When you want food made right with no mistakes and a complete order this is the place to go. I always go drive thru and not once have the missed anything. McDonalds should learn from these guys. Plus they are always super friendly.

This carls jr is the best give them a try the best kept secret in Hawthorne the food is always hot and tasty the fries was flaming hot tasted freshly made the cashiers are friendly they made sure my order is always correct plenty of parking spaces with clean parking lot the dine is always clean on my times there also restrooms are always clean Kudos to the employees there they all deserve good pay for keeping this carls jr so nice real positive look for the community.

I got a Cheeseburger with extra pickles from Drive thru. I only managed to eat so much of yummy dinner before I got more Lyft rides in area. Their dining room was already closed.

I don't usually review fast food chains but the service I received from Christopher in the drive-thru was impeccable. He was very professional and friendly. I accidentally dropped my change on the ground and he was very apologetic even though it wasn't his fault. SOME fast food workers are not pleasant to deal with at all but Christopher made for a good experience. The food was also fresh, hot, and delicious.

This has been my go to Carl's Jr. for years. I've seen this place have different employees throughout the years, but whether I'm in the drive through or eating inside, the experience for me have always been great. I even use Uber Eats for this Carl's Jr. Rare to admit, but I haven't had any problems with my orders. I've had just about everything on the menu except anything to hot. Sometimes they can hold the jalapenos. I also love this one because it has The Green Burrito too. I appreciate and thank the workers for coming in to work even though this Pandemic and because of their good service and delicious food, I will continue to support this place by using the drive through or Uber Eats.

It is now 1:06 a.m. 2/8/2024 on a cold rainy night. I went to this Carl's Jr. with low expectations, but I am totally shocked at how fresh and delicious this food is. I was only in the drive thru for like 5 minutes and there was someone in front of me. Although 14 dollars for a fast food combo is a bit expensive, I think it was very, very close to being worth it. Props to the chef and whoever else was working in there.

Amazing! Very well attended and satisfied with the services, very tasty and generous hamburger, the refill sodas were also just right. Simply a great option, I did not know and became a fan. The burger is very juicy, wonderful !! My only suggestion is for some ambient music, but that made no difference in my experience.

The burgers are good and bigger than other fast food burgers. Just double check your fries. I usually get fries that have been sitting for a while when i go there.

Love that this Carl's Junior take hot meals EBT program I had a really very nice service from this young fella that worked there. The atmosphere was clean pretty quiet the only complaint that I have is that in the bathrooms it just has that sewage smell other than that the food was piping hot and good.

The GM was there that day in worker mode. I always enjoy seeing management working. Getting the feel that the employees get. He did not look like an employee and I read his badge. He was very nice and easily answered my questions. I enjoyed the burgers. I forgot to say no Mayo. Otherwise, the burgers were very good. I like to buy two at a time. One for later....sometimes. The prices are the best and I can walk to the location. I'm very happy the restaurant is very near where I live. The medium size fries were enough for the two burgers. I had been thinking about some Carls.

The burger was nicely put together, the bacon was chewy but that's to be expected. The drinks were watery and I think the drink machine needed a refill on their syrups. Pretty average.

Green burrito is over priced and lacks any real taste. I was very disappointed and thoroughly disgusted. Never again. ...however, the jalepeno burger is definitely scrumptious.

This is the nearest location to work and although they're quick it may be not so good they always miss something. Today it has a notice some items are out due to shortage. I got a #11, with no cheese or bacon. Please tell your customers, I could have just ordered something else and not paid more for nothing.

It's a Carl's Jr. The employees aren't paid enough to be nice so why expect that? The plant burgers are overpriced and the staff corrects you if you call them "Criss-Cut Fries" (You mean "Waffle Fries?!?!?"). Let's be honest, no one eats here shame-free so why expect to have your butt kissed?

Their charbroiled burgers and zucchini are great. The drive thru pictures didn't match the Thick burger ads were misleading. Resolving this situation wasted a lot of time. While the staff listened to the issue - the ads are not clear- double check your order!

The only 2 things I like there are their onion rings and strawberry milk shake but price is outrageous compared to the portion.

When I first moved in the area, this was and is the closest restaurant to my house , they were good and clean but now6 years later their hamburger meat is burn around the edges, I have tryed a lot of their breakfast food and in up running to the bathroom everytine, so now I try not to eat there anymore, but sometimes my family do, and they tell me that they let a lot of homeless people just sit around in the lobby and it does not feel safe to sit and eat indoors, so my family brings their food home

I don't recommend going here later in the week. Today is the second time going here this week and the fries and onion rings tasted horrible compared to a couple of days ago. Seems like they use their oil longer than they should.

I came on a sunday morning with it being listed as 24 hours and it was closed. To make it worse, i saw the person who was supposed to be working the drive thru run and hide. I will be calling corporate in the morning to let them know the people they have hired are stealing time by getting paid and not actually running the business.

This place can't seem to get the customer orders right. Clearly asked for a specific condiment not to be placed on my burger and still got it on my burger. Came here with a friend and waited about 10 minutes and approached the counter and they had forgotten about his order. It is empty at the moment I can only imagine what happens at this place when is packed that's if its packed. Poor customer service.

I went to this restaurant to have a meal however when I went to use the bathroom I was told that the bathroom was for employees only however the signs on the door said for customers only so here I am needing to use the restroom and Jonah the employee is telling me it’s for employees only not to mention the fact that I was very hungry and couldn’t enjoy my meal 🤦🏾‍♀️

Great place to eat if you order a meal and don't want the burger with your drink and fries. They can't even be bothered to answer their phones either. Can't even prove that they got my order wrong because there was no receipt.

