Stopped by Popeyes tonight during the night shift and had a great experience. Even though it was late, the staff was friendly, patient, and moved quickly. This location went from being the location I avoided to being my first pick near my home. Management at this location is awesome. Staff is awesome. Food is awesome. I order from this store multiple times a week. They recognize me and my 16 year old son everytime we place an order, and they make sure our food is hot, fresh, and correct! Love the team at this Popeyes.

Best Popeyes experience I have had in a while! We went for lunch on 12/29 at around 12:20pm. First, the lady taking orders at the drive thru was the nicest and most pleasant person I’ve ever encountered at a Popeyes. The order was quick and fresh! And it felt like the five tenders I received were nice full sized tenders and not small, almost nuggets, I have received at other locations lately. Also the Sprite tasted great, which doesn’t always happen either. Keep it up! Y’all were awesome!
Ok, the experience didn't start out well at first. But Lanisha; I may not have spelled her name right, was absolutely wonderful. She made sure my experience ended well! The chicken though was a bit too crunchy
We came to this restaurant after a concert and Sharee was PHENOMENAL. She went above and above to accommodate us after having to come inside from the drive-thru at her urging. This employee provided us with stellar service and great food. We don't have any open Popeyes in our area anymore so it was great to have red beans and rice, chicken, those biscuits and that wonderful apple pie.
Romana M. the shift manager and Roderick Powell and Everitt O two cooks were GREAT. The place was super busy and they were short workers. Romana and her staff made sure my food was hot and the order was correct. She was working both the drive thru window and the front counter because they were short on staff. Romana M. is incredible. She is truly a super asset for Popeyes. Roderick Powell and Everitt O. were super busy but were moving fast and insuring everyone got their food hot with no problems. I strongly recommend this Popeyes chicken location.
Best Popeyes I’ve had in Houston and I’m not over exaggerating i live in Humble and theirs is trash. This location got some lovely sistas that get down in kitchen. Love their attitudes and customer service. Even the bathroom smell like bleach. I’ll be back 👌
Ordered the two piece fried chicken with a biscuit and a side of macaroni and cheese. I went through the drive through, and the lady who I spoke with was friendly and attentive. The order came out in a matter of minutes. Enjoyed the succulent crispy golden fried chicken and the honey flavored mouth watering biscuit. The savory Mac and Cheese was to boot.
Ordered a 2pc spicy white chicken big box with fries and red beans and rice and a sweet tea included for dine in. It was practically empty inside at the time only a few coming in for pick up. Tried the strawberry biscuit 🍪 for dessert. Enjoyed the meal and dessert. It was pleasant. (April 29)
I’ve been eating there since I was little and never had a bad experience. Till today around 12:40 noon I went through the drive through and was met with the rudest woman I’ve met. She said “what” to begin. I asked a simple question of what comes in the new FNAF meal and she seemed annoyed and told me it was drum chicken and cheese bites. I asked does it come with a drink and she said “no!” I then went on to order my food and she kept saying I was ordering wrong? Very rude and almost yelling. Then she went away and never told us a price. We drove up and she goes “you never told me what drink you want”. We then open our food and find that she gave us the wrong information about my simple question. I don’t know her name but she should not be working in customer service.
Told 4mins to wait it took 11 minutes.then when the lady gave the food they forgot the soda.then saying i have to move cuz im blocking her drive way.then when she came back with drink she said they already gave the drink.but i told them they can check the camera if they think they did cuz they didnt. They didnt only forget the soda and be rude they also forgot the large fries which we already…if i can put no star on service i will
Took my sister to this location to pick up her mobile order. Proceeded to the drive-thru line told the worker that we were there to pick up a mobile order. She firmly stated "pull-up". When approaching the window she stated it will be a few minutes for the wings and closed the window. She later open the window while taking another order (snap her fingers at me) to get my attention and firmly stated "pull up and to the left and we will bring your order out". After waiting at least ten minutes or so, a different worker came out (with no jacket on in the cold weather) and handed the bag and stated "here you go" (while making a sound that she was cold) I asked if the apple pie was in the bag and she firmly stated " it's in the bag" with rudeness in her voice. Save yourself a trip to this location and drive to the next to get the customer service you deserve. I will not return to this location.
