I went to pick up food for the Super Bowl. Placed on online order and I waited for two hours. The complaint I have is the website should have been shut down to give the employees time to catch up. Cash the store manager was absolutely outstanding. He was dealing with unruly, crass and disrespectful customers. I understand their frustration but that young man demonstrated the highest amount of patience and professionalism I have ever seen. He was working hard in the back keeping his team moving to try and catch up. The failure of the sheer volume of orders was a success due to his incredible leadership and his unwavering commitment to trying to provide customer service. Him and his whole team deserve praise and acknowledgement for their level of hard work. Cash, well done young man.
From the moment we walked in we were greeted with a smile from Maria! She was the sweetest host ever really helpful and patient. Makes us want to come back just because of her hospitality!!!!
I enjoy the wings however my question is have they always charged for the ranch, blue cheese with a regular order? I understand additional dips are charged but I could have sworn the first dip was included. Just asking
To Whom It May Concern, I’m an UberEats driver, and while I understand I’m not dining in, I’m still here on behalf of a paying customer who expects quality and timely service. Today, I came to pick up an order that included wings, a Sprite, and a sweet tea. The wings were ready after a short wait — no problem. But I ended up standing there nearly 20 minutes waiting for sweet tea to be brewed and sweetened. Meanwhile, the customer’s food sat in the bag getting cold. To make matters worse, the ice machine was empty — thankfully, one attentive employee quickly stepped in to refill it when I asked. But with at least eight staff members present at 5 PM on a Saturday, it was surprising how disorganized things felt. One employee was kind enough to check in with me. Another was on her phone behind the counter. When I asked the person brewing the tea if it was ready, she said yes — but she still needed to add sugar. I asked how long that would take, and she said she had to clean a flavored tea container first. That’s not a priority move when an order is sitting and a customer is waiting. This may seem minor, but it reflects a bigger issue. Delivery drivers aren’t just messengers — we’re the final step in your customer’s experience. When delays like this happen, we take the hit. I had to message the customer to explain they were waiting on tea — not me. I love this restaurant. I love the wings. But if we’re all in the business of customer service, that should include drivers too. We deserve the same urgency and respect because your customers are our customers too. Thank you.
I’m not very impressed with my experience at Wingstop. The order took more than 20 minutes to be served. The restaurant needs a little bit of tidying up there is trash on the floor and nobody seems to care. The music in the background is extremely loud. louder than necessary for a restaurant. It sounds like a nightclub. My second disappointment was the fries that seemed soggy, greasy and not attractive. Very unlikely I will suggest that we come back to this Wingstop location.
Good Wings, HORRIBLE SERVICE and even worse management!!! I understand that with the Superbowl the orders were going to be delayed, but the lack of communication to the customer is unacceptable. When I went to pick up my order at 515 they said that they will call me when my order was ready. So after waiting 2.5hrs I called for a status update and the lady claimed that the order might might be ready and they forgot to call because of confusion on their end. So nobody called me as they stated they would. So know after waiting 2.5 hrs my wings might be ready, the might have been sitting there for a while and they might be lightly seasoned like almost every other time. This place is obviously ran by incompetent people with no consumer skills. The fact that they rushed me out of the store when I was there at the stated pick up time is just mindblowing. Then not to call me when my order was ready.
I placed my order at 1pm ahead of time for pickup at 5pm and when I got there they just said there was an hour delay and it would be ready at 6pm, and when we asked for a refund they said it would take 5-7 business days. Absolutely horrible. I don’t usually provide reviews but this was incredibly upsetting.
Time and time again I try to give this location a chance, but they’re always just seeming to miss the mark. Everything was going great until my wife told me she felt her leg wet as we were driving home with our carry out order. Next thing you know there’s ranch dripping and tearing out of the corner of the bag. My car seats are stained so who will put forth the bill for the detailing? Food also spilled out from the fries since they’re always just in a plate. Highly disappointed that they didn’t give me a receipt in the bag for me to be able to make a complaint online. That’s very smart to not include them to try to avoid responsibility. Pictures included of the ordeal.
Wings were flooded in grease. Usually don’t order from Kyle because they aren’t great but this time I was in the area and decided to place an order. Big mistake. Bag had grease on it too, didn’t even want to put the bag in my vehicle. Take notes from San Marcos they do it right every time
Just had the worst experience with one the guys who works there, who I’m guessing is the manager. He is just extremely unprofessional and so rude. The way he speaks to people is honestly gross. Ordered a 50 pc family pack and 25 were the wrong flavor. Called and let them know, spoke to Marissa who was great and helpful and asked for a refund. Not even 5 minutes later we got two back to back calls from some guy. Saying we needed to take the order back in so they could see where they messed up. Then was super rude and disrespectful to my dad on the phone. When we take the order back he snatches it from the counter in front of me and rudely says it’ll take5-10 business days. Idk if he was having a bad day or what but damn, get it together. The yelling from the kitchen to the front is rude. Acting like you own the place is crazy.
This Wingstop never refunded my canceled order, August 3rd I placed an order, was given an estimate for how long it would take, went to go pick it up and waited past the estimated timeframe, and waited… the other customer in the restaurant explained to us they had been waiting for an hour for their order, so we explained to the staff we will not be doing that and to just cancel the order, we were told it will take 3-5 days to refund to hit account, we understood.. I called around August 12th asking where is my refund, I was informed it was never submitted and it would be processed, it is now August 16th and nothing, they basically stole from us , we were charged for an order, we never received it and it was never refunded. Be aware and cautious of giving this place your money.
I received around midnight today from an employee at your Kyle location. During the call, I was informed that my number would no longer be accepted for placing orders due to an alleged prank call supposedly coming from my number. I want to clarify that I did not make any such call, and I have a screenshot of my call log to confirm this. It’s concerning to be accused of something without any clear proof, especially when your team is not 100% certain of the caller’s identity. I respectfully ask that this matter be looked into and that my number not be unfairly blocked from placing legitimate orders in the future.
Never again, the service terrible. I work in the food service and it made me grateful for the staff I have. They didn’t care and while I was there the cashier was disrespectful to another customer who was trying to get her order fixed . Not to mention I waited an hour for my take out order to be remade because it was wrong only because they forgot about it and when I would ask they would go hide in the kitchen or completely ignore me .
Waited whole 30 minutes just to get dry wings with no type of flavor or sauce. My fries were cold and old, my corn was burnt didn’t taste the same! I wanted a refund but the person at the from didn’t want to give me my money back. I waited in line for 15 minutes just for him to tell me he couldn’t give me a refund. Plus I had already waited the 30 minutes. So unacceptable. Seems like they were just playing and taking their time. Please i would still like a refund!
This place sucks, have seen it steadily decline the past 2 years. Still come here for name brand Wingstop recognition but have had to wait 30+ mins on multiple occasions for an online order that I purposely showed up late for knowing they are constantly running behind. That’s to say that their online orders are easily running 30mins-hour behind during dinner time. Pair that with an unattentive staff, dirty restaurant with trash on the floor, and management that doesn’t seem to care, I won’t be returning here.
Food took an hour, dine in tables and floor were dirty and looked liked it hadn't been swept all day. I had to wipe down my own table to eat. Drink station was wet and sticky. I know it's a wing place and some grease is expected but walking around the restaurant felt like I could slip on oil. I won't be coming back.
