Carl’s Jr. consistently delivers a satisfying fast-food experience with its bold flavors and hearty portions. During my recent visit, I tried the Famous Star with Cheese, and it did not disappoint. The perfectly grilled beef patty was juicy and flavorful, complemented by fresh lettuce, ripe tomatoes, and their signature tangy sauce. The bun was soft yet sturdy enough to hold everything together without becoming soggy.
I love Carl’s jr and this location has to be my favorite. Everytime I go in I’m greeted immediately with big smiles by everyone behind the counter. The girls that take my order are friendly, attentive, and always get my special orders right. Every meal I have had from them comes out hot and fresh and the restaurant itself is beautiful and always clean. I see they sometimes have issues with equipment but they always make sure to personally make my drink so I always get an ice cold crisp soda. I would pay $100 for a burger if it means I always get the fantastic service that this establishment provides.

The food was delicious. We ordered a burger, chicken tenders, and a couple milk shakes. The drive thru took 15 minutes, which in my opinion is too long of a wait for "fast food". The staff were friendly. I cannot comment on the atmosphere because be didn't go inside the restaurant. Our bill came to $ 30.00!! I guess this is to be expected?

Place was mostly clean. A little slow, mostly because there was only one cashier attending at the register. I saw her taking orders for both drive thru and the done. So it wasn't her fault.

AC was down workers were very agitated when asked for condiments like Ranch for the first time that I was asked to pay for rent when I didn't receive any condiments. They didn't ask me if I wanted condiments that should have been free, I only ask for one or two and that should be when you are ordering for it to go order in a setting location. Even if I was in the drive through the ranch is free even for the first couple. And I can understand why the person in the front counter work in the front counter and the drive through would be irritated. Lacey don't work it's very sad.
Ask for a sandwich with grilled onions, get charged extra, and ask for no lettuce, get no discount, this is a bit ridiculous and I feel it's a ripoff. Counter help(Ethel) was kind of rude and abrupt, threw my order on the counter and turned and walked away without so much as a thank you. RUDE BEHAVIOR
The staff are great but Carl's Jr changed a lot, making burgers that used to have double patties (BigCarl) are now single and you pay for the second pattie. It's not this Carls Jr's fault but it just didn't taste the same. Doubt I'll order that burger again but I've been coming here for 10 years and have never had an issue with any staff member. In fact most of them actually smile and look like they enjoy what they do. I appreciate them 😊 oh and combo meals are all $10.00+

Manager or shift Lead Gloria was very unfriendly. Working in the main lobby as a cashier after sitting down waiting for her food, we need to find a high chair for my son. When looking for the highchair just in the regular lobby, you cannot see it from any angle any corner in the building. My Husband went to go and ask Gloria where the high chairs were or if they had any. When she Saw him he was waiting for about a Five minutes to talk to somebody and she responded what are you waiting for ? He had said that he was looking for a highchair for our son. She then goes and tells him very rudely they’re out in the back. My Husband went to go and get them from the back and had to bring it inside for our son to use. Customer service: 5/10 Cleanliness:7.5/10 Food : 7/10 rather pay a few bucks more to have better food and customer service food took 15 minutes to get to the table

She don't even ask for me if need napkins or sauces before closing window. Nothing she's just so dried and hardly shows good customer service.That girl is horrible in drive thru. I wonder if she has that kind of attitude. Why not just keep her in the back SO she keep her job, than rather putting her in the front or in the drive thru..??

Wish I could give a rating of 0! My husband and I went to get some burgers. I got the famous Western bacon burger. The bun was cold it had some barbecue sauce lightly brushed on each bun. It wasn’t made with any care at all. The bacon was barely cooked not crispy at all. My husband is not a complainer at all when it comes to food he ordered the EL DIABLO COMBO. There was no sauce and it was thrown together he took a few bites and wrapped it up to throw it away. I ate a few bites took decided to toss the bun and eat the meat. I asked my husband how’d he like the burger he said it wasn’t what he expected. I totally agree. We will never go back there!!!
You should hire people that actually want to work !!! Ordered food for the whole family and all the employees did was complain about the amount of food we ordered.. it’s like you get paid to work there !! How dare you all get upset when you get big orders!!! You all should be ashamed of yourself!!! And yes “FRANKY WE DID ORDER FOR A WHOLE DAMN YEAR !!! “
Fries are cold and old, food is very expensive for low quality and they charge for ant sauce at all, 15$ for food and then you can't give me 1 ranch? Did nit even get ketchup packets only in a plastic cup, crazy. Updating review several months later and it's worse, no value menu long waits, so bad an employee told me to go someplace else cause their AI was not working. Do better. Over 5$ for 6 chicken stars? Are you insane?
I ordered a large meal $14.99. asked for ranch for my fries then said that's 25¢. I asked for my money back and they did give it back. But really going to waste food for a 25¢ dipping sauce. Could've walked next door and grab one from loves. But it's the principal. Horrible job Miguel
If I could give this location zero stars I would. We ordered our food through the app this evening. My husband drives to pick it up, gets home and they did not give us one of our burgers. Now he has to drive back to get it and asks if they will remake his since his is getting cold at home. The employee refuses. He finally gets back, his burger is cold and missing the guacamole he paid extra for, his fries are cold and gross. I am beyond disappointed that we spent $20 plus gas there and back twice. Go to a different location. This is not the first time we've had food missing from our order.
They got our order wrong. They gave us 2 orders of chicken nuggets instead of our chicken tenders and jalapeño poppers. We went back again and let them know. My S/O saw one of the employees was vaping in the kitchen area very unprofessional. After they gave us the order, we went home and saw once again they gave us the wrong order twice. This time they gave us 2 orders of jalapeños poppers and our chicken tenders were still missing. We just got annoyed already and decided not go back again for the third time all the way over. We are very disappointed!
