It was my first time in here and I let the cashier know, so she gave me the "scoop" (haha) on what I was getting myself into. I ended up getting the "trio" that consisted of my choice of sandwich and 2 sides. I committed to a jalapeno Holly on flaky croissant bread,a side of fresh fruit and a cup of loaded potato.theres not NOT A THING I would improve from service to food quality! GREAT JOB LADIES! I'll definitely be back 🤸

After being basically dragged in here by my wife (in lieu of a more stick-to-yer-ribs kinda meat-n-potatoes grub) and immediately declaring this a place "by women FOR women" I stand corrected and am converted. A refreshing choice, with yummy food served quickly by friendly staff reasonably priced in a CLEAN and cool, albeit "girly-fied", atmosphere, with ample but crowded outside free parking. I even answered their survey for my free dessert on top of the one I had already eaten! This place was a pleasant surprise and I owed my wife an apology. LoL.

Love Chicken Salad Chick, but this visit definitely fell short. We arrived an hour before closing for dinner. They were out of 5 different chicken salads. Seems a little strange, but no problem, we will try something new. The food was good, but when I went to get a tea refill there was no more. I asked about if they had more and she just shook her head no. I thought, maybe they were closed already and we misread the hours? Nope. We arrived at 7pm and they close at 8pm. They should have brewed some more tea in my opinion. Disappointed.

Big fan of CSC here - but today got me messed up a lil. I ordered my usual, toasted wheat w buff barclay + lettuce and tomatoes. Okay it came out asap, no issues w that but they neglected to toast it AND didn’t put let and toms on it. I get it, everyone makes mistakes, I also am very VERY far from perfect. But if I receive a plate back because it’s lacking essential ingredients that promote a healthy wellbeing and make me feel a lil better about eating straight up mayo and chicken, I would do everything in my power to make it right. Right?! Well, that wasn’t the case today… I got my sammich back, still untoasted and no let bois or toe mates! Jeez Louise the sever brought me a to-go box containing my fixins and I had to fix my sammich myself. Had to even go as far as requesting a knife to cut my veggie bois. Overall, I’m not upset I’m just disappointed. If I spend 15 of my hard earned doll hairs on my lunch I need it to be superb! Ok, that is all. Thank you for coming to my Tay Talk Ps. Your Diet Coke always slaps. Don’t ever change it baby! Pps- don’t come for me, I went to Auburn and I remember when y’all had fresh chocolate chip cookies everyday. I’m an OG. Also, I hate crust on my sammich.

Ordered curbside because I wasn’t able to come in. They wouldn’t bring it out and marked online that the order had been picked up. Wouldn’t answer the phone for 30+ minutes. Had to call corporate to get a refund. Ridiculous.

I am giving this a one star- while the food tastes great and completely normal. I do fear that my friend and I got something slipped into our meals/ something was wrong with the drink machine because we were both extremely tired and having a hard time with normal tasks. I am hoping this was lack of sleep for us but I have a hard time imaging that considering I was fine before eating. Please let me know if anyone else has had this…

This place has gone down. The store is "filthy"! Dirty carpet and dirty floors! The chicken salad is dry. People with no teeth greeting you! What's going on!

Disappointed that Chicken Salad Chick has removed the Egg Salad option from the menu. My family has loved going to Chicken Salad Chick for this reason as we don't eat meat...and Mac and Cheese everywhere we go as an option gets OLD. Guess we will find a new place. So long Chicken Salad Chick ..it was nice while it lasted.

The food use to be good, my company would order all the lunches from them. Until we kept getitng wet sandwhiches from the pickles they throw in our meals and the chicken salad you were spitting out becuase they would mix chicken and fat together. So gross.
