Great coffee drinks, a little pricey but it's understandable with the economy how it is. Customer service is ok, friendly. Although several times I have ordered extra caramel on my drink, and I get charged for it, but there is nothing extra about it, as a matter of fact, it seemed like they gave me less than usual. Other than that, it's ok, just ok. Customer service could be better. The store itself was clean. Well maintained from the looks of it.

Trips to this Starbucks have been very nice. Whether the shop is busy or relatively quiet, the staff has taken things in stride. I felt pretty comfortable and the other customers seemed to enjoy their time as well. My friend and I enjoyed our orders and the cheer of the barista.

Olive Oil with coffee? ☕️🫒 Ready to be adventurous? The New Starbucks Oleato™ Iced Shaken Espresso with Oatmilk and Toffeenut is smooth and creamy. It has a caramel flavor from the Toffeenut. Shaken espresso is so good! The olive taste is robust and lingers. No bitterness. Not overly sweet. The olive oil noticeably floats to top. I would recommend to keep stirring it. 😉 Tip: If the taste does deter you, try adding cinnamon and honey. The customer service is great! The drive through has long lines, which makes it difficult to park.

I received great service at this Starbucks location! If you are going to this location to work or study, I might suggest going to another location. The inside is pretty small since and doesn't offer much seating. There's plenty of outside seating though if don't mind the heat. Can't complain about the service though, just atmosphere.

This Starbucks on telegraph and carmenita in Whittier boy oh boy.... Slow as molasses. I placed an online order before going to work around 6:50am I arrived at around 7:25. My food order was ready but my coffee order was not. I waited another 10 min. I asked how much longer will it be and she never answered me. I waited another 5 min. I asked again how much longer for my drink order. Gave her my name and again she was flustered and did not answer my question. Turns out my ticket was lost.... So instead of asking me what did I order and I can show them my receipt on my phone she just ignored me. It was such a bad start to my Friday ( shaking my head) . To get my refund I had to wait on another huge line. I just left. I was out my coffee that morning. So disappointed ☹️☹️. I later had my coffee delivered. So much work for a cup of coffee 😆

Great service and selection. Unfortunately, is hard to find parking. When ordering through the drive thru, is better to use the entrance on Imperial Hwy.

Associates there are rude and wouldn’t make change for a dollar, claiming they can’t open the register without a sale. I stepped aside and was waiting for the cashier to open the register and she says to me they aren’t allowed to make change.

We always visit this location and we never complain about small things but this one really upset us. We did NOT ask for extra ice, just a regular strawberry Acai refresher but got a cup of ice with a drop of syrup. It was undrinkable, tasted horrible. We also got a mango dragonfruit same story, a cup of ice. I was in a rush so we went drive thru, no time to complain. Please do better and we will do too avoiding this place.

We also got a mango dragonfruit same story, a cup of ice. I was in a rush so we went drive thru, no time to complain. Please do better and we will do too avoiding this place.

FRANKIE a manager from another store was rude and nasty to customers and staff today 1- 12 -26. Will call back at 2:30 and talk to corporate.

I’ve come here multiple times on my way to work and everytime I have had horrible customer service through the drive through, fire Ellie - theres another girl worker if it isnt ellie who has had a disgusting attitude every morning and I can’t help to think what could be so awful this early in the morning. She rushed my order and yelled agressively if that is all while i was deciding to order (mind you not even a whole minute passed ) Other times i’ve come here there was this lazy slurred voice of hello, what do you want? - you would think the attitude wouldnt have an effect on your purchase especially drove through but it had a huge difference, I never noticed because you dont think about it but after hearing this girls voice it just ruined my whole day

Most of the morning baristas are slow and rude. The machines never pull good espresso shots and drinks are inconsistent. I prefer the starbucks on Hillsborough but sometimes I'm running late and come to this store. Every single time I do, I'm disappointed!
