I came here on 7/22/22 and it was great! The lady at the register was very nice and helpful. I tried a new drink which was probably the best Starbucks drink I’ve ever had and my mom got a vanilla sweet cream cold brew which she liked as well! Overall I had a great experience! Here is the drink I ordered: Grande (medium) vanilla bean Frappuccino w/ -2 pumps caramel, -3 pumps toffee, -java chip topping, -cookie crumble topping It is delicious and you should try it!

Needed a spot to do some computer work while waiting on some people shopping. Great Internet, clean, staff was perfect.
It's nice place, more open design than some with a mix of hard back seats and cushy softer seats. There seems to ample power.

I always get a white mocha with an extra shot and as usual it was delicious! The Baristas at freedom and Airport are friendly and even know me by name. I like that!

Probably the best frap I've ever had. The staff was amazingly friendly. When I picked up my drink at the counter an employee kindly said good bye to me by name. Best service out there.

I will always give Starbucks 5 stars due to their amazing hot chocolate with regular or oatmilk it's the bomb it sucks that they don't put vanilla in it anymore but if you add vanilla it's still just as amazing.
Went through the drive thru around 5am and service was super quick, I was the only one inline. I like that they open at 4:30am so that I can stop here when I drive back to Orange County. Perfect location to grab a quick coffee before you hit the road. And love their banana bread.

I ordered a coffee 9:05 PM Sunday, September 17, 2023 wanna be manager i ask her question I ordered coffee and I asked her kindly I’d like to have a hot cup of coffee She said sure it will bring you a cup I tipped her and she gave me cold coffee if I wanted a cold coffee I would’ve asked for a Cold coffee . She thought it was a joke with her. employees They thought it was a joke I called right after I want to be manager said I’m sorry our machine went down. Why did she tell me that at first place please get professional people in there wanna be manager

Came in and Rae at the register was a class act along with Francesca asked me to wait at the register she will have my coffee right up. Then I asked Francesca if she could make my bagel extra toasted after bringing it back to her she said I'll make another one and called me over to see if the extra toasted was ok, I said perfect and just can't say enough about the whole crew. The place was very clean warm hospitality. I wish the Soledad Starbucks were retrained by this crew starting with their shift leaders Celes in Soledad
The store manager is the kindest, nicest, friendliest I’ve ever encountered. She truly cares about her customers. This is a rare quality these days! In addition to her top customer service. I noticed upon arriving are work she was out cleaning up trash, before she even took off her personal belongings. Super Star!!!

You keep walking, that's where you place your order. Further down to the right was the restroom. The restrooms were decent. they could use some cleaning. The restroom floor by the sink was wet. One restroom was out of order, but I think they use it for employees only. My order was ready super fast, and pastries were fresh. Overall, it was a great experience. This might be my new stop when going on road trips.
Stopped by this Starbucks today and staff member Cassandra was super nice! She was bubbly & friendly and interacted with my son while we ordered. It’s rare to see such kindness these days & we really appreciated her customer service.

It's Starbucks! Great selection of hot or chill coffee and tea beverages a nice pastry desert counter, staff was fast and friendly. It was Starbucks! My daughter works for Starbucks and loves it!☕🍵
As other Starbucks locations, this one serves good quality coffee and your are welcomed by enthusiastic baristas. It is always crowded on the weekends, thought.
The Baristas are usually pretty good at making the beverages the way you ask for them. They are willing to remake your drink if you let them know what is wrong.

The one time I visited they had a lot of orders prepared wrongly. But still they redid everything fast enough. That's what makes Starbucks awesome.
Great place to work on projects, homework, or any other sort. Fast wifi with somewhat quiet atmosphere. Drinks are a little overpriced with tons of sugar.

Seems to always be a change of shift that caused confusion among orders... 3 out of 4 times. If Java Express was in Gilroy I'd easily never return to Starbucks. ---original review--- Very INCONSISTENT on white mochas especially. Sometimes it's more like a vanilla shake and other times it's a proper white mocha like other Starbucks can manage to produce every time. Safer to not get a white mocha lol.
Typical Starbucks. Good food and drinks. Pleasant staff. This location seems to have a lack of storage space though. This causes them to store a wall of boxes near the bathroom entrances. It makes waiting for the restroom (a common occurrence here from my experience) a bit of a challenge.
Service was great, even though the person taking our order had a little hard time understanding what we were ordering. But our order did come out perfectly.
I asked Google for a Starbucks along my route and this is the one that gave me. I was pleased. Convenient parking. Other choices in the same shopping Center. Fast and friendly service. The bathrooms could have used a little work.
Good old $tarBuckies.... We have enough locations here locally that if you are placing a phone order and they are sold out of what you want you can usually just drive a couple miles to another store to get it. Besides being able to get what you are after this helps you complete time sensitive promotional offers within their allotted timeframe.
Love the drive thru. Always have nice people working. But I gave 4 stars cuz sometimes they will leave a drink out and forget or not even place the order or make my frapp a little too milky....

