I really enjoy having McDonald's, it's my overall favorite hamburger place. The only problem I have is the majority of times is having to go back and switch out my fries bc the ones they gave me were cold. Just please throw the old fries and it'll save us all time. Another day I went there and when I received my food everything in there was out of it's box. 3 large fries was thrown in the bag and this is how I received my cheeseburger. My 9 year old said, "now mom that's what you call a side of cheese.

This Location literally took 30 minutes to get two burgers and one happy meal ready, 5 cars that got there after me received their food first and I get cold food. Ridiculous. Never going back there.

They forgot my soda which Im partially to blame for not noticing. Forgot bbq sauce for my 2 20 piece nuggets and fries had barely any salt oh and had to wait a while for my mobile order.

The worst experience I've yet had waited 23 minutes didn't even get my monopoly peace feel like a total rip off completely irritated with stuff. Bad experiences are always disappointing i hope next time they are faster and more clear with there advisement!

Absolutely disgusting! Worst McDonalds in Hanford to be honest with you. There was a hair in my mchicken they need to get it together! Never will be back! They got my drink wrong to & it has extra syrup in it. The workers just stared at me & didn’t apologize for anything. They need to be like grangeville McDonald’s workers.

After what happened last time with them giving my order to someone else and making me late to work, I went again after a few days thinking they'll be Better. Well now I'm missing a large fry with my order. they can do better

The employees at this McDonalds are especially lazy, I bought McFlurries for my wife and myself. These employees here making $20 an hour can't even take the 20 seconds to mix in the Oreos and M&Ms. The top of our McFlurries are Oreos and M&Ms and the rest of the time we're just eating vanilla ice cream.

This location always gives us a hard time!!! Tonight we hit drive thru to get our kids happy meals. My son's cheeseburger was missing the bun and half of the cheese!! Y'all have one job!!! 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡

We had to wait for 15 minutes for the food which is not a problem. But our food was cold. The fries and burgers were cold. I've never had actual COLD fries and burgers from McDonald's. I've had kinda warm in the past, but never cold. I'm not sure what is going on here.

This is the absolute tackiest McDonald’s I’ve ever been to! They have a combination lock on the bathroom and require you to BUY SOMETHING before they will let you use it!!! Are you kidding me?! That’s so rude!! I actually was planning to buy something when I came in, but wanted to use the restroom first. The girl at the counter literally wouldn’t open the door until I made a purchase. So instead of buying a meal I just bought a drink - my “bathroom ticket”! I will get my lunch somewhere else and I will NEVER come to this McDonald’s again! I am a small business owner so don’t tell me I don’t understand. I rent a porta-potty just for my farm customers and visitors. And you will NEVER catch me telling anyone they have to make a purchase before they use it! That is so low budget. Boo on you, McDonald’s!
