I went through drive-thru 🚗 last night around 7:30 and wasn’t too impressed, nor put off tbh. The vegetables were fresh, the burger was assembled well and the fries 🍟 were hot. Sadly, the meat in the burger 🍔 was old and room temperature. I may try again during a different shift.

Well they were busy so it was a longer then normal but the reason I am giving a 3 🌟 because I order the teriyaki meal and my bowl was half the normal amount that I usually get

I haven't had Jack in about 20 years. Now I remember why. Their tacos have about a drop of meat in them. Maybe that's why you can get 2 for $1.99. Kiosk ordering? Where are the humans? Jack, do better.

This place is in a scary and dangerous area. We were driving through Fresno looking for a place to get some food. We pulled into the driveway and in the parking lot of the hotel/motel someone was selling drugs to passing cars. There were a lot of homeless and shady looking people hanging around. We parked and decided to get back in the car and go through drive through. The food was hot and good. So no complaints there. The person working the drive through was very courteous. I would not go back because of the area especially at night.

This is usually my go to for a quick bite close to home. I do enjoy their menu options. I ordered the Chicken Tender Combo, and sadly, the meal was less than satisfying. I have never received fries like this, they look like they were cooked in used oil. The tenders were slightly better, with minor dryness due to overlooking. Gotta keep in mind that, although fast food is obviously made quickly, best to not be lazy though on the cooking oil. Save yourself a headache from customers feeling unsettled at the sight of uncrisp fries.

Sat in the drive-through at the window for almost 10 minutes and no one even opened the window.. was on a time crunch and needed to get my husband food for his lunch. Super frustrating!

I ordered on the Jack in the Box website and chose a location 50 feet from the hotel where I was staying. I chose the food I wanted, clicked "pick up" on Drive-Thru, paid, and arrived at the appointed time. I left my hotel room and walked up to the Jack in the Box. I approached the window and asked for my order, showing the payment confirmation on my phone screen. The staff said, "No car, no order," laughed, and slammed the window shut. This isn't just the worst experience I've ever had in a restaurant; such service seems unthinkable. I was simply stunned by the rudeness of the staff. I could have been upset that they didn't give me the dinner I bought, but after seeing the numerous sanitary violations by the staff, my appetite disappeared. Thank you for saving me from food poisoning or diarrhea 😄

I went through the drive through parking lot empty. I placed my order 4 tacos and a #4 went on my lunch hour. The girl at the windows was rude never gave me my reciete an i was missing the #4. I had to call back so many times no one answered! It was completely dead so im not sure why my order was incomplete or why no one could answer the phone.

Service needs way more training on efficiency. Female worker at drive thru did not have a customer in a blue truck park on the side while a very large order was in the works, while other customers with smaller orders were stuck waiting at the same drive-thru for more than 15 mins. Had to head inside to request a sandwich swap for an incorrect item in our #22 combo. Likely won't return again in the future, the service is a bit slow, and they need more staff for these large order situations.

Staff over here in morning is super extra slow was waiting for my order for more than 15minutes after pickup time and still they tell the one who works inside that he is waiting for fries and after 15minutes they paid attention to my order i request to please look forward to this and if possible change the morning staff especially .

Went to the drive thru and tried to order a bonus jack special and the cashier said they ran out of sauce. I decided to order egg rolls. When I drove up to pay the cashier said they ran out of sweet n sour sauce and said that he never uses sweet n sour. I didn't have enough time to reorder because I was on a lunch break so I said I'll just eat it without any. When I took a bite, it was frozen in the middle. I went to look at the receipt it was not even given to me. So no secret sauce for their burger, no sweet n sour sauce on a Friday night. The worst experience ever. You can tell the cashier was acting sketchy.

Asked for 4 tacos, charged me and gave me 2. Doesn’t repeat order so I don’t know how many tacos she got me for. Came back around for more. Took 15 min because of the person in front of me. (I don’t know why they didn’t park him if I had only two tacos) and still had the audacity to charge me for two more tacos instead of comping it. The manager Sydney, I believe her name is is one of the most unprofessional, inconsiderate and disrespectful managers I’ve ever come across she was so unwilling to even hear me out on what the problem with my order was she made 100 excuses on why not to remake it or refund it even though I had the food there and the receipt and I was being respectful and patient, but she wasn’t. She gave me attitude and unwillingness to even hear Customer so her job is to lose customers. She’s doing a damn good job.

Horrible food, horrible accuracy, horrible service. When I called to find a solution, we couldn't come up with anything because I'm not a local and am unable to return to the store. Very disappointing. My #16 meal was just a teriyaki chicken bowl when I arrived at the window. I didn't need the soda but wanted the egg roll. We got that straightened out. When we arrived at our hotel room to eat, I realized there is no teriyaki sauce on the teriyaki chicken bowl! Just rice, carrots, broccoli and a little chicken. Completely dry! I tried to eat a few bites as this is all I have to eat and was counting on getting edible food. The rice is so sticky, it really can't be eaten without a sauce. My fiance's junior jumbo Jack was on stale bread as well. Very interesting that we weren't given a receipt with our purchase. I called the restaurant to inform them of the error and find a resolution. All options include returning to the restaurant. My fiance just had a medical procedure and can't be left alone. He can't walk well so I'm not loading him in the car. We're leaving town in the morning to return home. I can't return to the store. Jack in the Box was a premier quick eat establishment. It is far from that now. Pride in work is gone and their quality went with it.
