Blown away, excellent customer service! We ordered at almost 1 am, large order ($45) and Edgar and Dameon were super courteous, brought food quickly with a great attitude and even apologized for the wait. I rarely give reviews but we are just super impressed with these guys, clearly this is a well managed store, will definitely use this location from now on.

Okay so this Taco Bell deserves the top rating for a number of reasons. We always go at night between the hours of 11:00 and 1:00am..... We work late and every time I show up with my mom or my coworker they always are so incredibly nice!!!! The food is so incredibly fresh and hot. Nothing is dried out. The beans and meat are so hot and the lettuce, tomatoes and sour cream are so cold. They work so hard to get your order right and delicious. When you order they are so professional and friendly. The night crew is beyond amazing!!!! Great job keep up the amazing work❤️

Came with my 5 year old son who just wanted a burrito and the lady working the cash register was AMAZING! We talked a little and she found that we were trying to find the nearest Kohls cause were not from this part of town, we're from Austin. She went out of hr way to pull up the address for the kohls on her phone and was super nice to my son as well as myself and then her manager (I assumed he's the manager) came over and was all super nice as well! Like going out of their way to help when they didn't have to & being interactive & soo sweet to my son! I wish I lived near this taco bell and could come here alllll the time! It's not always the easiest to find a team at taco bell that you can tell cares! And I have to say, this gentleman Van & the lady from register (didn't catch her name) they deserve some recognition for sure! Thank you both!

Love, love, love the frozen drinks here! Such great flavors!! The watermelon freeze is my favorite with the awesome candy seeds in it but with summer ending it has gone away now. They have a pineapple or pineapple cherry sunset one that is so good. To top off the yummy drink 2-5 is happy hour and they are only $1.00!! Totally suggest going and getting one!

I love Taco Bell but I always get a little nervous because I'm a vegetarian and I have special requests on all of my tacos. Zoe (the cashier that took my order) was very attentive to my requests, made suggestions and made sure that my food came out perfect. Everything tasted very fresh and my tacos were warm! I'll be coming to this location more often as opposed to the location closer to my house now. P.S. I ate in the lobby and the place was so clean and they had tables marked for social distancing. Everyone was wearing a mask, gloves, and hairnets.

Literally everyone I know calls this the “good Taco Bell” and it always has amazing service that is super quick.

I come to this location often. The staff are always friendly and the service is always quick as expected. The store is always clean and I will continue to drive past other Taco Bell locations to come to this one.

I go early in the morning and appreciate Sophia always stocking the sauces in a neat and flat ideal way which makes my experience feel more welcome. She has been very nice and helpful with me as well as I was not familiar with the menu and would totally recommend this over other Taco Bell’s in the area.

So I have been a huge Taco Bell fan for the past several months... devoted to stopping almost everytime I go into town. Well last night I stopped by the new Taco Bell in Leander, Tx. I dont know if it was the cook, or the recipes they follow but oh my goodness it was heavenly, the best TBell food I've ever had... by far! I had a beefy mini quesadillas, a chicken mini quesadilla, a cheesy bean and rice burrito and cant forget the sweet... cinnamon twists (they were out of empanadas). Frankly the food was so amazing I dont hold that against them! I didnt know what to expect.. didn't even think about it really figured it would be the same old same old Taco Bell that I love. Everything about my experience was awesome! The food was great, service was great..... kudos to all of you that work at that location you got a great little thing going. I highly recommend stopping by sometime and trying out one of your favorite Taco Bell items I have no doubt it will be the bomb! Take care and keep it up! 😘

Have come here multiple times and it has always been good. Super easy to order on the giant touch screens. The customers who had trouble were able to get help from the workers. Everyone was friendly and the seating area is always clean. I recommend getting the app for the points. It’s really easy to get them and you get free menu items when you redeem.

Two Taco Bell’s were out of fries but thank god this one had them! I’ve been wanting to try the 7 layer nacho fries since seeing it on Tiktok, they were pretty good loaded with everything. The portion size seemed small but they are very filling.

They have always got my order out fast and can understand them speaking to you on the speaker. They missed an item on my order a couple of times but have always been polite at the pick up window.

