Went inside and ordered a thin crust and some pasta wait time was only like 15 minutes super convenient location we walked to our hotel to save money from delivery and the pizza was really good usually I dislike Domino's pizza only came in cause my partner wanted some but this place did an amazing job I actually enjoyed the food. Also pretty clean inside wish the AC was colder in there since it's summer but I didn't mind it wasn't hot in there just average. There's also a place to draw with chalk while you wait so that was fun

Pizza order was delicious and accurate. However I’d scheduled a parking pick up, followed the instructions by parking and putting on my hazard lights. No one came out to deliver my box so I had to go in anyways to pick up my order. There was some miscommunication about what happened to the online order and a couple of workers had to work to find out it the pizza was done or not. Already had given them 40+ minutes before I came to pick up so I’d assume it’d be already ready. Finally they found the box that was prepared. Might just do a pick up order in-person for my next visit.

I placed order before 4pm to get it at 515. The order was delivered to my hotel at 640. Fifty minutes after the pizza was being made according to the app. Can anyone tell what type of chicken I got. Maybe next time I’ll get some barbecue sauce on it. The garlic knots were dry but the pepperoni pizza was good.

My experience here is usually ok however I did have an issue this time. I ordered carry out through the Dominos app. The pizza tracker notified me that my order was ready for pickup, when I got there my sandwich was still in the oven?!! So I had to wait an extra 10 minutes. I asked the employee what the problem was and he said that oven #2 wasn’t working. I was quite upset due to the long wait. Also the employees were outside the facility acting very unprofessional. Management please take care of these issues. Good Customer service is key!

I always order philly steak pizza on thin crust which is great BUT, 50 percent of the time there is a problem with preparing the order. They forget the thin crust, or the sauce is missing, or the wings that I sometimes order are less than what we order … folks, it’s simple: put one person in charge of quality control. Problem solved! 🤯 I know

Ordered a thin crust pizza with bacon mushrooms spinach and banana peppers and clearly this is not a thin crust plus it’s missing the bacon. This store seems to mess up my order everytime. Sad this is the closest location to my house but I will start to order from elsewhere.

Literally the worst! The owner needs to be delivering pizzas himself on the wknds! Delivery is ridiculous and they don’t care! The pizza tracker is NEVER accurate- tonight est was 33-44min… it took 2hrs!!! And even after I called she said 20more min and it took 50! What is going on down there! UPPER MANAGEMENT GET IT TOGETHER!! -extra cheese… does this look like extra cheese? Good lord

Ordered at 10:00. Original eta 18-29min. Called at 10:44 and was told it was just sent out for delivery. Driver, ethan, called at 11:11 for front gate access. Sat outside for 12 minutes before bringing my order to the door. Arrived at 11:23. 83 min after placing order. food was cold. Wasnt the right crust that was ordered. Pizza wasnt even cut except one cut down the middle. Was told i couldn't get a refund, as its against policy, and that i could receive a credit for the same items ordered.

HAIR BAKED INTO MY PIZZA 🤬 I puked 🤮 Physically made me sick!! Not what you want from a Pizza!!!!! ***UPDATE*** I’ve done what they’ve asked and after answering all of their questions and providing the ridiculous amount of information requested plus the receipt absolutely nothing has been done to rectify the situation!! ***UPDATE 2*** Finally received an email stating that rectification is on the way! I’m really glad too because I would hate to think I was never ordering from here again because they are my favorite Dominos. Their food is always amazing. I can’t lie. Not icky like all the rest of the Dominos usually are.

Bruh. What the heck is this??? First off, my pizza was cut incorrectly. Second, neither of my specialty chicken orders were accurate or even remotely what I pay for. This location sucks. Every time I order, I give them the benefit of the doubt that they’ll be better the next time around, I am ALWAYS proved wrong. Do better.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I waited an hour and a half for my food. Called the store to see where it was considering the “tracker” said it was out for deliver. I live 7 minutes from the store. Called and spoke with management and his response was “I don’t know what to tell you, it’s out for delivery, I have no way to get in touch with my driver. Call back in 10 minutes if they aren’t there and we will refund it.” Waited and nothing. Tracker said the driver was on the other side of the highway further from my house than the actual store. Absolutely ridiculous. When the food did finally arrive it was stone cold. Definitely will never order from here again.

The most awful experience ever! I waited an hour for my delivery to be incorrect, they told me they would come back with my correct order, 40 mins more later no one came back, I called and they asked me if I wanted them to remake it. WHAT!!!!

