they never have the best item which is a caramel frappe and the machine is always broken and if you actually order food it takes at least 10 minutes for medium fry.

The food here is always Low quality they always get the order wrong if you get chicken, the chicken patty comes burnt hard and stale. If you get a fish sandwich, it comes the same way hard and stale. The sandwiches are poorly put together all the time at this location sloopy messy presentation

They do no except mcdonalds surveys promo. And the employees have a bad attitude towards some guests it seems who don't like that fact. They also might not be selling steak sandwiches but it's possible they were out.

The worst McDonalds in New York They didn't gave me receipt That's why they didn't give me large fries, after that they didn't want to give me large coke WtH I paid for it extra 75 cents and they trying to tell me that 6 mcdouble comes with small coke Really? That's why I paid 75 cents to get big one After that she take a large cup full of ice and trying give it to me Really? I experienced extremely poor service during my recent visit. (Order mobile app) I waited over 20 minutes for a simple Happy Meal, despite standing patiently near the counter for more than 15 minutes. When I finally asked about my order, the staff member claimed she didn’t call my number because she was "counting money" a completely unacceptable excuse. The lack of accountability and urgency from the workers was disappointing. I hope this issue is addressed to improve service standards.

Had 2 orders that I placed in store. I ordered 2 hi-c orange drinks. When I got home I ate my food and drank my hi-c. After the cup was half done i realized both my hi-c had black powder on my drinks. I immediately got disgusted and went in store to complain. They couldn't even issue me a refund for one of the orders because I didn't have my receipt. I drank something i don't know of & couldn't get my money back. A disgrace of a mcdonalds. I can forgive getting pickles on my sandwich when I specifically requested them off but not a hair. I was so focused on staying calm and getting out of there with my refund that I took another L 🤣 my goofy self let them short me 11 cents.

I don’t remember McDonald’s cooking their meat anything temperature other than well done. Meat was very undercooked actually had blood in it still. This location is very unorganized and bad customer service. They did not put bacon on the new BLT cheese burger they have ADVERTISED. Also gave me the wrong dessert. Very disappointed and disgusted.

A month ago, I gave this franchise a 5 star review. But as of this past weekend I had to come back to change it. I'm a very fair and understanding person when it comes to giving reviews and knowing that sometimes things happen. As far as food goes, it should always be prepped and cooked properly but I get, sometimes things happen. However, to have the same thing happen two times in a row is unacceptable. This past weekend I wanted chicken nuggets and fries, sent my husband in and as soon as he came back in something smelled terribly burnt. When I opened the bag, it looked like they had drained whatever was at the bottom of the fries oil and gave it to him. The nuggets were no better, they were both inedible. I was so upset. On Sunday again, I went back not even thinking that this may happen to me again because before the first time it never happened before. Low and behold I got burnt fries and nuggets. They lost a customer and a pretty regular one too.

Worst service ever for takeout. Always get 2 or 3 items missing even though the receipt lists everything. I would give them a zero if I could. This is how my Big Mac came. The top bun was in the middle

This establishment has alot of employees on shift, but still have to wait 10- 15 to get your food after purchasing. Also, notice a few employees at the back, in the kitchen without their mask and 1 in front with her mask down, under her chin serving customer or making drinks. Why wear the mask, if your not going to wear it right!
