Apparently Chipotle is being very affected by this recession. I didnt realize I ordered a mainly rice/lettuce burrito. What happened to Chipotle man? These portions are pitiful. I enjoy Chipotle, but this visit was disappointing. Two bowls and chips with queso cost me nearly $40, and both bowls had very small portions. For the price, it just didn’t feel fair. I hope management pays attention and fixes this issue because it’s been happening more often.

We went to the Southwest freeway location at 5:45 on October 13th for a bowl and burrito. Service was terrible and the food quality was not good. Every serving bin was a the the bottom of the barrel. Meats and vegetables. We asked if the could refill so we get leftovers at the bottom. The only added more to the black beans. Not good and not going back.

I had the worst experience tonight because I accidentally sent my order to the wrong store they refused to refund my money or cancel my order and they want me to spend more money just so I can get my original $20 back. I am beyond irritated. Y’all‘s policy is horrible and your Customer sports even worse and I tried Jaws cat sport first and it just sit there and spun.

Line worker who identified himself as Jonathan failed to adhere by Chipotles guidelines his behavior exhibited Unethical work practices and very poor customer services. I asked for a extra side of Queso (1.70) like I normally do and he outright refused to honor the price/ item as advertised not only on the glass food window stating price put also plastered up top on menu. In stead his reply was we don’t have it & forced me to pay 2.75 for side of queso Yes you heard it right this made absolutely no sense. I politely said sir I frequent here more than 6 times per month ordering primarily the same thing so what’s so different today. This has nothing to do with the price it’s ALL ABOUT customer service and following the outlined advertised company policy and PRICING. I asked to speak to manager he initially informed me he was then he said S Umana was the manager I asked can you call him he had me wait several minutes then said he’s outback taking out the trash. I wouldn’t recommend this location at all. Please be sure to check your receipts. It’s horrible to loose a long standing customer over a few cents and side of QUESO

9/1/2025, around 4:15 PM—the staff was inattentive and disregarded the line of people forming. One college aged Hispanic female out of all people behind the counter chatting with each other came to take orders, and her customer service was poor. Seemed like she didn’t want to be there with an attitude, and didn’t give more but 2 pieces of extra meat when asked for extra steak.

I ordered online and the barbacoa was cold and hard!!! They put mostly lettuce and no meat! For the price put MEAT!!!!!!! ... No fresh veggies! It was nasty I couldn't finish my bowl had to toss it. And their customer service is terrible RUDE employees. Specially this black cashier lady who is always in a bad mood clearly hates her job. She was complaining about work and wanting to leave in front of customers. Very unprofessional! I will not be returning!!!

I am currently working out of state and placed a food order to be delivered to my mother as a surprise. The order arrived, a Smoked Brisket bowl with Guacamole, however there was No Guacamole... It was missing an additional order of Smoked Brisket that cost $9.95 extra charge... So, there is no telling if the delivery driver chose to keep this for his self or not, or they just left it out of the order... Restaurants need to start paying special attention to the fact that a single order like this is costing families as much as $50.00 ++ And this is insane... It's insane that these companies are charging this much and incapable of getting a simple order, correct...

If you want your order correct, make sure you have your food prepared in front of you. I made an online order to pick up and it was wrong. I didn't get the green salsa I asked for, the sides (corn & red salsa) were barely half full, and I asked for extra lettuce on each bowl which I didn't get as well. The steak was really chewy. I had to take all the steak out of my bowl.

*Beware going before closing time* If I could give no star I would for this unbearable dish I was served by the Chipotle location May 22 at 9:23pm. I was contemplating if I should go there or not tonight because I already had a feeling but I decided to go anyway why not their only closing in about 40 minutes or so. It wasn’t much of people there so I was like okay cool that’s fine. I paid for my signature dish after a long day I finally reached my house. One bite and I spit it right out!!! Im not sure who tf was the chef but that food was seriously hard to put inside my mouth I could not eat it again!! And I know I won’t be the only person complaining about this horrible food that was served TONIGHT to hard working people making them waste their money!!!! Definitely not a happy camper.