I came inside to order 3 legs with fries the manager told me I can’t order 3 legs because it messes up her chicken count ! As a customer when I’m spending my money I should be able to specify my order to whatever I want . Then when it came down to pay I had to wait because the cashier was outside on FaceTime
I am not sure what happened to customer service these days but I had the worst experience at this location! From the person taking orders in the drive thru to the person actually bringing the food out to my vehicle. I will not be returning to this location!!
This store used to be very good, chicken tastes better than other locations, however today, 1/20/2026, the fry chicken tastes different, no flavor at all, and not fresh, did they change ownership recently?
I orders ahead 20 minutes before I got the notification my order was ready I get here I still have to wait 15 minutes I waited 30 minutes one lady at the drive through told the rest I wanted everything fresh the lady in the front was so rude with such an attitude their manager just wanted the whole thing and did not offer to help at all , this place is a joke
I've had that absolute worse experience if my life dealing with the unprofessionals at this location. The "manager" is so rude and condescending. Every single time I go into this locations she's arguing with a customer. CLEARLY, they do not care because she's still there. There's no way on earth that she hasn't been reported several times for her behavior.
I placed an online order and paid, but when I arrived, the staff claimed they didn't see the order. They were incredibly rude, refused to check the system, and refused to serve me. I had to leave empty-handed. To make matters worse, I had to spend a lot of time contacting corporate support just to get my money back. Avoid this location at all costs!
While the employee who took my order at the drive-thru was polite and professional, the overall experience was extremely disappointing. After being asked to pull forward and wait for my order, I did so patiently. However, upon arriving home, I discovered that part of my order was missing. When I called the restaurant to address the issue, I was met with unprofessional and disrespectful behavior from a manager named Sheree, who raised her voice at me and disconnected the call multiple times. This was especially frustrating given that I had spent over $30 and was simply trying to resolve the issue calmly. I then went to the restaurant in person to request a refund. While Sheree initially adjusted her attitude, she again became dismissive and failed to take accountability for her behavior. As a manager, professionalism and customer service should be a priority, and this experience did not reflect that standard. I strongly encourage that your staff, particularly management, receive additional customer service training. Professionalism and courtesy are just as important as food quality in maintaining customer satisfaction.
Employees are uneducated. I experienced verbal assault over the phone. There was a clear lack of comprehension throughout the interaction. They made my order wrong and then had the nerve to be angry with me when it was clearly their fault. When I said I had proof, they lost control and started threatening to have my account banned, accusing me of trying to take advantage of their employees. Please use your brain and think before you speak, if necessary, go back to school. I dont want or need a refund. This behavior needs to be addressed so it doesn't happen to anyone else.
The Popeyes drive-through will have you thinking they actually cooked the meat to order. It’ll be three cars in a line. And it will take 20 minutes just to place an order you would think the drive-through is backed all the way around this is ridiculous. It’s almost like they take an order and can’t take the next order until they get that one out the window…..
FIRST. we waited in line for 20 minutes. We finally was able to order our food the lady sounded like she didn’t want to be at work, I told her I wanted 5 pieces tenders MILD!! because I’m pregnant and can’t have spicy foods. We finally got to the window, horrible customer service she didn’t even greet us, she walked around eating and everyone in the back seemed like they were not doing their job, NO SPEED OF SERVICE - It look another 20 minutes the lady at the window didn’t even say sorry it’s taking so long.. we just watched them do whatever they wanted. So we finally received our food my boyfriend asked the lady did the 4 piece chicken come with a breast the lady said “ yes and rudely said if that’s what you want that’s what ima give you” my boyfriend didn’t even get to finish his sentence and she closed the window. I asked her did we have our sweet heat sauce she didn’t even say anything, we finally asked for the manager and he seemed to not care about the service that was given, he said she wasn’t being rude etc. but I got home & my tenders were SPICY!! threw up and called this place spoke with the manger, he stated for me to come back and make the food fresh now we are sitting in a LONGER LINE!!!!! waiting for these people to remake my food. THIS IS HORRIBLE SERVICE AND THIS PLACE NEEDS NEW FOLKS WHO WANT TO WORK AND NOT HAVE ATTITUDES!!! People were coming to window to figure out what was going on !! This is horrible I will never come back here.
