This Dunkin Donuts is nice. It is also kosher! There is a cozy sitting section with 4 comfy chairs. The management is friendly.

I had an everything bagel toasted with tuna salad, hot chocolate and 2 donuts and munchkins and everything in my order was delicious.

Nice place for coffee and donuts. The place has ample room to sit and relax. Parking space is limited, but people are always coming and going.

Quick service. Tasted delicious (iced vanilla chai and frozen hot coco) and expected for Dunkin.

Clean and organized, just lacking in donut selection. Kids were a little disappointed they couldn't get their strawberry frosted, but I guess they aren't as popular there.

The place was empty, probably due to the weather, but the inside was clean and employees responsive. One of the better stores I've been to.

Typical Dunkin' experience with the added benefit of being fully kosher. High calorie sweets and sandwiches good for an occasional splurge.

Nobody is responding for call i called 5times, last time they made me cold sandwich, today I ordered online and called them to don’t repeat the same mistake. They made me the wrong orders with always cold sandwiches. No one is there to lift the customer call.

I placed an order at 9 am. They were so slammed with orders due to Passover that pickup wasn't available until 9:30 am. I walked over 3 times at 9:30, 9:45 & 10:30 and the coffee and donut I ordered still wasn't ready. By 11 am, I gave up. I get that the place was busy, but it was just a coffee and a donut!

They get 2 stars for parking only because the place is overcrowded, not clean, garbage cans are overfilled

I love Dunkin’ Donuts and prefer their coffee to others. But this place seems to not follow their standards. Their coffee tastes like water, really bad, really disappointing. Wouldn’t recommend

While I'm glad this Dunkin Donuts is kosher, my coolatas are mixed improperly every time, and the food is sometimes stale. Also, it's almost always dirty. That being said, you can't mess up black coffee, which they make just fine.

This is a kosher location. Considering I know how kosher foods is often different; not my bag of peanuts.

The worker in the morning was rude. When I asked a respectful question about the status of the coffee.

My wife picked up bagels this Thanksgiving morning. The Bagels were not fresh. It’s a shame that they sell old bagels from the day before.

The guy who works here is always rude! Plus my order from today tastes watered down.

Workers are stingy and rude . I asked them for something on the side .answer was no, no ,no We cant do on the side. They need to be trained.

The worst service I have ever received in any establishment in my life. Dirty floors dirty tables and chairs. Very nasty manager. Took my grandkids for breakfast it was 90 degrees in the store. Asked her to turn on the air condition she got mad at me. I had to clean the tables and chairs to sit on. They don’t understand my order so I had to go back to line to get again. Really horrible experience. Will never set foot in there again.

They closed 30 minutes early wont let anymore customers in. Sign says they close at 8. Went at 7:30 doors were locked and they didn’t let multiple customers inside.

This is the most unsanitary Dunkin’ Donuts I’ve ever been to. They never change there gloves after handling money and then proceed to make your food without any hesitation. I made a comment and they just looked at me with a blank stare. This has happened more then once. I just walk out when it does. I will not be back.

Most of the staff put all their energy into being rude and impatient. Their one star comes from the fact that no other place could have such rude staff if they tried.

This location always gets my order wrong despite it being done face to face and it being beyond simple. Caramel and cream in my coffee does not mean sugar and cream. Please - get your hearing checked. Last time there was a hair in my donut .... avoid this great neck location all together.
