This is the most beautiful Taco Bell I have ever seen. They even have covered outdoor seating. Everything was spacious and easy to navigate. The service was fine and they didn’t forget the special dressing for my protein bowl.
I go here every taco Tuesday, and Shawn is by far the nicest taco bell employee I've met. Shawn is always positive, always helpful, and very kind. The staff here is excellent.
Writing this specifically for whoever made my order yesterday evening: you clearly CARE, thank you for your service. My order was correct and the ratios have never been better. Your work will be the reason I return. Also, Taco Bell, please make the Frank's collab permanent, at least the sauce.
This is the greatest Taco Bell of all time. The food is always incredibly fresh for fast food. I’m vegetarian so I always have modified orders, and they get it right every time. The people working here are amazing. I’m so glad that the quality is the same after reopening!!
This location on Columbia Ave in Lancaster was torn down & has been rebuilt and just opened October 2025. I had a great dine-in experience on 10-10-25. Easy to order & easy to customize using the multiple kiosks. It seemed that there were more menu items than before. My items were fresh & exactly the way I ordered.
A grand reopening weekend can be tough. The team here are clearly working hard, and they're doing great! Even though it was slammed with business, the team seems to be handling it like pros. Thank you for all the hard work, and the delicious food! I've missed this location and I'm happy to be able to come back.
I want to thank an American worker named Nathaniel with blond hair at 1340 in Columbia. He was very kind and i had a lot of respect for that boy. He puts the name of the company on high. Great taco bell food and nice people working. Missed a couple items but using the App was easy to resolve the issue. Love the new drive though!
Its taco bell, you know what you're ordering. But the new location has been great thus far. Fast service in the drive thru, food has even improved a bit.
The grand opening at this Taco Bell was kind of mid. My burrito was fresh but still tasted pretty average—it just needed something extra. The service was okay, and the drive-thru wait was about 13 minutes.
Not great customer service, they're always more worried about the drive thru but the food is ALWAYS on point, good portions for what you pay. Almost like taco bell in the 2000s. If they make a simple mistake, they always fix it no problem. Always love coming here.
Everything here is decent - we've been here multiple times and normally have good and fresh food. The service is fine, but nothing exceptional. The drive thru line can be extremely long sometimes, so it's recommended to come when it's not during peak times. But overall, it's a solid location.
Hi, we just received our Taco Bell order and almost everything in it is wrong. The items we got do not match what we ordered, and some things are missing completely. This is really disappointing because we were looking forward to our meal. We would appreciate it if you could fix this mistake as soon as possible. Please let us know how you can correct the order or provide a refund
Literally the worst customer service possible. The guy at the window might as well have spit in my face and threw my drink at me and the service would still be the same. However, they got my order 90% correct and that’s all you can ask for from this location- so they get three stars for existing.
Went through the drive thru The staff was very respectful and quick to get the order to us. The food was okay. For 2 people it was 36 dollars. So I guess it was in a normal ballpark of a take out meal.
I got the 7 dollar box and the stuffing in the items was very little barely any chicken or hamburger mixture in the items and the wrap that has the chicken in it was so hard and stale. So disappointed with my order. I had my order to go if I was staying there to eat I would have talked to the manager
Foods good but the service is bad. Gotta hire more people because it’s honestly embarrassing how understaffed and poorly staffed this location is. Edit: food is terrible and employees are extremely rude
This building did get rebuilt and replaced but they forgot to include a reputable staff with the "grand reopening". It should not take 30 minutes to order and receive your food in the drive thru. I didn't want to drop a review on the first negative experience but every time I've tried to use this drive thru service we have either taken time out of our schedules to visit this building expecting a longer than usual wait or ignore the choice all together. This building used to be more efficient with one drive thru kiosk but its becoming clear this team needs better training and structure to find coheisiveness with the dual ordering kiosks. I want to like this location, but the more I show up the more of a disappointment it becomes.

Love Taco Bell but every single time I order on the app and then pickup through the drive thru and it’s 30+ min wait in line just to get to the window and wait some more. Every single time. UPDATE: ordered a Diet Coke and got home and it’s a regular Coke. I ordered on the APP and still a Coke. That is the one thing that makes it even more infuriating cause I hate regular coke.
after redoing their building god they have incompetent staff. ordered a box with a chalupa and a five layer with potato, got a bag with my order printed on it with a chalupa no tomatos and a regular soft taco w/ no potato instead of my five layer threw it all in the bag, literally had the chalupa unwrapped in it
Was trapped in the drive thru line for a solid hour last night as they only had ONE WORKER processing the orders on a busy Saturday night. The line was backed out onto Columbia Ave, and orders were taking up to 15 minutes to fulfil. People in the line were getting out of their cars, ordering inside, bringing bags of food back to their cars while waiting to get let out of the line. If that ever happens CLOSE YOUR DAMN DRIVE-THRU! Once the second line formed we were trapped and could not leave!
Just dined in for the first time since the "Grand" reopening. What a huge disappointment. Waited over 40 minutes for a simple meal. When I go to inquire about it at the counter I was told that they are doing their beat and pushing out the orders as they come in. Are you kidding me?! So I wait up there, workers coming I'm and out smelling like weed, and making food for themselves and other coworkers. Manager approaches the counter with blood shot squinted eyes, because he just finished smoking weed too. Finally get the food it's ice cold and all wrong. I don't think I'll ever be back, gave it 1 star because I can't give it a ZERO. All that money and time to come back worse than it was.