We went here on a Sunday evening. They got slammed with orders so we did end up waiting 15-20min for our order...BUT.. the manager or guy in charge was very nice and apologized for the wait. Noticed he was also very encouraging to the rest of the staff.

I don't go here often, but other than the pretty insane prices they have now, the food isn't half bad. Sometimes you're just craving fake Mexican food, and this is all that will scratch that itch!

The new store in Leander is nice, it's new so that is a given. We don't eat Taco Bell often, we usually get a 12 pack to go and eat at home. The food is good, service is fast and the orders are always correct.

We all know the struggle is real for Leander eateries. We only have a few, so they stay busy at those critical times of the day (like dinner). They did a good job, but the line was long and it took about 25 minutes. The guy working the window was friendly enough. My drinks had a little ice when I asked for "no ice" but that's cool. It least it was light on the ice, and I'm really reaching when I bring something like that up, right? Service was good, but the wait was a little long.

We do mobile orders 99% off the time and pick up in the drive thru. The employees have been very efficient, and our orders have been correct every single time over the last couple of months! I took one star off because the Mexican pizza was a little soggy on our last visit.

TL;DR Great presentation, great environment, okay food This is one of the better Taco Bells I’ve visited in a while. I love Taco Bell but honestly most of their locations have really dropped the ball. The food actually looked decent and not a mashed up sloppy mess. The store was quiet for a Sunday afternoon and the employees were nice. They helped my wife come up with an order she ended up really enjoying. The food was just okay, but I don’t really blame the location for running out of the Mexican Pizza (I went to 4 other locations in my search) or the new Brisk Dragon Paradise. I gave 4 stars because my chips were stale. Literally inedible. Overall, as stated before, this is one of the better locations and I was mostly satisfied with my meal. Taco Bell should make changes at the corporate level to ensure consistent quality between locations. Choosing a Taco Bell these days is like playing Russian roulette.

Went through the drive thru. Service was fast friendly and accurate. The food was decent. Nothing spectacular, but nothing bad. Would go back again for a quick cheap meal.

They're nice when they want to be.. however, a nice overall place. However, when we ordered, we asked for No Onion and No Cheese, we looked on the receipt and it didn't say No Onions. So, we asked and the cashier was chill about it but we could tell he gave the chef a hard time about it.

This location of Taco Bell has greatly improved since opening. After several visits when they first opened we avoided it in favor of the other Leander location due to speed of order completion issues. We tried it again recently and were pleasantly surprised. If you have avoided for the same reasons, give this location another try. It seems they have gotten the kinks worked out of their system.

I always do mobile orders for pick up here and I’m impressed because it is always done right. Everything is always in the bag, plenty of sauce and pick up is quick. Workers are friendly and the location is very convenient.

I think we know what to expect from Taco Bell when it comes to the food. This location meets those expectations. It's the service that makes some stand out from the others and the service at this location is slow beyond slow. Even with the self order kiosk, expect to wait at least 15 minutes for your food if you dine in. And that's if you're the only customer there.

Friendly staff ( 5 stars) , got the order correct ( 5 stars) 3 stars is because of a very long wait in the drive thru ( 20 minutes) because an Uber driver had a large order. However, we had no way to exit if we wanted to, and several cars were waiting behind us as well. It was frustrating.

Brand new location. Waited about 2 minutes at the front counter for an employee to get someone to take my order. When I first came in a different employee saw me but made no effort to let someone know. Ordered a cravings deal box with a soft taco instead of a crunchy taco. Got a crunchy taco. They had 2 tvs in the lobby and both of them were on a "programming not authorized" screen the entire time. The food was good though. Will probably give them another chance to get their act together.

It's ok, Margarita's are huge it's got a nice outdoor area but we sat indoors due to the heat. Service was great, our waitress was extremely nice. Food was ok, nothing great or worth writing home about.

