I only did the drive-through. It was raining and there was a huge line. I walked inside and watched an exceptionally talented and well oiled machine of kind people process lots of different orders. It was very impressive.
They are so nice to me and to my mother. They leave you with a smile on your face.

Maybe it just quiet time around 12pm, some staffs inside and Maggie just was ready to get our order, so it was quick stop. We’re inside about 10 min and noticed some online order bags ready to pick up. New pistachio cake was our fave also coffee taste just perfect.

I appreciate that this location stays open pretty late, as I can get my coffee fix before my graveyard shifts. My only complaint is employee attitude, there was no greeting at the drive thru. At one point I thought they were closed until I spoke up and a female employee says “How can I help you” very bluntly. No greeting and no “you’re welcome” at the end of it. Please work on politeness! :)

Not sure if it is due to staff turnover or lack of training, but I only get my drink made correctly about 50% of the time, and it's not like I'm ordering customized drinks. Location recently remodeled and the interior space has been greatly reduced with almost no internal seating and only room for a few customers to be inside at a time. Not sure if they just want to be a drive-through establishment or if they just don't want customers. Customer service was only adequate--little eye contact, no smile or greeting.

I place my order before I reach San Pablo Dam Rd almost 7mi away on I-80 and will arrive to find no other cars in line and maybe one person in the lobby, yet they haven’t started to prepare my order. The whole point of ordering ahead is to not wait, yet I wait every single time at 5:40am when no one else is there.

Don’t walk in, you’ll get ignored. A simple order for one flat white took 11 minutes to be made, then was marked ready 3 minutes before actually appearing. Total 15 minutes for a simple flat white. Staff ignored me when— twice— I cheerfully called out ‘my order’s marked ready but not here?’ They rolled their eyes or laughed with each other both times. Finally one guy found my drink on a back counter and plopped it down in front of me. It was a little cold but I just wanted to get out of there. Flat white was improperly made, wayyy too much milk. Staff borderline rude especially the one taking the orders at the register.

Don't bother coming here to ask if you lost something or for them to check the safe. They won't bother looking and will dismiss your request, not paying attention to what specifically you are asking for and claiming they already looked in there earlier that day and didn't see what you requested. Definitely not helpful. The same person also pulled my mobile order from the oven allowed it to get called and I didn't realize she had it sitting there for over 10 minutes because she was piling all the food orders on top of each other. She didn't wash her hands in between and would wipe her hands on her appron after pulling on the trash container. It was one of my worst experiences. I almost cancelled my order, but was so annoyed I didn't have the energy to call customer service to get a refund.
Not much seating at this location. Ordered 2 coffees- it was lukewarm, almost room temperature. Also, the cashier filled our order- when she grabbed the cups, her index finger was inside the cup before putting it under the coffee dispenser. She was very nice, but overall I'd give this Starbucks 1 star for the unsanitary process (unwashed finger in my cup) and lukewarm (not hot) coffee.

I'm paying for my drink and they serve it half full. It's not fair if I'm paying for it and the girl at the window took 15 minutes with someone who apparently was her acquaintance. they were talking and talking. It is not fair if you have more clients to attend to.

Terrible service. Super high priced. Always get your name wrong. The customer service is unbelievably unprofessional. Do not recommend this place at all!
Order mark as ready took me in additional 10 more minutes for my order to be done. The lady behind the counter instead of be nice about it was just trying to make excuses and was very rude about it
Haven’t gotten a chance to create a review but two of my family members used to go to this location on a specific day and time. Heard bad things like customer service. I’ve accompanied them a twice and experienced one of the complaints such as wrong orders, the drinks are extremely watered down. One of the workers are rude. They stopped going there and prefer another coffee store and it starts with a P
I made an order online and went to the drive thru. As I drove up and tell the person that I had an online order, he proceeded to tell me in a rude manner that I need to give them more time to make it. I relied by telling him that I’ve never been told that and will it be an issue to complete my order. When I drove up to the window, he stated that he was just telling me and that I could speak to the supervisor. I thought this was extremely rude, unprofessional, and distasteful to say to a customer. I simply ordered two lemonades and two hot sandwiches, which didn’t take much time at all. I am extremely puzzled why he told that in the beginning and why was he rude. There’s simply no more customer service in this world today. I’ll never return to this location again.
I entered at 8:50 pm 40 minutes before they close. First they told me they didn’t accept cash because they had already counted the money and all I had was cash. Then I ordered a gallon of coffee but i was told there was no more coffee so I left empty handed, how can a coffee shop not have coffee ? especially 40 minutes before close time.
I love Starbucks but this location was terrible!! I’ve went to this location multiple times giving them the benefit of the doubt but I’m dissatisfied!! The drinks are never made correctly even my 10 year noticed the difference !! Truly terrible and disgusting.
Shena is terrible at customer service. She made my drink wrong and gave no apology. I understand it's just coffee, but for workers who have to work for more than 12 hours a day, it is an inconvenience. But instead of saying sorry, she gave me an attitude. Well, I hope Shena is having the day she deserves