Last night 11/16/2025 we had a game night with friends. One friend said “I’m hungry let’s all split a pizza” so I paid for two large meatzzas or whatever they’re called. They were each $22 and after taxes and delivery fee our transaction total was $55 and some change. The boys each sent me money to cover the $55 split three ways and asked me to cover a tip since I had cash. So I completed the transaction and hit “no tip” when the driver knocked on our door I was so excited legit ran to the door yelling “PIZZAAAA” like a child lol. Got to the door and didn’t see Max but heard someone quickly running down the apartment stairs, then I looked down at my pizza and right there on the box I see it… “IF YOU CANT AFFORD TO TIP YOU CANT AFFORD PIZZA” Max lost out on $20 last night. I am a restaurant server, I know you are supposed to tip but this was crazy that they assumed they would not be taken care of, even though they would have been. I only make tips as a server but to see people demand tips when they make hourly also makes me laugh. The tip was in my hand all you had to do was give another human a chance. Not ordering from this location again.

First off weres Jared i loved him he was always nice and made sure my order was always right.. now on lastnight my mom had ordered online for the special deal for 9.99 they took her money off her credit card then told us they couldn't find the order in the system. Lost her money. So due to the fact we didn't have anything to eat and it was 10pm she called in and was able to get the order processed. Our pizza did not get to our house til a whole hour later, and we had to walk way on the other side of the apartments to get it our pizza was cold and the soda was flat and when I called today to complain about it the man was very rude and noncari g at all I will never ever order anything from this place again

Ordered a pizza for delivery here and I feel like I've not ordered from them before boy oh boy probably won't do it again, Pizza had zero flavor barely any toppings, the chicken was cold fully cooked but cold and spongy also flavorless it was kind of like eating poorly defrosted TV dinner chicken. Sadly this is not uncommon for the area most of the food places here are terrible add this one to the list.

0-2 with two different locations in the same evening. Unsure what's happening with Domino's service, but it's going down hill. This time I ordered via phone, had my card charged and still no pizza.

Thanks for ruining my New Year’s eve. Delivered me a wrong order at curb side which I saw only after opening the box after reaching home. Drove all the way back and they made me wait another 30 min to make it again. This time I quickly checked if it is the correct order and it seemed like. Went home and started eating only to notice that the chicken topping is missing and the pizza sauce on the base is missing. All I got was just baked bread with no sauce some veggie toppings. Had to trash it and order elsewhere. Never ordering here again. Happy New Year!

Missing a pizza out of an order of 3. Calling immediately I was on hold for close to an hour when someone picked up. I explained to them that the third pizza had finally been delivered 20 minutes after the initial delivery. I asked for a refund for the pizza because it was a specialty pizza for a vegetarian in our office that had to go out and buy a special lunch. They told me that there was nothing that they could do because the delivery was completed and delivered in whole. I explained to them that the delivery was not completed whole because it was a 20 minute delivery difference between the first two pieces and the third pizza. I have to speak to a manager. He put me on hold for a brief moment and said that the manager was busy and I could call her back at 2 PM. I spoke with Mike and the manager. Dena never got on the phone. Crazy thing is we also tipped the driver.

I never leave reviews but I am fed up with this dominos. Do not order here. I ordered pizza not too long ago and they messed the order up. I made a complaint and I got a $10 coupon. I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt and order again tonight. Scheduled it ahead of time to be delivered at 7:30. 8 pm rolls around and it still has not been delivered. The tracker says it hasn’t even left the store. We call and they say it’s on the way. 8:20 rolls around and it says the pizza has been delivered yet we still do not have pizza. We call and they claim they couldn’t get in our building so they left. They just left. Finally they decide to come back and now, an hour later we have cold pizza. When they finally got here they claimed they couldn’t find our building. Not only did we get our pizza an hour late and it’s cold, they can’t even keep their story straight. Do NOT order here. Pay the extra money and go to buffalo bros or literally anywhere else.

DO NOT DO DELIVERY. We ordered a pizza delivery, one pizza and one cinnamon bites, and it took two hours for it to get to our apartment. When we got the pizza, it was stone cold and so we called to request a refund, right? The worker on the phone said, “stone cold like Stone Cold Steve Austin?”, and then proceeded to tell us to throw the pizza away because it can grow mushrooms if it’s cold. I wish I was making this up. Professionalism is trash, at least he had the decency to refund us. We’ll be ordering from another store.