Typically the food is good when they have supply, sometimes they run out of beef. Which is odd. The service is usually average, but what did it for me now is having my food handed off to someone else while I'm literally standing in the lobby waiting for 30 minutes. This was an online order, so my name should have been on the bag and should have been verified by whoever received it. I expected them to offer to remake the order, but I was suggested to contact the ordering service to have them re-send the order. I called the service and asked for a refund. Safe to say I'm disappointed and would like to suggest they fine tune their system for handling online orders.

Let me start by saying that the food was good Taco Bell fare; very fresh veggies and cheese in the tacos, typical meat and sour cream. I enjoyed it; was a walk-in customer. The folks in front of me did not have a good experience as both had orders come out wrong and/or missing something. This completely derailed the staff and I waited for nearly 5 minutes to order even though the two folks in front of me were the only ones in the restaurant; they weren't busy, had plenty of staff present, yet I waited long to order. Then when my food came out, the guy called my name, set it on the counter, and walked away. He didn't speak to me, hand it to me, or even look at me. Again, they were NOT busy. When the next customer entered, they were promptly and warmly greeted, and when a customer left, they were thanked by the gentleman at the register. Still not busy in there. When I left, no one noticed or spoke. This seems to be a poorly managed location based on the reviews of many others and my own experience. Staff were present and cutting up in back, which I'm fine with, enjoy your work. But provide at least average customer service or you lose. Leander has very few restaurants and even fewer fast food places; what a shame this one doesn’t seem well-managed and provides such poor overall service. But I’ll give it another try; hate to opt out after only one bad experience. Will update my review at that time.

Waited several minutes before the front employee walked inside from taking trash and proceded to take our order without washing his hands. After a good 10 minute wait I walk up to see my order missing 3 things and an extra item on there. Ok, no big deal i'll just let them know. Another employee just stared and awkwardly laughed, until I had to ask if she would fix it. Upon waiting 10 more minutes, our 2 iced coffees showed up. Still no nacho box. I wait 10 more minutes no box. I then ask the employee... They hadn't started my order. we are the only guests in the entire restaurant. After a nice 30 min wait I recieve my taco box... Nice people, just severely need some training/ motivation.

The chalupa were good. However, sitting inside, with only 2 other customers max, and the store having been quiet for a while......dirty tables, floor, managers sitting outside in their cellphone with other staff smoking. The management should be more aware of their environment and making the restaurant clean to attract, or at least customers they have. Not impressed.

I have been through the drive thru 5 times. 1 time order correct. 1 time missing something small missing 1 bean and cheese burrito. Asked them about it and they gave it to me . 3 times missing items all small taco or a burrito. Now mind you these have been an order for 3 to 4 people so not a real small order. The quality of the food has been normal for Taco Bell. The staff have always been nice too. It just frustrating to be missing an item so often.

I always get a Mexican Pizza and there is less and less sauce on it every time. The other thing I ALWAYS get is a strawberry lemonade. I order it, the lady says ok and then when she hands me the drink she says we can't do strawberry lemonade because there isn't a button to charge for the strawberry. She should have told me that or said they were out of strawberry.

40 minutes for a drive thru. And the food was sloppily made. Its not the place itself, it's the employees they suck... plain And simple

Walked IN to store 8/4/24 between 5:30 - 6:00pm. Immediately woman in back yelled "you have to use Kiosk, we don't have enough workers". My order wasn't a simple cut and dry order so I wanted to place it at counter. She wouldn't help me. Then, when I asked to have a physical receipt cause the Kiosk can't do that, she acted like I was really putting her out. This is 2nd time the staff here has been rude. Its a shame the CUSTOMER doesn't matter anymore. This store is nothing more than a drive through store. Don't go there!

Went around 12:40am (they close at 2am). I had placed a mobile order and when I got there nobody else was in line. I then waited 5 minutes at the menu speaker, another 5 at the first window, and another 5 at the second, all without anybody in the store even caring that a car was there. Honking didn't help since they were blasting music, but I don't think that was a problem since they 1000% would've noticed a car honking at this point. The workers just didn't seem to care in the slightest. I went around a 2nd time, waited at the speaker again, and this time a line started to form behind me. After no reply again I moved up to the first window at which point the other cars in line started honking because nobody was serving them either. So finally we cancelled our mobile order and left. It's a shame that whataburger is the only other late night option around, and I can promise I'll be going to other nearby taco bells instead of this one for the remainder of my time in Leander. Worst drive-thru experience I've ever had with any taco bell.

