I don't like McDonald's I don't like self service kiosks in fast food restaurants I don't like fast food (anymore) But I found this particular location to be quite pleasant and delicious. The atmosphere was quite serene and quiet. The breakfast was freshly prepared and delicious. They even complete your coffee condiments in the back (one cream two sugars) so there are no contaminated swizzle sticks and coffee stand trash to contend with. I may go back tomorrow.
I made the comment at the wrong McDonald's. This location is known for being clean and fast, and while it usually has its busy moments, the staff are generally friendly.
Me and da boiz went to eat at the mickey Ds and adrian took our ordered and gave us free MUSTAAAARD packets🌭🌭🌭🌭🌭 and me and da boiz were going crazy listening to phonk and danced for 6 7 minutes🥶 Then adrians haircut was fire 🔥 and he said his barbershop gives 25 cent cuts and it was funny because adrian with with his friends and they said silly it cost mmm 6 7 dollars 🌭 after we were surprised the manager brought out some MANGOES MANGOES 🥭🥭🥭🥭

McDonald’s- 3/13/2024 Time of day - Lunch Big Mac , Quarter Pounder, Small French Fry and Medium Coke Tax: $0.90 Paid: $11.86 (I used the McDonald’s app) Dined-In. Before I start, I just want to say that I used the McDonald’s app. They have some good deals and it’s best to just order on the app rather than have them take your order. Most of the staff is working the kitchen to get the orders out for the drive-thru folks. Service could improve. I walked up to the counter and no one was there. I got looked at but it was because they were getting drive-thru orders out. Wait time - less than 3 minutes Standard presentation. Burgers were in their designated boxes. Big Mac was a Big Mac and the Quarter Pounder was a Quarter Pounder. I love the fries… (don’t judge me) and the Coke is always so good. Kudos to the Manager/ Shift Leader who had on a full plate. Worked the register (afterwards), brought out food, and was by the Drive-Thru. Dining room was a tad busy with the locals but plenty of available seating. Restaurant was clean. Dining Room needed a light sweep but with all the patrons… it kinda makes it hard. Restrooms needed love but some maintenance workers were taking care of things. Parking lot was clean. Not a lot of parking because of the Sam’s Club Gas Station that’s right next door. You might need to park across the way if no parking is available. This one is located next to a Sam’s Club. Will come back #youruberdriveronbreak

Finally tried the “new” Deluxe Crispy Chicken sandwich. Flavor was ok but meat too dry for my taste. The size of the patty was generous and Not much to say about it only that there are much more better options out there for this type of sandwich. There was basically just one server, very polite though, taking orders and bringing them to the tables. Definitely they need more people.
Used to love using the app for curbside, the last 5 times it has taken more than 25 minutes to get our food and then 4 out of 5 times they are missing items from my order, it never fails. Then when you go in to collect your missing items they want to argue and say it was there. When I tell then to come with me to the car they give me attitude and say here just take it.
The Manager here is super rude and when you’re at the counter waiting for someone to take your order or ask for condiments all the employees there just stare at you like if you’re lost
I had a problem with my order regarding the specials sausage egg McMuffin for six bucks When my husband went in to order two orders for the sausage McMuffin, he only received one order. I feel very badly because my husband recently had a stroke and today’s is my birthday August 16 and he wanted to get me breakfast . so I can finally rest on a day off.. And disappointedly we didn’t receive the order correctly . My husband noticed when he got home his order was wrong.😣 I reached out to management at the McDonald’s on Beach Blvd la Habra spoke to Sonya tried to explain the situation Sonya management response is breakfast is over. I’m sorry, with a really bad personality / attitude this is and poor customer service. I informed Sonya that I did not want money back. I just wanted the correct order my two sausage muffin and again she gave a really bad attitude over the phone Unprofessional. I stated while breakfast is over and we can’t give him his sausage muffin. What do you want me to do? A person like this doesn’t need to be under management if she can’t give customer service and act professional with some kindness and understanding, Especially no compassion to someone that just had a stroke a few months ago Ian’s just geeting some nourishment our family desires. Sonya does not need to be a management at all. Management is a person that is kind patient understanding. I believe customers are always right, even though some of them are wrong but still standby customer service especially when representing McDonald’sz I’m asking for higher hands to fix the situation with their management Sonya At the McDonald’s in La Habra on Beach Boulevard please I appreciate it. I regularly come to this McDonald’s and the experience is okay, but today I went to buy some food and I ordered some chicken sandwiches and fries and took almost 15 minutes to give me my food. They sent me to park and I even had to get down to make sure they didn’t forget about the order. The staff was pretty rude and definitely did not have any customer service, there was only one employee who had a good attitude but besides that terrible service. I honestly won’t be coming back, and wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.