Nice to have a location walking distance from my home, just a little disappointed by the service. Ordered on the app and by the time I got there, my order was still not ready and i took my time to get there since it was during rush hour. To top it off, they ran out of matcha and didn't tell me until I got there.
Employee said inside was closed, but drive thru was open still. It wa# about 10 minutes to 11 pm and there still people waiting inside for their orders and their was about 7 cars in the drive thru libe. It was just a bit frustrating. Especially since we parked in front we arrived at about approximately 10:35 but it took a few minutes to get the baby and stroller out of the car and our dog was bound and determined to come along.
It's time that pets should not be allowed to enter where food is being prepared. I get a service animal all for it. It's your family, not ours. You need to respect that not everyone wants to see a dog or smell it while they are eating inside a dining establishment. Please address this issue. This is being abused and needs to stop. Only service animals with the cover over them that says service animal and card on hand. Two dogs 🐕 in this place at once. One just reeked badly 😢 either the pet 🐶 🐕 or the owner.

I was happy that he let me quickly use their restroom but as soon as I got outside he said kind of rudely "wait outside". Their manner is professional, habituated, and when the habituation is challenged, a wizened 24 year old who had 'seen some things', reacted to the big yellow nose on my face as if it were just another new version of expression, like gender fluidity and the pronoun revolt against natural engendering, historical satire, and modern silliness in general. As was necessary apparently. The BIG question in my mind is how will their children and grandchildren rebel? At this point they will have to take a stance on reality that they do not exist within it, and prefer to not be seen or experienced while in reality ad the 'Ghost' living itself as the last bastion of anything anyone might be able to kick over and say down with this, this,THING, OLD AND LIKE! Perhaps choosing a lifelong cosplay as an actual lifestyle choice?!? Anyhoo, any and all jokes bounced off the aprons of these jaded, er, mean, well-trained customer service minimum wage animals that Starbucks is putting into their stores these days. They might want to perk up some or they can expect a stiff challenge from the upstart AI funbots that only need to be bought once ands serviced occasionally!

No whip cream, no protein boxes, long wait for curbside and drive thru. Cashier was very professional . Drinks were great.

Yup, it's a Starbucks. I'm personally not a big fan of Starbucks (overpriced) but hey, if you already like Starbucks then you'll like this one. Coffee is pretty adequate and service was fast! So there aren't any unique problems with this location :)
Not my favorite store but I think it's because it's a drive thru. The partners with headsets are always prone to have the f#@% off vibe to any guest who dares to ask a confirming question. While I empathize and couldn't deal with the headset myself, must admit when you get the FO vibe in the moment it turns thank you into FU!
I walked in as there was a long line at the drive thru. Still took 21 min for a simple 4 shot espresso, I got a couple heated food items about 5 minutes into that wait and the food was no longer hot when I got back to the car. Stay away from a Starbucks with long lines. Not worth it for a cold meal.
Usually my favorite Starbucks. But the past 2 weeks they've been doing not so good. Order a peppermint mocha, get a watered down coffee with no peppermint. Order a brownie, they give me a cookie. Order a pumpkin spice latte, get a broken lid on it and coffee goes everywhere in my car.
Avoid the drive-thru if you can. I usually spend 10+ minutes in line--the service is REALLY slow. In fact, I recommend you head over to the Starbucks in Barnes and Noble in the same shopping center. It'll save lots of time.

Don't trust their listed hours! For the fifth time they closed almost an hour earlier than their listed times by the door. Annoying when your're planning to meet someone there, only to be told they're closing in 10 min when the sign says not for another hour. Lame!
Customer Service at this location is Awful.. If you dislike your job you should try something else.. manager sitting at a table watching employees being rude to customers..nothing worse..
The place is clearly understaffed for handling sunday noon orders. Stuffs were very overwhelmed, waited almost 25 mint for a simple latte.
Just waited 30 minutes for two drinks. They seem very unorganized behind the bar. We watched the drive through go faster than everyone's drinks inside. Really unfortunate because the girls at the cash register were so nice and deserved the tip I left.
Too slow they like to talk in the online orders come first I was the only one in the store and they waited 10 minutes while they did the online coffee and the people's weren't picking it up yet in-store customer should come before online
Drinks are wrong majority of the time. Even when remade they are made the same way. Don’t have this much trouble at other Starbucks. Think it’s time just order from other Starbucks, the drive will be less inconvenient than a gross drink. 🙃
I've tried to give this location varies tries. However everytime I come in the evenings and i receive my caramel frap. It taste so bad and never blended all the way. Super chunky with the ice. Today was what got me to write this, the drink made me throw up and made my throat feel as if it was burning. Go to the drive through one infront of old navy
I am not a fan of Starbucks and this location is no exception. Very over priced. Too political. Always crowded. The drive thru can clog up the parking lot. Typically parking is limited. If you ever wait for someone to go into a Starbucks, just people watch. The demographic is very evident, women from age 25-45 are the primary consumers. They are either wearing designer clothes or yoga pants.

