The manager was very rude, she cancelled our order, our order was denied and we had to wait another 20 minutes to get another order placed. She can’t handle this store, she was very rude. Please don’t show the store open until 2 am when you can’t handle it. She closed the oven at 01:15 am.

The manager and the staff were rude, domino’s app cancelled our order at the last minute and when we placed another order they denied us again. They didn’t give us what we ordered. The service was very bad and the manager was very rude as well.

The employee working here is extremely rude. We stood for more than 20 min to pick up the order and she never paid attention or talked to us! What kind of employees is she!!? She was the one on the shift on Monday 12/15/25 at noon time. Update: they refused to cancel the order and want us to wait another hour. We left with NOTHING and our money was STOLEN. Dont ever come to this place. They are scammers

Ordered via Uber Eats twice and each time a delivery person named Fabian is unable to deliver the items to the door because he claims to not have his ID. The building I live in requires an ID to enter. Not sure how he is driving a car without an ID. This is the second time its happened despite the building telling him that an ID is needed. Please ensure delivery drivers carry proper identification.

50 minutes for two pizzas. When I expressed my dissatisfaction, they said to tell the owner that we don't have one more person to prepare the pizzas. Isn't it better not to take orders and waste people's time when you don't have any workers?

I just bought this and caught the bus to the Amtrak station when I arrived and opened my container to my shocking surprise this is what I received. This is like a real insult to the consumer. Never again will I visit this location.

Place a delivery order around 9pm then around 9:30 the app showed that Dante my driver had arrived at my apartment. Then it wasn’t until around 10:37 pm when Dante showed up on my camera with my delivery. The food was of course cold and I think he dropped my sandwich and marble cookie cake because when I opened the boxes they were both scrambled all over. I have called the restaurant multiple times and no one has answered and I am stuck with an advertisement voicemail. Because dominos is what we wanted tonight I am forced to placed another duplicate order at the navigation blvd location and pick it up which they were amazing and the food is fresh and hot! I also spoke to their manager who directed me to use google reviews to try and get a hold on someone who can support me with this issue! I want my money back from the order I placed at the downtown Houston dominos restaurant please and thank you! Also I tipped like $8-$9 so tbh that is so disgusting of whoever is the MOD to allow their driver to execute orders like this!

Unacceptable that the store cannot accept online deals when YOUR WEBSITE ISN'T WORKING. I have worked for Domino's and I know for a fact that this isn't true.... Well Domino's.... You just lost a $65 order 🤷🏾‍♀️ Ame Customer service was Great... Until she told me she can't honor something I know for a FACT that can. No worries, another Pizza place will Earn my money!

Delivery guy was very rude asking if there was a problem with the pizza or the service. He showed me the receipt for some reason and kept asking me if there was a problem but when confronted about what he was talking about he just rode his bike away. Horrible, horrible service. Make sure to train all delivery personnel on how to ask for a better tip, if the issue is the tip instead of just asking “What’s the problem?”

We always order from and we’re usually happy with them. Today the delivery girl went to the wrong hotel and when I spoke with her she hung up on me. She gave us our order and when we opened the box things how my pizza looked. I get they are on bikes byt we’ve never received a pizza like this. Beyond disappointed with them.