McDonald's in general usually has crappy enough service but this is extra. We went to get a double quarter pounder meal and nuggets, first they forgot the fries that went with the meal. Had to go inside and wait at least 10 minutes to get them. We get home about 5 mins later and open the food to eat and the fries are super limp and soggy. We just chalked it up to McDonald's being McDonald's but it didn't end there. My double quarter pounder burger tasted funny the second I bit into it, and I thought it was probably burnt or overcooked, but once I had eaten about half the burger I realized that there was something weird sticking out if it. I looked closer and saw some of the wax paper packaging that the raw burger patties come in was still attached and had been cooked with the burger!! The cook never took the papers off, just slapped cheese on top of the paper followed by the other patty. This was why it tasted weird!! We called and told them about the orders of limp fries and the burger, and the manager Jessica explained that it was "just the papers that separate the patties when they receive them" and acted like it was no big deal. She offered to replace the food but we just wanted a refund at this point. We went in to get a refund and had to wait a long time again because apparently she was on her break and the other manager on shift supposedly couldn't give us the refund. She eventually came out and helped us, but she did NOT give us a full refund!! Only partial, not even half!! I also asked her what kind of packaging specifically did I end up eating, because certain ones like bleached or wax parchment paper contain dioxins and other toxic chemicals and I wanted to know if I should be concerned about getting sick. She said it wasn't anything to worry about because it was the papers that touch the raw meat patties and they wouldn't be toxic. After doing some more research on this I'm not sure if I believe her. Just don't eat here. Farmer boys, the habit, and in n out are all within 5-7 minutes away and you'll pay a similar price or less for some tasty, safe, quality food.
Seriously..... I order a strawberry shake & this is what you gove me!!!! IF THE MACHINE ISNT WORKING RIGHT THEN TEACH YOUR YOUNG EMPLOYEES TO SHOW YOUR CUSTOMERS SOME RESPECT BY MAKING THEM AWARE OF SITU INSTEAD OF JUST GIVING US SOMETHING THAT WASNT ORDERED & EXPECT FOR US TO PAY FOR OR SETTLE FOR THAT KIND OF SERVICE. NEVER HAD A PROB WITH THIS LOCATION UNTIL NOW.
This location is a joke. They don't post their dining room hours and seem to just unlock the doors whenever they feel like it. Today I was waiting in a curbside pick up spot right in front of the doors. It was about 7:20am,well past the time when you would expect the dining room to be open already, but of course you can't know for sure because they don't really post the hours on the door. Anyway, I knew that the dining room was open for sure, because a few customers had somehow already made it into the dining room, and I could see them in line placing their orders. I saw a couple walk up to try to enter the dining room, and they were not able to because the door was locked. One of the other customers inside had to come open the door to let them in. No staff could be bothered to do this. While I sat there waiting for my food, I saw three or four people walk up to try to enter the restaurant, and they probably thought the dining room was still closed, and they walked away. So whoever is managing this place should be fired, and they are costing this location sales.
First off it took about 20 minutes just to place an order another 8 mins to get the food. Ridiculous with the time. I order a #9 two cheeseburger combo. No napkins. So now my child cant wipe his hands. Open one cheeseburger and take a bite and realize the bread in top is soaked. So disgusting. I dont know if its waters, or oil I am just disgusted. Its soggy and wet. Seriously. Is no checking or they just dont care. So now my son has one less cheeseburger to eat and no napkins. Thanks. And yet you want $15 an hour. Ur all a joke!
