I purchased a pizza, stuffed cheese bread and 32 Parm bites. We had a second order placed on my account that I was also picking up to go back to the same location. The pizzas weren't bad. The parm bites and stuffed cheese breads were bad. The parm bites had partially cooked globs of greasy dough in the box. The stuffed cheese breads, both were smaller than usual AND the one was half the size of the other and burnt and greasy and inedible. An absolute waste of money.

Ordered on line....waited forever for my delivery and after an hour and a half called to find out where my order was. They said system down and they are closed. Never called to tell me they were not coming even though they had my info. Did not apologize. Still waiting for my refund after 6 days. Never offered any coupons or free food for next time. No apologies.....just thought it was ok to not inform someone the food they paid for wasn't coming. I understand computers go down but not even to call and tell someone .. And the fact I haven't been refunded afterb6 days is ridiculous. Never going there again

I ordered a pizza online I then called to double check the person was very rude I asked for extra cinnamon on bread bites she lied and said they never did I just the ordered the same items last week will not be going back I will pick another location

I was very upset cause we always go to this location but for a while they kept on messing up our orders so we stopped! Today my kids said mom can we get dominos pizza so we ordered and basically got more bread than sauce, cheese and topping! When I called I was told it’s cause we use fresh dough!

Horrible place and store. Very bad and took forever to process making bread bites...never again and staff not friendly and moving at snail speed. App said they would be ready in 14 minutes took over 1.5 hrs and they refused to redund the money Never again.I canceled my account with them and uninstalled the app.This is the second time they do this to me.This company does not know what they're doing, and they keep taking orders setting unrealistic times making me drive out to the store and the quality of the product at the end is poor

We gave this store 5+ years of business, and their current management has no interest in listening to loyal customers. We had a kids party and they delivered the wrong item and they refused to replace it unless we paid them for the replacement item. The manager was extremely rude on the phone. We will take all of our party orders to Jets down the street.

When you order a large pizza and you get a medium pizza and they tell you 10 different excuses or you can get small medium or large and then they say they don’t have your name on the pizza and we just picked it up.( paid cash) Is that awful or what the manager gets on the phone And try and clear it up and still at the end of the day I was supposed to have a large pizza and I want to be accommodated for this. One I want to talk to GM managers of this store this is absolutely Ridiculous ridiculous and unacceptable. 🤦🏽‍♀️ i wish everyone could hear the manager talking it didn’t make sense at all Domino’s Pizza Troy

I ordered a small meat lovers pizza and some buffalo wings. Just look at the box the pizza came in…very greasy, and that’s what it tasted like. The wings were mushy and fatty and the food just tasted old. On top of that, the delivery guy basically told me to give him a tip!😳🤦🏽‍♀️

I rarely leave negative reviews, but I feel compelled to share my experience. The food at this dominos was decent—nothing spectacular, but certainly edible. However, what completely ruined the night was the behavior of the manager. From the moment we raised a concern about our order, the manager responded with an alarming level of attitude and dismissiveness. We didn’t catch her name but she was short with glasses. Instead of listening and trying to resolve the issue,she was condescending and visibly irritated, brushing us off like our presence was an inconvenience. It’s incredibly disappointing when someone in a leadership position chooses to escalate tension rather than diffuse it. If you’re looking for a place with not just good food but also a welcoming, respectful environment, I’d recommend looking elsewhere. Hospitality matters, and unfortunately, it was sorely lacking here.
