakes so I’m going to take it we just didn’t need it this day! If you order through mobile, go through drive thru. Took 15 min for a pick up order, they prioritize door dash. Parking is always a mess too. Staff looks overworked and it shows.

The setup for entering the drive-thru is strange. Cars get extended into and across a parking lot. The wait is long for a Chick-fil-A, which have generally been average to fast in wait time. Food was has expected, hot and tasted fine. There are no people helping with orders outside as you might find at many other Chick-fil-a locations. If you're not in a hurry, then this is the nearest Chick-fil-A just be prepared to wait longer than usual. Maybe check social media and emails...

Every time I visit this location something is wrong with my order. The last 4 times I have went there is either something missing out of my bag, something missing of my food, or just the completely wrong item. This being a constant issue shows the lack of care. I have called to voice my concern and still nothing is changing. I love Chick Fil A… this location happens to be not even a mile from where I live. I am to the point where I am willing to drive further to a location that will most likely get my orders correct.

I’m a huge Chick-fil-A fan, and my entire family is too. However, we had the worst service experience at this particular Chick-fil-A. My food was burnt, I’m not sure who’s running this place, but they need to train their employees better. When I got to work, that’s when I saw this. This is so sad and disgusting.

I came straight from the location to my house because it's my lunch time and when I took my food out of the bag, I found this inside it, also several times, they have delivered my order incomplete, they do not give me my change correctly when I pay cash, I do not know how they will solve this for me, I live far from the location and I only go for the salad for nothing!!! I’m extremely disappointed with my recent Chick-fil-A online order. I clearly ordered two of a specific item with specific sauces, and it was all placed online, so there should have been no confusion. However, I did not receive everything I paid for. This isn’t the first time there’s been an issue, but this time was especially frustrating because it was all clearly listed in the order confirmation. When you’re paying premium prices and relying on accuracy especially during a busy day this kind of carelessness is unacceptable. I expect better from Chick-fil-A, and I hope they take steps to double-check mobile and online orders before handing them out.

Update: This was the nonsense that was sent to me via delivery (see attached image), presented as chicken minis. Look at the mess. Why is there an underage kid who is not in uniform (obviously because he doesn't work there) working the cash register? This would explain why I was charged extra and then given the wrong order. Smh. Very annoying and have never experienced this at any chick fil a location before. Won't be going back unless I have time and gas to waste.

Normally I absolutely love Chick-fil-A as the food and service is almost always good. I went through the drive through during their peak busiest time on the day I visited this one. Their system and service for getting customers orders is, top notch best drive thru system I've seen yet- I'll give them that. That's what the one star is for. But, their food however. Which is normally the best and healthiest fast food you can get. Is definitely lacking and seeing other recent reviewers I wasn't the only one with this issue. The food I got made McDonald's look × 10 more appeasing. Just the worst quality food I've ever seen from a Chick-fil-A. Which is very disappointing as I normally love there food and what I got was a SIMPLE meal at best!! Basically I got a regular #1 with large fries, 12pc checken nuggets, and a large diet lemonade. Simple items from there menu that almost everyone gets. Yet the burger was the first disappointment. I found it to be squished yet it was on top in the bag. Yet getting it to-go sometimes might happen in packaging. Only I discovered it was also the chicken! It was squished and looked as if it was recooked about three times! Just one cook away from being burnt. It was THAT bad and tasted just as disappointing. Then at first glance I thought the fries and nuggets were promising. I was trying to be optimistic as I was hungry and it looked good at first. Only as I ate a few I discovered that the fries were VERY bland. Practically zero salt and as I ate a couple more waffle fries. I actually found out that they with 80% of the rest of the box ripped me off with leftover bits and pieces of waffle fries! You know the little pieces that you'd find at the bottom of a box or the cooking pan? Yeahhhh some genius in the kitchen decided that- waffle fry scraps purposely hidden with 3 actual whole waffle fries on top, and an overcooked flattened chicken sandwich. Was suuuuch a great meal to give to a customer. Then I'll say unfortunately the chicken nuggets weren't much better.. Something was definitely off with the meat they used. The first two or so nuggets I had looked and were ok. But the rest just tasted really not right. I even had a friend try them and they said they did taste off. --In fact the diet lemonade was the only thing that tasted good and was worth any money. Nevertheless I'm most definitely avoiding this Chick-fil-A from now on. NEVER again. I don't recommend it at all and in fact highly encourage other Chick-fil-A lovers to veer away if possible. At least until they get there act together and actually start serving people good quality food like they're paying for. They seriously need new management for the inside service and food. Other reviews here have reported PLASTIC in their sandwich, receiving bad quality food as well, and not so clean dining in areas. Not only this, but there's also reports of them IGNORING customers when they've tried to report things like this. This place seems to be becoming a hazard in the making. I just hope they get new management and get their act together before any legal issues start pouring in.

