Honestly this is the best location and the worst staff most times. It’s alway changing of drive through to in person availability and the orders are constantly wrong I hate I have to stop going but I have and corporate Dunkin doesn’t give a crap either and I have complained several several times

Sat in line for 25 minutes. Pulled up to the drive through finally. I wasn't upset about the wait initially keep in mind. They really tell me "yeah sorry we're going to take a break from making food for a while" after I already ordered a drink and tried to order some food, then really asked me if that's all for me today. I guess not cause I can't even get the breakfast I wanted to eat. I mean if you're a breakfast fastfood location and you're taking a break from making food, what are you even doing in there? I would give the food a 0 star because I didn't even get to order it but I can't.

This is the slowest Duncan I have ever even been to. The girl was confused on how to make my coffee that's literally on the menu.... As if that wasn't bad enough waiting in line for over 10 minutes after having ordered your coffee is ridiculous.

Horrible service. Corporate needs to intervene and hire new management. The store is understaffed and the manager has no clue what she’s doing. Lobby is constantly closed due to understaffing or poor scheduling.

I have been getting Dunkin Latte for many years here. Shout out to the girl at the window idk if she still works there but she use to have blue hair. She is so sweet and my latte was always perfection. Now this new team in the mornings on up to around 3pm is awful. This morning not enough oat milk it was brown, took it back got another and could not even taste it. It's been this way for weeks now. Have they not been trained properly to make one? Idk what is going on but I'm done with trying to have my daily Latte. Do better!

They mess my coffee order up every single time I go there. It’s right by my house so I’ll continue to go. But I order the same thing every single day. They get it right once or twice a week. Also they never have any employees working there. They need to train people and get better management in there.

I came through the drive through to get a sweet tea and asked how fresh it was I got the response I got here at 2 so im not sure I ask is there not a label that yall put on the tea so u can tell how old it is i only asked because I was giving some to my kid..... I got told its broken... and by another employee I got told you can go else where if you want to know the time it was made so I definitely pulled off I will not be back at this dunkin the bat heads dont know no better than to not do there job. I dont write comments but this is very very disrespectful

Used to consistently come here but for the past couple months every single order we have placed has had something wrong with it. Even when asking for the order to be fixed, which we’ve had to do several times, it’s completed wrong again!

I deliver for GrubHub & got an order this morning from Dunkin. It was a 10 min drive from my last drop off to the store. There was only 2 customers in line when I arrived. No orders were in the section to pickup mobile orders so I wait in line & tell them the name I need to pick. Cashier tells me it will be over to the side when it’s ready. I step aside to wait & check the order so I know what to leave with & see that it’s just a coffee…1 iced coffee ordered 15 mins ago. I wait & wait & watch several people come in place orders with food & drinks which they get and leave while I wait. I asked 4 different employees about the order as time is money for a delivery driver. The order was supposed to be picked up by 9:45, it’s now 10:10. When I ask the last girl that I had spoken to upon arrival she was very rude to me like I did something wrong. I said this order was supposed to be picked up 25 mins ago. She tells me how busy they are even though they weren’t when I arrived. I said it’s your customer you are keeping waiting & she tells me that I can just go ahead and cancel the order. 45 mins total I tried to pick up 1 iced coffee & left with nothing. They cost me the pay for that order & and others I could have taken instead of standing there watch a bunch of hateful, miserable employees be rude to their customers. 2 customers even said to me on their way out “good luck”. So besides the money they cost me they negatively impacted my ratings which effects my future orders. As a single mother trying her best I didn’t have the time or money to wasted hanging out a Dunkin. I will never accept another order from Dunkin on Sunset. They should fire the entire staff or just close the store cause I can provide better service to people from my kitchen at home. I could not believe how they acted. No apologies for my wait, their screw up or their unprofessional attitudes. To the girls at Dunkin today remember “you get what you give” & I wish I could be there when you get yours,,

Sunset Dr Johnson City TN. Dunkin Dounuts service depends on if there are professional staff. Today it was not when I take the kids we ask for classic sprinkles (normal sprinkles as In The photo) They seem to be offended at times when sprinkle donuts are requested. There was no friendly service at the outside order when I went to the window there was lots of laughter ( nothing wrong with enjoying your job) But when I saw the donuts I wondered if what they gave me in the box was the reason. The donuts looked as if they were smeared with fingers. I checked the box as you can see in the photo frosting wasn’t removed on inside the box. I was told he didn’t feel this could be malicious. I asked did he believe they did not noticed how messy they were? If you ever go to Sunset Donuts do not leave without opening your box clearly they have very unprofessional staff that will serve sloppy items that could have been touched or hopefully not licked. Most would never want to serve these to customers.

Coffee is on the menu board “M - $2.79” I get charged 4.89 but that’s okay…I wait 15-20 mins in the drive thru just to get a half full cup for double the price and it’s cool enough to chug. I shop at Dunkin every day and spent hundreds of dollars a month here and I just don’t know how this can be acceptable

Have come here often, as I enjoy Dunkin. However, it’s usually a very long wait, even with few people/no line. Employees are not friendly. I got this bagel today and am disappointed by how little cream cheese was on it. I’ve had it before and it’s never a lot but this seems a bit ridiculous, and the flavor was off today… I don’t know how else to describe it except that it tasted like dirty dishwater. Like the utensil used to apply cream cheese was dirty or maybe the oven/toaster was dirty? I would usually ask for something different if I had an issue, but the employee was fairly unfriendly (not responding to any please(s) or thank you(s). The Jonesborough Dunkin is a bit better, worth the trip for decent service.