Half the venti cup is foam I scraped it out to show how they just filled half of it up. When I asked for it to be remade and showed her how much foam there is all she did was take it away from the window and swirled it around & handed it back.

Dirtiest Starbucks I have ever seen! bathrooms were disgusting, obviously not cleaned for several days. Cashier counter, Barista counter, floors, etc...were dirty. What's happening here?
I have been to a lot of Starbucks and this one the staff is rude and so slow. The drive through is broken which does not help but a rude staff makes for a bad experiance
Order Passion tea lemonade with pumps raspberry syrup and were out of raspberry syrup😫😫😫 so got classic and tasted water down. Not good!!
I asked for oat milk and instead of telling they ran out they put regular milk without telling me. I was watching the barista make the order and I even double asked him.

They were really rude and had horrible customer service. They rushed you and were very aggressive when handed us the drinks. If I could give them a half a star I would.
Closes before the posted hours. They lock the front door and tell everyone to go though the drive through at any time they feel like it. They sit on the counters with there dirty butts being lazy at this time.
the place is a 5 stars but im giving it 1 because of bad customer service that the supervisor JOSH game....i came in the girl with the pink hair was super nice i place mg order db sandwich and my carmel machiato...the girl was goin to give me my sandwich but thats when i he heard and saw JOSH TELL HER I GOT IT DONT LET YOUR LITTLE HEAD WORRY ABOUT IT. Thats when i saw him with a broom on his hand packaging my sandwich without any gloves... i asked her if she could do me another one and help me and he said no i wanted her to help me but he didnt let her...i asked for his name all cocky about it he said his the supervisor person in charge and his name was Josh..realy rude guy...i wonder how he got the job. This is the SLOWEST Starbucks in town!! Almost 11:00 am and one person making coffee! Five people in drive through has taken 15 minutes and still in line!!

Worst bucks ever. 1st visit, egg sandwich is still frozen in the middle. 2nd visit, frozen again! 3rd visit, 15 mins to get coffee. Today, 12 mins. And only after I repeat the order to barrista. They cannot get the order 3feet from register to barrista without losing it.

