Nice thing about Jack in the box, they are open 24 hours and serve breakfast all day. The bad thing is they never have coffee at 4:00 in the morning and they don't have croissants! This is the second Jack in the Box that I've tried and failed

The foreign lady at the window service was very rude and awful ugly attitude and nasty service. She is not very customer service oriented definitely won’t return!!!

I was at the store at 5:34 am today and was told all registers are down and they cannot take orders! I thought this was a 24 hour open store! It is time to shut down this store!

So someone in corporate needs to step in and get this place running properly again. My experiences over the last month: 1st visit - get my food, but they are literally out of every drink except diet drinks and water. I got the last root beer with one of my orders, so bonus there. 2nd visit - pull into the drive through, only to see a sign that says that due to staffing issues they are only honoring delivery driver orders (ie no ordering directly from the drive through/walk in). 3rd visit - can't order the munchy meals due to missing tacos. 4th visit - decide to get a few tacos with my meal, once again out of tacos. Like I understand the holidays are busier, but it's still not a valid excuse to constantly be out of supplies and to be understaffed so badly. Either fix it or shut it down. Going to start picking up at the location 30 minutes from home on the drive back due to the inability to guarantee this place will even have the basics.

I went today on 1/2/26.. I asked for 2 jack wraps and the lady was clueless..asking me grilled or crispy with an attitude... I understand we're human , nobody's perfect , but geez

This might be the worst Jack I the Crack of all. Their service is horrendous. I waited 10 minutes, pulled up to the window and was told the headsets weren't working. Then a guy walked up tobthecwi down wearing a headset that asked me if I could pull back around to order, because he was taking the persons order behind us. This isn't the 1st or 2nd time this has happened, so we left. Food is fine, but service is abysmal. Enter at your own risk. They should open a Golden Chick in its place. That would be better.

The random employees were not giving me mayonnaise no matter how many times I asked they acted like they didn’t know English and I was very polite. I just kept saying I need mayonnaise. I worked jack in the box for many years and I know what I’m talking about there’s no reason to be rude about onion mayo it is the best in town

I've been going here for a while the last two times I came here about a month apart, the most recent being this week. The food is over cooked and we didn't get everything we ordered. Seems like there's new employees or no one is training them. I won't coming back to this location for a while. I hate having to search each bag to make sure I got what I paid for

We went to Jack-in-the-Box. We got food. We got seven breakfast Jack’s. They didn’t even put no cheese on it. No nothing. The food was horrible. Nothing wasn’t fresh. They didn’t give us a receipt and they don’t answer. They just took our $60 and we just threw garbage cause this food was garbage. Please don’t eat here.

Horrible service, I ordered a 12 dollar meal consisting of a Tater tots chicken club, curly fries, a taco, and a cookie. Not one part of this order was even close to okay, not only was I waiting for 10 minutes for them to take my order at 2am when no one else was there, after I ordered and got my food, I asked for sauce, which I was then waiting for it for another 10 minutes, and they had the audacity to charge me 75 cents for it after. Then I go find a place to eat, open my bag, and find my curly fries box was only half full. Annoyed, I open up my chicken club with tater tots to find that not only are there absolutely no tater tots, but there wasn't even any chicken, I was given a egg sandwich that I never ordered???? And to top it off the taco was so bad I couldn't even eat it and the cookie was horribly dry. Never come here under circumstances. EVER. I'm not saying all jack-in-the-boxes are bad, but this one is.

8:55 pm April 17th 2025: the lady working the drive through was a complete nightmare! The rudest person ever!!!! Drove past the person in front of me and yelled cancel my order and she gave me a finger. Which finger? Idk. She was so friggin rude while placing my order, didn't have the correct order on the screen and when I asked if I was going to get the correct items she said just pull around. I don't know what stick was up her ... but she doesn't deserve to have a job. Been the 20 plus times and always had great customer service. That lady single handedly lost me as a customer. 🤯 Also never left a review for a fast food restaurant before. Positive or negative.

Cold food! Don't go thru the drive-thru here if you want to be served correctly. The late night drive thru is unprofessional, rude, and food is not made to order. Overcooked food and only help you if you get off and go to the counter. Be careful late night the drunkards of Frisco hang out here and they almost lynched me. No one ever reached out to me about my complaint, it seems they don't care. Here Jack doesn't listen!

Just got home from ordering 6 tacos from this Jack in the box location, and was looking forward to enjoying them. First off, as I know that JITB is usually pretty hit or miss when it comes to making the tacos as you order them, I asked if I could please have them freshly made. If I didn’t stay too far to have to drive back up there I would! This is ridiculous!! As I figured, the tacos were old tacos, a few of them were cold and stale, and none of them had any lettuce on them. Very disappointed, and I hope this was just an isolated event!

I have given this location many chances. I just went through the drive thru and ordered a supreme croissant. The guy at window was very nice and polite and I thought, "wow, what a difference from the other tines I've been here". I live 5 minutes away and when i got home to open my meal. It was ice cold. Like it was previously cooked and just waiting...as you can see the cheese didn't even melt. The bread was cold and seemed straight out the package. I'm posting because this is my final time coming. Either my order is wrong, the staff is rude, or the food is horribly put together and nasty. This is a brand new location, no excuses. When I was younger I worked for Jack N the Box and this would never have passed. I am disappointed, disgusted, and done. Do not waste your money at this location. You've been warned.