Cashier did not greet me or help me. I had to tell him I had a mobile order. He proceeds to help other customers then tells me he can't do everything when I arrived he was not doing anything. Need to be trained on better customer service skills.

I'll keep this short and to the point. 3 medium combos should never cost more then $40. On top of that the down sized chicken patty for my hand breaded chicken sandwich made me wonder if I ordered from the value menu. Couldn't even see the patty at the edges. Over all freshness was less than alright. Only positive thing was the cashier agreeing with me when I commented that the prices were too high. Definitely not sure how many people are willing to pay these prices but I sure won't any more.

I asked what is the code for the restrooms.. I always wash my hands before I eat. Your staff replied, I don't speak English. DId not want to deal with me at all. I'll never go to this location again. Your staff acted like they did not want to deal with customers. I had to go ask a second staff associate at the front orders counter for the code. They made me wait a long time inside for 2 burgers while they would pass me up several times for drive thru customers. Just plain bad service. The burgers were dry. Very disappointing experience. Carl's Jr. used to be the best in service and great burgers.

Real bad customer service. The kid working this afternoon 12:41 pm at the drive through was so lazy even to talk. He had no interaction what so ever when o approached the window to pay and pick up my food. The service takes way too long. I do not recommend this place. Very bad experience.

So apparently you have to complete your transaction to use the restroom. Not a minute less. And if the employee doesn’t want to help you because she disagrees with you then she can switch with a co worker mid order. If you do not know how to give customer service please switch to a job where you don’t have to deal with people. This was Sat. May 21st around 330pm

First the bathroom door was locked with a vending style latch. I had to pay $.25 to get in. Then it wasn't even clean. $22 for fast food for 2 people! And I didn't even get what I ordered. The lady who took my order looked at me like I had 8 eyes. I don't even have a thick southern accent. I didn't bother correcting them. The ketchup was so watered down that I had to get packets. Terrible experience!

Waited for almost 10 min today 8-23-23 at 11pm for someone to take my order and all I heard was “give me a min”. But that min turned into 10min, with NO CARS AHEAD. After when she asked what we wanted to order she still didn’t reply for 1 whole min. Had to yell at her to do her job (as she’s supposed to do regardless) and she FINALLY yelled back something. Had to tell the car behind me that she might not be wanting to work

Usually I’m not the type to leave reviews on fast food shops, but today I’ll cross that line. Especially at this location. Ordered through the app, no problem there. The problem happened at the pickup through the drive thru. We went around before 12:30pm so there was a mild line because of course it’s lunch time. That’s fine. When it was our turn to speak towards the speaker, no employee spoke for a good 5-10mins. There were other drivers behind us making a small line. My family member honked a couple of times but still no service came up until finally a male employee spoke. Told us to come up to the window after telling them we were picking up (we were annoyed at this point) and the elder woman who gave us our food had the audacity to tell us, “We couldn’t hear your car’s klaxon and the sensor on the drive thru didn’t catch you guys” Okay first off that’s not our fault. How the heck are most people supposed to know there’s a sensor to identify cars coming through? Maybe a camera could be a better option?? And what annoyed me the most was this older female employee didn’t even apologize but went off with an excuse right off the bat? Ma’am you need to learn basic customer service manners. As someone who HAS worked through drive thru orders (we had visual of the cars obviously) if time was pressing then once the customer arrived by the window I’ll place a cushion of saying “Hello, thank you so much for waiting/your patience” And today’s order was horrendous, the buns were HARD, so much shredded lettuce to the point if I ordered a mini salad bowl, different sauce all over, bits of melted cheese when I ordered NO CHEESE and missing the actual jalapeños in a jalapeño burger?? What the actual heck. Someone else has mentioned that this location messes up orders frequently. They were right. So future customers please be careful and always check your food before leaving the property.

This is not the first time this location has incorrectly given me my order. I typically take the loss, but today I specifically said no cheese or sour cream on some nachos and the nachos still had Mexican cheese and sour cream. The request was due to a food allergy. I also ordered a spicy western burger and got a spicy chicken sandwich. The worker needs to really pay attention to small details like this. It’s too late to drive all the way back. Just keep in mind to always check your food when visiting this location.

The worst. I am a paying customer. I go to use one of the Restrooms that are next to each other. One labeled employees only and vacant, the other paying customers and it's occupied. I wait about 10 minutes for the Restrooms to open. I look to see if any food was on a table with no one there, all I saw was an older gentleman sitting with what looked to be his granson. I asked the heavy set black lady if I could used the other Restrooms because I have to go before I urinate on myself. due to someone being in the customer restroom and they have know I deal who it is. She refused to let me use the the other Restrooms. So ask her do you want me to stand here and piss on myself, all she could say was sorry it's for employees only. So I gave her back by burger, got a refund and left. I have been a customer for years, never again will I go back there. I see the owner responds to other reviews and he has nothing to say about the Restroom, so I can assume he is behind it. So obviously he has no loyalty to paying customers. I hope you all giving 5 stars don't end up in my situation. Some of I don't believe due to my experience, I certainly didn't feel welcome. They rather refund my money than let me use the employee Restroom that is vacant and right next to the customer restroom, how is that friendly, I wasn't some homeless person.

HORRIBLE! Customer service is the worst & they say its 24/7 but they’re employees always have an excuse at night as to why they cant serve food. I been going multiple nights after I get off work, They always say I have to wait 20 minutes before I can order something or If i do get the chance to make my order it takes about 20 minutes to get my food as if I was sitting at an actual restaurant, Literally the worst service every & the employees are lazy & liars, They just want a check nobody there is doing there job. Im going to start documenting everytime I come after work as to why the service is so slow or why we have to wait 20 minutes to place an order👏🏽 Its literally ridiculous and needs to be revamped or shut down
