Just another pizzeria with nothing special to write home about. We ordered a couple of pizzas and soft drinks. The service was good, and the pizzas were what you'd expect from a place like this. The restrooms were a bit shabby, even though it wasn't crowded.

We went to Domino's last night, and even though the place was packed, with lots of noise, screaming children, and parents who weren't keeping order, we'd especially like to thank Juan, the waiter who served us, for his kindness. Despite being alone in the dining room and with only two other people in the kitchen, he managed to maintain calm. The atmosphere was truly chaotic, and we had to wait quite a while, which is understandable given the number of people, but there shouldn't be just one person serving in a situation like this. Even so, Juan remained patient, polite, and helpful throughout. Thanks to him, we left satisfied. A 10 for his professionalism!

Bad quality, not easy to understand the menu layout you can order, employees seems sad

Lamentable, y pésimo el chico que atiende en el ordenador un chico alto y delgado con el brazo tatuado le pedimos las pizzas(el menú de 14€) y éramos 5 personas y estuvimos esperando las pizzas 50 minutos y luego se atreve a decir que se le olvidó, es lamentable el servicio que nos han dado y todos los demás trabajadores de risas y fiestas en la cocina una falta de limpieza espectacular

No hacen mas que borrarme la reseña la intento volver a publicar. Lamentable pedi dos pizzas a domicilio a las 10pm.a las 11 me aparecen como entregadas llamo y me dicen que es un error de la plataforma pero esta en reparto que no me preocupe que tienen un retraso de unos 50 min aprox le dije que no pasa nada(entiendo que es festivo y estan a tope)pregunto si la de mi calle ya salio y dice que no puede ver las direcciones.a las 11:30 pasadas vuelvo a llamar porque entiendo que cierran a las 12...me vuelve a coger el mismo chico y me dice que cancelo el pedido porque el repartidor no me contacto y no ponia el numero de piso(lo comprobe en la app y si aparece). NADIE a llamado a mi telf el cual estaba con sonido y al lado mio y NADIE vino a mi portal porque no sono ningun timbre milagrosamente esta vez si le sale mi direccion le digo si le parece normal cancelar a esa hora cuando no puedo pedir en otro sitio y sin avisarme.tampoco se vuestros protocolos pero entiendo que si el repartidor vuelve a la tienda y supuestamente no me contacto lo normal es que lo intenten desde la tienda cosa que no ocurrio ya que llame yo las dos veces.voi a poner una queja formal contra ambos ya de que tampoco me quiso facilitar datos ni de el repatirdor.esto fue el jueves 1 de mayo.por cierto 32euros de pizzas que aun no me fueron reembolsados ni se si lo tienen pensado

Lo primero que hay esperar que a los trabajadores de salgan de alma ir a ver si hay alguien esperando o no, y no reponieron las maquinas de bebidas el kas sabia a vitamina c de las baratas y el Pepsi era agua con gas, solo se podía beber lipton, y hacía un calor de 34 grados, y ni siquiera abrieron la puerta, y no hay ventiladores, le doy una estrella porque no le puedo dar menos

Hice un pedido para entrega a domicilio, un miércoles sin ser festivo y cada vez que se acerca la hora de entrega me volvían a retrasar 20 min. mas la entrega, decidí llamar al local y la chica que me atendió que se llamaba Lucía no supo darme una solución se declinó en repetir una y otra vez que mi pedido aún ni siquiera estaba listo que habían tenido mucho trabajo y que hasta dentro de 40 min. no se realizaría mi pedido es decir una hora y veinte para entregar un pedido. Primera y última vez que hago un pedido en domino’s. Quien quiere un servicio de estas características y con muy poca resolución de imprevistos de cara al cliente.

Pedimos una pizza cremozza al estilo barbourn para llevar a casa y aún estamos buscando la mitad de los ingredientes.

It was very slow, so I went and ordered at the counter. After an hour and a half, I went to ask if it was taking much longer and the girl took my order again because she hadn't passed it on.

50 minutes waiting when they said 10 minutes... Nothing to add when we're waiting. I feel bad because I never mark a bad order when I go to pick it up, but we're talking about almost an hour's wait.

It took them an hour to bring my pizza, and I even had to remind the waiter that they hadn't even prepared it. Terrible service, I'll never go back.

The waiter is very nice and friendly, but the waitress is not so much because she's very rude. The pizzas are okay...

Yesterday, I waited over 80 minutes. And on top of that, my order was incomplete. When I contacted them, they treated me like it was my fault and they had nothing to do with it. Besides, it was clear the delivery driver had come from somewhere else, with the packages all squashed.

I'm just here to say that it's possibly one of the most unsanitary Domino's establishments I've ever seen. So much so that we didn't even get inside. It's a shame that a single person's establishment ends up like this because of the employees' negligence. If it were mine, I can tell you that the employees who were there today, August 15th, on night duty would quit in a heartbeat. The tables were dirty with wet napkins and chunks of dough like mashed potatoes on the tables. The floor, let's not even mention it. A real shame, honestly. I was about to turn around 5 minutes into the game just to take some photos of the place, but I wanted to keep what little appetite I had left.

We arrived at the establishment and ordered four lunch and drink meals for €14. We ordered four sides and four pizzas, and they forgot to make one of the four pizzas. Anyone can make a mistake, no problem. We ordered four sides and four pizzas again, but this time they forgot to make EVERYTHING: the sides and the pizzas. After more than 30 minutes, we asked the staff who took our order about what happened, and they said the order was lost "in limbo." We suggested if we could take the pizzas home, since if we had previously ordered them in the ghost order, we would have already eaten them. They refused to give us takeout pizzas, citing the "Red Cross" or a similar reason. I really like the pizza chain, but things like this make me consider going to competing establishments, which are very close to this one. Without a doubt, when I'm in the area, I won't be coming to this establishment and will go to Papa John's, for example. The table has been empty for over 45 minutes as I write this, which is how long we've been waiting for the order that went "into limbo," according to the Dominos staff, and another one we ordered to recoup the 14 euros we paid for the most "premium" Eat & Drink they have. What a disappointment.