Order two meals, a chalupa meal and a nachos meal. I live out in the country and this is the closest taco bell to me. They forgot the chalupa meal. I had just gotten off work and wanted something easy to eat for me and my wife. Her food was there but not mine. And it's not worth a 30 minute trip back to the restaurant.

Drive Thur and walking in, is the slowest “fast” food place I’ve been too yet. 40 minutes waiting in drive Thur and when you go in the crew is so disorganized, there’s no hustle. We walked in to a drama between two employees. And when one of the girls took my order she was messing with her nails and acting like she was too good.

Waited 20 minutes the drive thru. No big deal they were busy and it was at 9:30 pm. Pull out after getting my food and realize they didn't put my cinnamon twist in my bag. Drive around to park. Walk up to the door and its locked. So I wave an employee to the door. Explain that I'm missing food. I am told to go back through the drive thru. There are 10 cars in line. I ask if I can't just wait inside and get my missing items. Told to go back through the drive thru. I was not waiting another 20 minutes. Annoyed and cinnamon twist less.

This place moves at such a slow pace. It takes forever to get the WRONG order. 20 minutes in the drive through for 4 cars. Get food - great! Except it's not even half of what was ordered. Luckily we checked in the parking lot (Because this wouldn't be the first time things were missing, or wrong). I've given this place a couple tries because it's easy and convenient, but no more. I'll drive to another one of I ever want TB again.

had a 23$ order and they literally messed everything up except the Dr Pepper and Doritos loco taco. My mini beefy quesadillas were chicken. Chicken roll up was not what it was suppose to be, my steak burrito supreme 5$ burrito mind you, was burnt to a crisp 100% black crispy burnt nasty and they didn’t give it to me, I had to go back to reclaim it because they obviously forgot it on the grill. I love Taco Bell, and I will never go to this location ever again.

after i told her they got my our cheese Quesadilla incorrect the other day and added chicken to it, the drive up girl cashier still made sure our order tonight was wrong again. the girl at the drive thru(12/2/24 at 6:30-7pm) purposely (seems like she wants to get fired to collect unemployment) was rude (she sighed while I was ordering) and then purposely got our order incorrect. she added cheese where I told her not to and add jalapeno cheese on my child's Quesadilla when i told her to put it to the side so she wouldn't mess it up. everything had cheese on it and she wrote "see me" for the Quesadilla and she never bothered to tell them not to add the jalapeno sauce. she was completely prejudice also. she needs to be fired but i would say management should make her mop and do dirty jobs in the store to punish her.

The semi blonde man servicing the drive thru is rude. I have couple of experiences with him. 1. 4months ago, I missed to order hot sauces on speaker and asked them at payment, his response is rude with a loud voice next time please order at the speaker ok... Everyone of us know that the hot sauces are reachable in shelf right in front of him, i see many agents ask me do you want any sauces at the payment window as courtesy. 2. Today, i ordered for the first time via mobile app to save some time ordering at speaker, i went to window along with 5 other cars in front of me and asked for the order, the guy asked me come back in the line with 5 other cars again. When i asked should i cancel the order, his response is yeah go ahead. He is driving revenue away from the company. Honestly this employee needs proper training on how to serve the customers and not being rude. Hope taco bell trains the employees well. I cancelled the order today.

ordered thru doordash. doordash driver dropped off the wrong order with someone else’s name. driver told me someone else picked up my order and the staff told him to just give me this one. it went into the trash. i ordered again. driver dropped off my correct order this time but the receipt time showed it was my very first order. opened the bag and the quesadilla was ice cold. no sauce in the bag even though it showed on my receipt that i asked for sauce.

