95° outside and there's no AC on, the door isn't open and zero ceiling fans or any other fans. Plus the Manager Daysi H (going off my receipt because he was the one who took my order so hopefully the name is the same person) is often rude. Been here on a few occasions because it's the closest Taco Bell to my job but after today. Won't be coming back.

I don't usually leave reviews like this , but the food I got from this taco bell was so bad I had to say something about it. I spent over $7 for a cantina chicken quesadilla that had hardly any meat in it, a $4 taco loaded with tomatoes and onions when I asked for NO veggies, a $4 Fresca drink that tasted bland, and a cheesy bean and rice burrito the size of a taquito. Almost $18 for a meal I couldn't even eat all of and they were so stingy with the ingredients, I'm still hungry. . I WILL NEVER EAT HERE EVER AGAIN. Now I know why the drive through line was empty. Save your money and go somewhere else so you won't get ripped off like I did.

This is the 2nd time and my food is wet! Like they placed the wrapper on a wet counter before putting it in the bag. Also, the order was incorrect again. Asking for a simple burrito without onions and a taco then spend over $20 for your meals and get home to a soggy nasty mess. Wth is wrong with having some pride in working even if it is fast food. Show some love with your food! I won't be going here anymore. Do better Taco Bell!

Food was old disgusting.soggy shells. Tastes bad. Like I wouldn't feed my dog that crap. And to top it off .they don't even answer we phones to tell them about simve my ride dropped me off. Worst taco bell eve.

Very bad staph my driver went to pick up my food and they refused to give it to him in the Drive-Thru at 8:00 p.m. there's no policy that says that it's just made up by the store and it's not cool only because they haven't finished making my food and they don't want to have a line waiting also very rude way to say something to another person I heard it all because the driver had me on the phone

This Taco Bell has gone from bad to worse! Customer service is nonexistent. If you walk in you might as well talk to the walls, you’ll probably get some acknowledgment. Food is disgusting, tacos are a thin line of meat and some lettuce and to top it all off they’re extra soggy. It probably has to do with the fact that they let your order sit there forever.

They are supposed to be open but there is a worker here that needs that management position since he's here ontime and the manager is an hour late. I drove 10 mins to get some breakfast and the closest taco bell is 20 mins away. But thank you management for being on time for your customers to get food. I been here less then 5 mins and 4 customers have left.

I can't believe people even go to this taco bell I sure won't be anymore. They over charged us and gave us the complete wrong order and the cashier ended up switching with another staff and on top of that there customer service hot line was rude and only gave me and my wife a coupon 😑 me and my wife were so angry and felt disrespected and we felt like we were just a piggy bank for them to take money out of like a child breaking open his piggy bank for a toy and not having enough money and so goes and steals money from his classmates is how me and my wife felt while talking to the customer Service. A business should not be hiring individuals who make people feel like this and they should be given better training in customer service and be able to do basic math having been ober charged. P.S I CAN SAY WITH COMPLETE CONFIDENCE THAT STARBUCKS IS BETTER AND THERE CUSTOMER SERVICE SHOULD TEACH TACO BELLS CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Waited 45 mins in the drive thru for my mobile order all to show up to the window and be told they were out of most of the food items at I ordered . They offered to replace it for lower cost food items . When I asked for the order to be cancelled and be refunded. I was told they were unable to because it was through a 3rd party . Mind you I ordered through the Taco Bell app.

Used the little computer thing to place my order since nobody was at the counter. Didn't text the receipt like I selected. I waited 15 minutes before heading to the counter to wait another 10 to ask if my order had gone through since I didn't receive confirmation via text. The women in the back pretended I wasn't there. Another worker clocked in for her shift while I was waiting and thank goodness she did because she actually acknowledged the line of customers who had incorrect orders or who had not received their orders at all. I finally got my food, which was of course missing items so another 10 minutes of waiting. The only drink I actually wanted was out of service on the machine. Got home to eat my food that was room temperature at best and my pricier items were skimped and sad. Overall, my one day of splurging on myself didn't go like I thought. Likely won't be returning.