I ordered wings through door dash with this place and they prepared my order late but made it seem as if the driver had just picked it up which was not true! I ended up waiting for over an hour for my order for them to deliver wings from their location which was only 1.5miles away all for them to not give me what I ordered and their driver to make excuses. When I called to speak with someone, they did not answer! I'm going to report them to their corporate office! Worst service ever!

This dominos never fails to mess something up. I probably should’ve checked as well but i ordered buffalo drizzle and as you can see there was no buffalo. It just sucks that this one is the closest to my place but they seem to always mess something up. This isn’t the first 1 star review I leave either. Wish there was a 0 star option.

Went for a carry out order for my lunch break, I believe I walked in around 12:10 maybe. A woman was cleaning lobby and welcomed me but didn’t assist in getting my order, then a delivery driver walked up to the front counter when I told him I was there for pick up he pointed to a guy preparing pizzas and said he would be assisting me. That guy proceeded to prepared and place multiple pizzas in the oven while I stood waiting for around 10 minutes. There were no other customers in store and I had already paid online. Anyone one could have passed me my order instead of making me waste my lunch break. It’s already aggravating enough that the front counter guy wants you to sign a receipt for a paid online order (no other dominos makes me do this). So I stood waiting and watching my order that was complete sitting on a rack, waste of time and my lunch break.

Don't do it. Texan visiting the Fortworth Area ... Been in Texas my entire life. I have never had a Dominos Pizza this horrible. Including the phone service, they knew my pizza was wrong when it left the store. The poor driver arrived properly within 20 minutes. My hotel was only a few minutes ago. The pizza was burnt and not a meat lover. Then they kept me on hold for over 45 mins. Of course I finally hung up and wrote this review. $20 wasted. I might go by tomorrow just to see what management has to say. Please safe yourself 🤑 money and time " Don't choose this location" 900 Henderson

I watched their driver hit another car, and crash into a pole, walked over and he wasn’t wearing a seatbelt, was passed out with a giant gash in his head. All his doors were locked and I couldn’t get in. I banged on his windows and he wouldn’t wake up and was bleeding everywhere. He had a dominos pizza thing on his car and was delivering pizza. I banged on his window to keep him awake until emergency services arrived. WHY ARE YOU OPEN AND WHY ARE PEOPLE ORDERING PIZZA ON AN ICE DAY. When I called to tell the manager what happened and said they need to close he said “that’s neither here nor there” on whether they were closing delivery for the day. Do not support this store.

Wow if I had checked the comments before I ordered from here I would’ve definitely gone to another Dominos. We get a cheese pizza from Dominos most of the time during the week and all we ask for is extra cheese. Most dominos are on point! Not this one! It was like cardboard pizza. And they didn’t have any napkins? How is that even possible? Won’t stop in Ft. Worth any more!

If I could give 0 stars I would. I was given a raw, doughy pizza. I called and spoke with the general manager to just get a refund and he basically called me a liar, said “I didn’t make any raw pizzas” and I had to drive back up there to get my refund. When showing him the raw pizza he said “I could eat that and not get sick.” Was very rude, will not be back.

Terrible service terrible pizza terrible boneless wings terrible staff. I order a pizza on Sunday evening at 9:10pm. At 9:46pm the tracker said it was in quality control check, meaning it’s been finished being prepared. At 10:20pm pizza had still not arrived and tracker said was still in quality control check. I called this location and was told was on a two hour delivery time😳, however mine was going out in ten minutes, meaning it has been prepared and sitting out for 45minutes. At 11:20 my pizza had still not arrived, so I called again and was put on hold for 10minutes before being hung up on. I promptly called back and was told again a two hour delivery time and was told I could wait or come pick it up. I asked for the managers name and was refused by employee. Meanwhile my pizza and boneless have been sitting out for over an hour and a half. I asked to speak to the manager who did come to the phone. He explained that the driver was out on a delivery of 5 pizzas, and was probably going to be another hour. I asked how bad the pizza would be sitting out for over and a half, he said it’s kept under warmers. Manager said he could cancel order, I said I would come pick it up. I arrived to pick up pizza and boneless wings and Manager, who was sitting in back doing nothing, came out, found my order, and handed to me and at least apologized. Upon arriving home and opening boxes, the pizza looked burnt, and a few days old as did the boneless wings. The boneless wings had several extremely tiny pieces. Domino’s should be thoroughly embarrassed, whoever owns this franchised should be not only be embarrassed, but have have franchise taken from them. The “manager” was not prepared or equipped to handle franchise responsibilities. This Domino’s franchise is a complete embarrassment and completely inadequate and should probably be closed.