We were in the area early and sat in the drive through at 9 am. I ended up calling in at 9:02, the lady said they were open “literally 1 minute ago”. She was short and rude. When she unlocked the doors she threw them open and threw the mat on the floor. We asked if she was in a bad mood, she said no you? we said no and she replied “cool”. Food order came out fairly quickly. Dining area was an absolute mess, very few clean table, stuff all on the the floors. Some guy came out and said we Had to leave right at 10 o'clock. Couldn't finish our meal, we had to leave. I was not in the mood to "discuss". So me & my son just left. Not very customer friendly!

I ordered 1 steak and 1 chicken quesadilla, and both had maybe about 6 little bits of meat in the whole quesadilla. Also, found some weird green hard objects in my quesadillas?? Like not chewable. I would like to have meat in my quesadilla if I pay for it. I didn’t order a cheese quesadilla. And especially when I’m paying 6 dollars for each that’s kind of ridiculous. Do better.

As a food worker I am normally lenient with the service because I know how it is, but this is absolutely unacceptable. We got little to no steak on ANY of our items. Not the taco, not the Crunchwrap, not the STEAK quesadillas, nor the STEAK nachos.

I had a very disappointing experience at the Taco Bell - Hero Way drive-thru this evening. The staff seemed to intentionally delay customers in the drive-thru, almost like a game, just to make people leave without ordering. It felt like they were trying to avoid taking orders after 10:00 PM. One staff member (a lady with her hair tied in a top knot) was especially dismissive and acted unprofessional. Instead of helping customers, the attitude made the experience frustrating and disrespectful. This is by far the worst Taco Bell location in the Austin/Leander area. If you’re not planning to serve food after 10 PM, it would be better to clearly communicate that rather than making customers wait and leave. Very disappointed.

I had never came in to eat but I regret doing so because after entering the absolutely horrific disgusting bathroom I completely lost my appetite. It wasn’t dirty from one days of missed cleaning. Weeks if not months of grime on literally every inch of everything in sight. Walls, sink, toilet, trash can, floors and the door. I do not even want to think about what the kitchen harbors in the areas we can’t see if nobody in that restaurant recognizes the repulsive filth in restroom. Tried this location and wish I didn't !! 6 cars in front of me almost 35 mins wait and then I ordered a 12 pack of crunchy tacos, almost 15 mins wait. Lots of people working and some guys on the phone inside and one look like leaving for the day chatting the other guy on the phone when he got off. Asked for extra fire sauce, got under the normal amount. The taco of course random amounts of stuff not consistent, think they need to hire AI robots to make this stuff or something cause it seems to have less and less in the tacos Also not that you can't make a left hand turn out of the parking lot and no uturn at the signal WTH, so yea this location sucks all around.

My wife has a lettuce allergy which we tend to have to order special request (like asking for no lettuce) tonight we had a late night craving and she wanted 2 soft tacos. We asked for no lettuce and they confirmed there was no lettuce at the window. We get home and it seems they only added lettuce with almost no meat. We had this issue in the past where my wife was sick and she i got her a few tacos. Next thing we knew she was rushed to the hospital. We reached out to corporate about this issue but they never reached back out (as a business owner i know they are just trying to avoid the situation since they can get sued) we are not interested in suing we just want the issue fixed. These employees seemed like they were ages 19-22 We were the only customers on a Thursday night at 11pm.

So I ordered the cantina chicken crispy taco meal and got two very flat, very greasy, stale tacos and a cup of cheese. I didn't check my order because let's be honest, how do you screw that up? Didn't receive my chips...can't believe I spent $10 for it and also can't believe that these types of fast food chains just don't care anymore. Smh...won't be going back!

Update*** still terrible! Look at how little chicken is on chicken only tacos. Ive come to this Taco Bell multiple times and yet it seems every Sunday is a terrible experience. This location desperately needs help Sundays, they cannot keep up with demand. We used the Drive-thru and we were instructed to get the food inside after. We waited over 30 minutes and watched at least 10 other customers leave from frustration. The worst thing about it is that there was a manager, a shift manager and two employees just diddling around in the back room area. No customers were acknowledged while we stood there and no apologies or reasons given. 3 different customers stole fountain drinks and went behind the counter to grab cups while we waited. That's how bad the employees were at noticing their surroundings.