Drive through is incredibly slow and it is always busy but it seems like they have no one working because it takes 20 minutes to get your food. Update. Tried again and it is worse. 17 cars in drive through and not enough staff to handle them.

I don’t ask for much in life. Unfortunately, my biggest pet peeve of all time is when I do not receive the number of sauces that I ask for. ESPECIALLY when it is in an online order and the exact number of sauces is declared. This location has failed too many times now for me to not write something in. If this is something that bothers you too, do NOT EVER ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION BECAUSE THEY CAN’T GET IT RIGHT.

This is probably one of the worse locations of chick fil a, that I've been to. I'm a pretty regular customer, I eat there about once or twice a week and every time that I've gone to this specific location, I've left disappointed. The location is nice, the restaurant is clean, but the food temperature and portions have been off every single time I've gone. I ordered 2 chick fil a sandwiches, waffle fries, and a lemonade. When I got my sandwich, the piece of chicken was so small that it barely covered half of the bun. The french fries were extremely over cooked and cold by the time that I got my food, which made the waffle fries super hard to eat. (Almost tasted like cardboard) Overall really bad experience, to the point where I won't come back and would rather go 15 - 20 minutes further to get to the Hulen Chick fil a. This is the closest Chick fil a to my job and it's sad that it's so bad. Most definitely need to improve portion size and quality.

Absolute worst customer service from drive thru worker named Jaretzi. This girl is not cut out to work for Chik-Fil-A she has a very disrespectful attitude. She has no patience for customers placing their orders. While my husband was placing our order she stopped him and said “for future reference start off with telling them what cheese you want first so that we don’t have to correct it”, and made him start the entire order over from beginning- when my husband corrected the order she said again with an attitude “There you go”. Thats not the kind of attitude Chik-Fila should have. She needs to learn customer service. Thats not kind of people Chik-Fila should want or have in their store or the drive thru. I hope Chik-Fila takes action because I can care less about a free meal or discount. This kind of behavior shouldn’t be tolerated anywhere. If this is the attitude they’re going to be having from now on, then I will not be attending to this location!

Diana is a horrible worker, she is always on her phone, never takes orders, does makeup mid shift. Also don’t even get me started on Ivy she is terrible. These girls need to be replaced asap. I'm not quite sure when this owner stop caring but it's giving this franchise a bad name. No leadership in sight. The fold yesterday was oil was dirty. The tender and nuggets were horrible. The young fully staffed employees are not worried at all about the quality of food they serving. Just loud talk about hairstyles and cursing. It's just not good. I did a survey on my last visit and nothing was redeemed so I know the owner was indeed monitoring the experiences. It's just you can't ask for fresh food because they will get offended and refuse. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! I would not order from this location. The staff is careless and not attentive to their orders. I ordered from here and had half of my order left in the store. When I called back to get a resolution nobody cared and proceeded to tell me that it was my fault for the way things went. I was left on hold for 5 minutes and had to call back and request to speak with a manager who also could care less for my issue. You have lost a customer in me. I need to see chick fil a hire better quality employees and be more diligent when providing services to paying customers. Do better.
