It is always a great place to dine. All the staff our Super friendly and go out of their way to help you. They really want for everyone to have a great dining experience. I applaud the management for running a great team. Keep up the great work. My family I will continue to come back and back.
If you ever go here the food is good but for some reason the employees will straight ignore you if you are picking up a Togo order inside so always go through the drive through. I’ve been coming here for over a year and that seems to be the trend so always do the drive through.
Love the food. Hate the cold and impersonal ordering process. I'd rather speak to someone than peck at a computer kiosk. My only interaction with an employee was when she said my name as she dropped my order on the counter. No HI, or Bye, or even a Thank You. It made me feel unwelcome and the whole encounter felt irksome.
Every single time we come here they get something wrong. Paid $45 for our order and got regular tacos instead of doritos locos, was missing my taco with my combo and our agau fresco tasted like cleaning liquid with white cubes floating in it.
11:15pm Monday night. We waited about 20 mins at the drive thru. Cars were piling up behind us, so we didn't check our order at the window because we didn't want to take more time. They messed up one item in our order...the premium item in a cravings box. There were around 10 cars still in drive thru. We called to ask if someone could bring us the correct item since the lobby was closed. The manager was apologetic, but said we would have to go back through the drive in line. She offered us an additional, free item. After 30 more minutes of waiting and not even getting to the speaker, we left. We were at this taco bell for a whole hour. The manager said they were very short staffed. I wish they had a sign outside the drive thru warning customers if the time will be longer than 15 mins.
Ordered chalupas to have no sour cream, add nacho cheese for extra money and order was made opposite. I was only car in drive after 10pm, there was no rush to do my order inaccurately. I simply told the guy who gave me the his name as Chris, supposedly he is Asst mgr. Just give me what I ordered and paid for. How hard is that, I promise y'all I was super nice when placing my order saying please politely and thank you multiple times and to receive my order w/inaccuracies is upsetting. That is what I get for ordering damn fast food.
Up date after trying again. Ripped off. Will not becoming back. Its alright for food but they randomly shut down and lock the inside. Which makes it hard for people on lunch. You can't fit anything bigger than a compact car in their drive through. Wastes so much time.
Twice in a row got the wrong order. Friday 1/30 late night and this time Sunday night 2/01 missing chalupa, taco and sauces that come with the combo. Keep getting wrongs orders with less items than paid for.
I went to the Taco Bell drive-through last night, and it was a disaster. We got our order, and they also gave us a bunch of drinks that weren't ours. When we told the worker at the window that we didn't order those drinks and that they must have given us the wrong order, they accused us of already getting the food that went with the drinks and lying about it. They were super rude and kept insisting we were being aggressive, even though we were just trying to give back the extra drinks! The whole experience was ridiculous, and I'm never going back to that location again.
Workers made my order wrong and once I told them it was wrong, they proceeded to yell and me and blame it on me. Additionally, two of the employees came up to the drive thru window and told us we are liars because they gave us the wrong order.
I am honestly shocked by how poorly this situation was handled. My order was made incorrectly, and when I politely pointed out the mistake, the employees became defensive and started yelling at me through the drive-thru window. Instead of taking responsibility or attempting to fix the issue, they blamed me for their mistake. To make matters worse, two additional employees came up to the drive-thru window and accused us of lying, insisting the order was correct when it clearly was not. I have never experienced such disrespectful, aggressive, and unprofessional behavior at a drive-thru before. Mistakes happen, but being shouted at and called a liar for simply asking for the correct order is completely unacceptable. This experience was humiliating and left us feeling angry and disrespected. I will not be returning, and management seriously needs to address how customers are treated here.
I was gifted two coupon for a free taco at this store (with a valid purchase) due to an extended wait time, which was very much unnecessary but very appreciated! the first time I presented the coupon there was no trouble. the nice lady went to the back and grabbed me one after completing my order when I visited today however, the employee refused to accept it. and told me I had to manually redeem the coupon on the kiosk (thus, requiring a second purchase in addition to the combo I had already bought that same visit) literally would have taken ten seconds to walk back and grab a taco. but nope. I was totally stone walled.
