Stood in line with 5 others and watched the staff for 10+ minutes work on online orders ignoring us. Serve the people Infront of you first. Just basic customer service.

Very slow service! Ordered ahead of time online still had to wait for a long time to get a small order. The staff is nice and was trying hard to get people served but they were clearly understaffed.

I went to have the black pepper sirloin steak, which none was cooked. I ask the cashier since they have to make it, can you leave off the mushrooms. She act like I was asking to give me her check. So after removing the mushrooms, 4 pieces of meat and vegetables

Not great customer service not even a smile and kids meal is almost 7 bucks which is ok but gosh stingy in making it look somewhat full

God forbid I asked for a little bit more of the orange chicken the lady acted like the whole panda chef is going to shut down for missing 2 pieces of orange chicken. Gee im paying stingy

horrible experience this place is getting worse every time we go eat there! Rude lady serving the food, rude cashier, the food wasn’t fresh anymore, what is wrong with this people! that lady didn’t even speak english! and after that she gives a bad service! 🤦🏻‍♂️🤬

I usually enjoy Panda Express, but my recent visit was very disappointing. The server(SUE) was rude and dismissive when I asked a simple question about the menu. On top of that, the food I was given was soggy and cold, which made the experience even worse.

I tried the crispy sesame shrimp & beef. There were two shrimp & two small bite-size pieces of beef. I had it door-dashed so the nothingness was my surprise! Thanks, Panda, glad others will see this. Tired of being ripped off.

This location has zero customer service skills. Manager is rude and unable to understand what I was asking for. Wanted to overcharge me for a very small portion of orange chicken. Will never come back. I had to go to the one at FM 544, they got me what I wanted!

I ordered through uber eats at 4:22pm it’s currently 5:22pm and my order still isn’t ready. They don’t have a phone you can call. Honestly worst customer service ever. Especially because I can’t do anything about it. I’ve had 3 different drivers show up there and there still not done. I know it doesn’t take an hour to make orange chicken.

I am writing to express my disappointment regarding the service I received at your location. On my recent visit, I placed an order in person and expected to be treated with the same level of respect and priority as any other customer. However, that was far from the case. Despite physically being present in the store, my order was delayed significantly while multiple online orders were being prioritized. I stood waiting for over 15 minutes with no acknowledgment from the staff. When I attempted to speak to an employee about my order, I was completely ignored. Eventually, a staff member approached me only to say, quite bluntly, “online orders are more important than you.” This experience was not only frustrating but also incredibly disrespectful. As a paying customer who took the time to come in person, I do not expect to be treated as less valuable than someone ordering online. Every customer deserves equal treatment, regardless of how they choose to order. I hope you take this complaint seriously and use it as an opportunity to improve your customer service. I would appreciate a follow-up regarding how this issue will be addressed.

This place is so UNPROFESSIONAL. NEVER has anyone that knows the system and can help out. I placed an online order for pick up and received confirmation that it would be ready by 9:20. I sent my sister and law to pick it up and she calls me telling me that they don't have my order and that we didn’t place it with them like what? I sent screenshots for them to see so they had to REMAKE my order because apparently they didn’t know where it was etc. Had to wait extra 30-40 minutes for that, food comes home and the order is wrong 🤦🏽‍♀️ I called back to the restaurant because at this point I just want my refund like there’s no point going back and waiting AGAIN. I called the first time. No Response. Called a second time and the lady who picked up was someone named Marrie or maria idk but she didn’t know how to help at all whatsoever. Restaurant closes at 10:30, I’m explaining to the employee the situation and she tells me to pick up the replacement because they don’t do refunds even though it was THEIR MISTAKE. I tell her is literally no time for me to go because they’ll be closed by the time I get there and she just wasn’t understanding so I asked for a manager or corporate phone number because CLEARLY they won’t do anything about it. She says i can pick up replacement next day but I ordered my food for tonight not tomorrow so a refund is only fair to me as a customer that had to wait extra time for a mistake on their part NOT ONCE BUT TWICE. In the end she just put my name down and said to call back next day because their manager wasn’t there and they didn’t know what to do. Will never be ordering from this place again. UNPROFESSIONAL AND WASTE OF MY TIME HONESTLY.

I was waiting for 5 minutes before getting my food, then when I did, I received what's in the picture. Shorted on the rice and the chicken. The lady who took my order was rude beyond belief. She cared more about talking to her co-workers than taking my order. Won't be coming back just because of her. Very poor service.