This is one of those Starbucks where you’ll save time walking in to order your coffee. Like, you can order your coffee, finish a dissertation, and write novel before 5 cars rotate in through the drive through. 17 minutes for 7 cars. Insanity.
This Starbucks was not up to par. My Grande tuxedo mocha wasn't tuxedo and the cup was only 1/2 full. And no whip cream. My husband's drip coffee with milk was short on the milk as well.
I went at 10:24pm and the store was completely dark. The hours say until 10:30. I understand it might be cutting it close but there is no reason it should be completely closed without a worker in sight. This is outrageous. Either update your hours or stay until it’s said
When I walked it there was one customer waiting for his drink and no one in the order line and no customers in the drive through. I ordered two drinks. I sat there and waited for over 10 minutes as I listened to the ladies talk about toy story, cars, Coco and Pixar. Now people start coming in, cars are in the drive through. They make the order ahead drinks and drive through orders first. Eventually one of my drinks come and I have to wait another 5 minutes for the other drinks. Every time I come here they're always slow. They don't say hi. Really all Starbucks are the same except this one is beyond reasonably slow and unfriendly staff.
Slow drive thru service..I was in line for 20 minutes.when I got to the window my drink was not even ready. I waited for an additional 5 mins for a simple brew coffee. I live in a busier city, population higher & service is a lot better. I will not be returning to this location.
Went through the drive-thru, queued, asked for a black americano and unsweetened ice tea. Repeated unsweetened three times. The ice tea was sweetened, so we drive back round the block and went in. No-one would speak to me unless I waited in line again at the counter, then when I told the server he just shrugged - when I asked him for an unsweetened one he was like "yeah, we'll do it" (no apology). Waited another 10 minutes, no drink. Eventually grabbed someone else and asked AGAIN. She made it in about 30 seconds, but it took me half an hour in total just for an ice tea. Customer service 0 stars.
Awful! Awful! Awful! 😰😰😰😒😒😒 Ordered for 2 drinks from drive-thru... paid for extra Caramel, asked if both had extra Caramel, with a puzzeled look he said yes, pulled forward, obviously did not have extra Caramel. So I go in, it was a HOT MESS!!! Baristas pissed off at each other, customers complaining they had been waiting for over 25 min. Still barely got any Caramel sauce but sure did pay for it. Craziness.
They never open the time they say they're supposed to. Usually 2-3 times a week I'll be waiting at the drive thru and no response I pull up to window and theres an employee there but not taking orders even 30 minutes after they're opening time. If I could rate you guys with a zero I would for the inconvenience every morning.
The drive-thru is never open at 4:15am. I come from Los Banos everyday and this one is the earliest that opens but sadly it is NEVER OPEN at 4:15 customer service is out the door especially in the Drive thru. I dont see how the district manager doesn't get complaints about this location Their openers aren't opening up on time. If they cant show up then change the damn hours to 6am. So travelers wont waste their time.
Stopped for a quick Americano while driving north. Not tidy at all. Bathrooms were the messiest I have ever encountered at a Starbucks. Every trash bin was overflowing, including as you walk in to make an order. Sheesh
Drive through was pretty bad today sadly.. I ordered a venti white chocolate iced. First I was given a Carmel cloud one gave it back then given a tall with whip but I paid for a venti so gave it back was given someone else's drink then finally given the chocolate mocha venti but no whip..😐
My mother and i went to the drive thru of this Starbucks on 12-6-2023 at 6:20PM where she started by asking for someone whos been making drinks for awhile to make hers, because it tends to be a difficult one to make. I could already tell the person who took the order didn't sound very happy about what she asked for. When we got to window she was handed the drink and asked by Chris "is this to heavy?" she told him yes, and started to basically explain how to make it super light (the drink is mostly foam) Chris then intentionally cut her off mid sentence and said "alright all i needed to know is if it's to heavy" then he walked away. I was like uhhh why is this dude getting hostile??? when we tried to flag down the barista, she gave a yeah right kinda look, and turned her back to us. At this point I'm getting heated by the painfully obvious lack of basic civility for no reason! I was about to go inside and speak with whomever was in charge, when the manager on duty, Ruben, comes to the window. My mother explained how she was shut down from speaking by Chris and ignored by the girl (don't know her name but doesn't matter. she is pretty irrelevant, for the most part) Ruben told my mother he heard what was said and saw no issue with it, because him and his two coworkers were, and i quote "on edge because of how she spoke in the drive thru" excuse me, what? It's been a minute since i heard something that ridiculous. After giving their excuse for treating my mother like a karen, she responded by saying she only tells them to have someone who knows how to make drinks do it because its typically wrong the first time. So of course, Ruben and his oh so sarcastic self told us "not to come back to his Starbucks since they can't make it right" oh and "I need you to go because the customers behind you are patiently waiting" Normally the people at this Starbucks are friendly and don't get up in their feelings, but go off i guess. It was by far one of the most infuriating experiences I've had to deal with, and you can bet i will NOT be letting this go. My advice to anyone that goes to this location: don't upset them by asking for anything out of the norm, or you might just get treated like garbage.
One of Pre-ordered items was delayed so much. It is turned out that my order was just ignored by the person who was preparing orders. When I claimed my order, nobody cared of my order. Just asking one to another. This specific place was so badly managed.
Terrible service. 4 people working 3 did nothing. One person took my order.and I waited 10 minutes while the only guy that made coffee took 2 drivein orderes and started on their order, While I'm still waiting and the other 3 girls did nothing. When I complained the guy said, be patient! Then the girl that took my order finished my coffee that was done 5 unites before added regular water to fill my size large, and the coffee was lukewarm and disgusting I wi never set my foot in Starbucks.
This Starbucks always puts too much ice in iced drinks. My venti vanilla sweet cream cold brew is always full of ice. And one time in the drive thru when I ordered a venti they gave me a grande, so I politely asked for a venti (the order sticker even said venti) and they just dumped my drink into a venti cup and filled it with ice to the top. I walked into the store and told the guy I saw what he did and he got really embarrassed and remade it entirely. Super awkward situation for the both of us.

First of all they took 15 minutes to get 1 drink ready that too without whipped cream saying they are out of it (we still saw them adding whipped cream to the other orders). Later we had to go and ask them twice then got the 2nd drink. We saw them serving other orders which were placed after ours. Don’t know why this discrimination?! Wasted 20-30 minutes waiting for just 2 medium drinks. Very disappointed with the overall service!