No customer service. This is all self order only and when you call back into the kitchen for some hot sauce your ignored by the dirty employees who are leaning against the doorways talking. Counters are dirty, tables are dirty. This taco bell is a poor example of a taco bell.
Just awful. Lunch around 3:30 on a Sunday: Cantina chicken bowl, three cheesey rice/bean burritos, one spicy potato taco. Tortillas were stale, rubbery, and edges almost crispy. Potatos we're not fresh, rubbery, and you could tell they had been there all day. Cantina chicken salad was okay, but the rice was dry which makes it not enjoyable. The rice was the same on the burritos too. Why do we waste our money on garbage?
If I wanted to only eat a taco shell I would have just asked for a taco shell. 3 weeks in a row and I still give them a another opportunity and again its cold gross food. Plenty of other spots to get food around to spend money at. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY HERE!
Am i surprised they have SEVERAL bad reviews? HELL NO! Every time I visit this location, the food is consistently poorly prepared and not fresh. But when the district manager is here they portray like they’re ALWAYS giving fresh food and give the best service. CAP! On my most recent visit, I was served fries that were nearly raw—floppy, soggy, and completely unfit to eat. When I brought this to the staff’s attention and asked for a refund, the manager, Vick, became defensive instead of taking accountability. She even went so far as to tell another employee that I should not be allowed to come back, which is extremely unprofessional and disrespectful. But said it under her breath like i couldn’t hear! Baby please don’t surprise with a good time because im sick of yall! STOP SERVING PAYING CUSTOMERS FOOD YALL WOULDNT EAT! This is not an isolated experience. Whenever this manager prepares my food, there always seems to be something wrong with it. Even when I order for dine-in, she deliberately bags my food to go while other customers receive proper dine-in service. This makes me feel singled out and mistreated. No customer should have to deal with undercooked food or hostile treatment from management. Food should be prepared safely, served fresh, and customers should be treated with respect. Unfortunately, this location has repeatedly failed to meet those basic standards. I will not be returning until Taco Bell corporate addresses these serious issues.
They made my freezes wrong and proceeded to lie and say the swirl in the dragonfruit freeze was discontinued. Even after telling the cashier Vicmairy C that the drinks tasted funny, she just told me it comes in a bag and refused to remake them or refund it. I ended up driving to a different Taco Bell to get the drinks made the right way, and they were able to confirm that she lied. The swirl was not discontinued, and the drinks were made like they should be at the new location. It takes a real rotten person to lie instead of correcting a mistake, especially when you have an understanding customer. I would have had no problem waiting for them to remake the drinks.
Terrible experience ordering here. Placed a mobile order for pickup (two tacos and a drink) and it said it would be done in 10 minutes. The restaurant and drive thru was not busy and had maybe 4 other people there. Waited for 15, asked for an update on my order. The guy asked for my name, and went in the back. 15 minutes later and my order was not out yet. I asked for another update and received a shrug. Unacceptable to wait 30 minutes for this while others were served. I left without receiving my food.
This Taco Bell is a disaster. We ordered in the drive-thru and the person taking our order seemingly had no idea what we were saying. We patiently tried to correct our order a few times before they told us to pull to the window. "Oh," we thought, "they're just having trouble hearing us through the microphone." Nope. When we got to the window, they gave us a total. Annoyed, we decided to just take what they gave us, as the last thing we'd seen on the screen was... okay. We were interested in trying the new chicken nuggets and those seemed to make it into the order so we cut our losses. We then waited for 15-20 minutes for the crew to make our food (the longest I've ever waited at a Taco Bell without a line in front of me). After all that trouble, the nuggets we came for were effectively inedible.
