I was served by Shenaia, she was so nice and even introduced herself. She also gave modifications suggestions based on what I was asking for and her suggestion ended up tasting delicious! She even asked me specific questions like whether I wanted the cold foam to be dairy free because I had the pink drink which takes coconut milk. She was very professional and considerate!

Shanice is the sweetest employee! She’s super kind, patient and generous. Made my drink exactly how I asked for and added a little extra matcha powder on the whip cream, which never gets done usually. Super generous!

I ordered some breakfast, sous vide eggs and London Fog Tea Latte, through the mobile app. Order was ready and waiting for me when I arrived, everything was correct. Staff were friendly. Parking and the drive-through are a challenge at this location, though. Poorly designed, and located right off a major road. Hard to get in and out of due to the very busy, high traffic area.

Fast and friendly Starbucks location. Quick with the orders inside, almost as fast as they are serving the drive thru which is not common.

Could have been a bad day but I asked about a drink and was told they didn’t have it. No biggie. I asked about another drinks ingredients bc I’m allergic to cinnamon and she said she didn’t know and just stared at me. I just ordered something simple, but it was too sweet to me. I normally feel very well taken care of Starbucks locations and was surprised she didn’t offer help. Could have been a bad or long day, but still. Disappointed.

I usually don’t like to leave bad reviews, but today I went to this Starbucks to pick up a mobile order I placed. When I got to the window, the guy told me it would be a minute and he left the window open. I overheard a female employee complaining about me that I had placed my order 7 minutes ago and kept going on about it right in front of me. I understand if there is a rush and it’s not enough time, however, the app says 5-15 minutes and I got there a little early. I think that is extremely unprofessional to talk bad about your customers when they are right in front of you. And then, the guy handed me my food as if I was a bother to him and I only received maybe half of what I ordered. I work in retail so I understand high pressure and traffic can lead to stress, however, this type of behavior is unacceptable in my opinion.

Was charged $16.31 for a grande cold brew and a cheese danish. Didn’t notice until I left the drive thru. This is always about $10. Think the “barista” might be late on rent or something charging me double for one drink.

Butters

Milk left on the counter gets warm! When I arrived, there were 5 different milks just sitting on the counter unused. Having milk out makes it get warm and grow bacteria. Honestly, it’s not hard to put the milk in the fridge between making drinks. (I use to manage a Starbucks). The service was quick, but the drink tasted noticeably different due to non fresh milk being used. Extremely disappointed

*Review for Drive through* Possible the worst drive through design I've come across. The entrance AND ordering point is right at the street, separated by a pavement that makes maneuvering cars tricky. The horrid design often creates a queue that spills out on the wrong side of active traffic and even blocks the entire road. There is enough space for the order point to be move further away from the road but don't understand why they have designed a dangerous entrance. My advice would be to either avoid this location or order inside (it's less busy inside).

Going to order a coffee with milk and not having the right staff who are patient enough to serve you and wanting you to buy what they want doesn't seem like a 5-star review to me. I told the lady that I am allergic to cinnamon and that I am also pregnant, so I cannot consume it, much less consume it. To which she replied that 2% is not bad "I AM ALLERGIC"

This is the worst starbucks store experience i had so far in the country. I usually buy 3 coffees everyday. This place is so close to my new place and ended up here for coffees a couple of weeks. The barista don't make good coffees as in other stores. They are rude and always make the wrong order or miss something in the order. I go to drive thru and its so share and not pleasant. If i ask them about the wrong thing they made, they respond as if i am stealing from them. Very bad place experiences all the time, i recommend the store on ohio drive.

I’ve been to this location several times over the years and no problem until yesterday ordered several items spent $50 on 3 breakfast sandwiches two coffees and a matcha tea, the tea was clumpy and I’d asked for whip (missing) I didn’t want to complain since I’d had to ask about the whip assuming they’d stir the clumps but no, then my husband came in after I’d ordered everything and paid and ordered a water to add. They proceeded to school him on the new water rule which hello! I just paid $57 on my purchase! The manager was right there busy talking to the fed ex driver about other things and how surprisingly busy it was so couldn’t get any better assistance. Never coming back to this location Do better!
