I'm not exactly a fan of McDonald's but you can usually count on the consistency of what to expect. Between bars on a Saturday night some friends wanted to firther lije their stomachs and grab a quick something to eat. I never had any food myself but rather than stand oitside on my own like a lemon i condisodered the fact i really needed the loo and proceeded in with them. I headed to the predictable area were the loo's usually are to be met with a security guard. Although friendly, he told me i needed a code to use the toilets as the doors were locked. This is new to me in a McDonald's but hey, maybe this is how they do it in liverpool. So i wonder off back to find my friends to see if there is a code on the receipt. unfortunately there wasn't. Now i'm a bit miffed and this McDonald's is pretty big and i still need the loo. Naturally i start wondering toward the the McDonald's maon counter but the staff bizarrely weren't there, there was one to be seen (another first for me at a McDonald's) then...thabj goodness, the security guard beckoned me over to him and proceeded to use a code to open the door. I offered my profound thanks and went through the door expecting to see a toilet but no, my adventure to find relief wasn't quite over with yet. I encountered a huge corridor and turned the corner onyl to find another long corridor. Another male friend had now joined my search with me back when the security guard opened the door. Now we were laughing at the many signs that were specifically telling you.. 'not this door, this is NOT a toilet' so we carried on past them and 'Viola' the mens toilets appeared. I felt very jaopy for my fellow friendband his success and then finally my owm as the the womens toilets appeared before me. So my opinions of McDonald's havent exactly wavered but i am greatful to the very nice security guard who let us in ,hence my star rating. Even though in hindsight, he probably could have let me through in the first place and saved a bit a aimless cafuffle. At least it gave us a good chuckle either way. So I suppose now you know you can eat your calorie dense mcdonalds along with the chance to work it off walking, walking and walking to the loo's 🚶👌

The McDonald’s on Lord Street, Liverpool, is massive—spanning two floors with over 200+ seats and a bright, modern decor thanks to a fresh refurbishment. I love stopping here after shopping sprees; it’s open 24 hours, so I once ended up sharing fries at 2am with friends while watching the buzzing city nightlife. Quick service, table orders, and plenty of seating (even with a view upstairs) make it super convenient. Wheelchair access, free WiFi, and all your McDonald’s classics are available. Breakfast is served till 11am, and it’s an easy walk from Central train station.

We called in with our daughter and grandchildren on Saturday 01st November. It was very busy. We didn't know how long it would be or where we were going to sit. But it was great. Found seating easily, service was fast friendly and efficient and the food was hot and tasty. With it being so busy I just wanted to say well done to all staff at this McDonald's.

McDonald’s Lord Street - Surprisingly this was the best experience I have had in a McDonald’s, it was busy with lots of kids however the food was hot, well put together; service was phenomenal as the guy who delivered our food was polite and charming. He made sure when he delivered the food that everything was there and when we finished he even put our tray way and cleaned the table. He was all over, helping people when I seen him. I ordered a box of 20 nuggets, chips and a coke. My partner ordered a grill Bic Mac meal and a mayo chicken. My nuggets were fresh from the VAT and my chips were really hot and well salted. My partners grill order was correct and the Big Mac was well put together which is rare for a busy shop as normally they just throw the burgers together. Only downside was that our boxes the chips came in were greasy. This can happen when if some of the boxes fall into the chips when filling it up but it wasn’t a huge problem as we tip the box into another box anyway. The place was great too, good location in the city centre and couldn’t recommend any more, best McDonald’s I’ve been to.

Yes, you have never seen such cleanliness, it is very impeccable and very clean. And the food, the burgers were brilliant, the skirts were good and the procedure was done well, and the staff was very serious at work. But what I liked most was that the manager was giving a speech to a girl and her smile and the way she spoke to her was very kind and very understanding. It is worth eating at a McDonald's. Aunque a veces eres olvidan algunas cosas, ketchup o la pajita, el refresco son bastante amables y el chico que te entregará comida en la mesa se lo pides y te lo traiga sin ningún problema. Ahora mismo hay una promoción que si coges un menú grande por un euro más cercano una toalla. Si lo recomiendo y si volveré, aunque ya venido varias veces

Hoy sábado mediodia hemos ido a comer, depués de unas compras en Bauhaus, hemos hecho pedido en las máquinas y hemos eaperado turno que aparece en pantalla. Está abierto hasta la 1h de la madrugada, supongo por el tema del centro comercial o el cine que está al lado. En nuestro caso fué algo funcional: 2 mcmenús grandes con bebida grande y 1 hambuguesa de 1€, un total de 17€ . No había mucha gente y como hacía buen tiempo subimos a la terraza superior al aire libre: estábamos solos!. Para los que vengais con los peques la sala infantil queda justo en la parte derecha según entras, que no es más que una pista americana infantil. Tuvimos problemas para pasar una promoción del móbil en código QR a la máquina y como llevábamos prisa no pudimos pasarla. Creo que había una promoción de muñecos infantiles los cuales no quisimos y dejamos en el comercio. Apuntar que las vistas desde dentro son claras y nítidas al exterior por las grandes cristaleras en 2 costados. Hay Mcauto para hacer comanda y llevar con el coche. Mencionar que hay aparcamiento al aire libre a nivel de calle y subterraneo. Por último, observamos al irnos que la cola del Mcauto parecía entorpecer la circulación de los coches pero no observé si ello suponía mucho o poco tiempo. Con todo, os decimos que sí volveríamos si tuviésemos las connotaciones del dia de hoy: funcionalidad y prisa por llevar a cabo varios trámites hoy sábado. Resenya dedicada a mi Luci de la 13.

El restaurante estaba muy lleno y bastante sucio pero hemos pedido para llevar y solamente hemos tardado 10 minutos esperando y la verdad que no a faltado de nada estaba todo y caliente. El mc pollo estaba bastante regular de sabor muy flojo a pollo. El cuarto de lliure estaba mucho mejor de sabor buena salsa queso fundido y el bocado final más rico. Las patatas deluxe estaban calientes y con buen sabor.

I have asked coffee together with my order, there is a box to mark it specifically. I didn't get the coffee and after I have finished the food I had to stand in a line and repeatedly ask for my coffee. I have asked for the coffee specifically to have it before food and also not to be waiting in line due to amount of people they have to serve. McDonald's will be McDonald's.

A standard large inner-city McDonald’s. Nice view of the shoppers below from the seats upstairs. Main problem is, like many inner-city McDonald’s, there is no policing of the toilets so there is a contact stream of people wandering in off the street and through the restaurant just to use the toilet.

Quite a good McDonalds when compared with others in Liverpool. Considering how busy it can get here the food is always served fairly quickly and I have never had an issue with my order.

Food taste good but if need the disabled toilet downstairs they won't allow you unless u have a wheelchair or pram, stick etc which is stupid for those with hidden disabilities. Barely any seats down stairs so u have to go up stairs to eat but the toilet is like a maze trying to find it so many steps of stairs by the time you get there u would probably pee yourself. Also security won't let you up unless you have McDonald's food recipe which is awful cause the printers don't always print.

I called into this McDonald's for a quick, cheap breakfast while on my way to a training day in Liverpool. I used one of the touchscreen machines to order which didn't spit out a receipt, and I hadn't thought to check my order number, however they were very quiet at the time so that wasn't a problem, although it might have been at peak time. It was interesting that there's an option to place your order in Welsh, which I didn't do as my Welsh is a bit limited.

Was very very busy and there didn't seem to be great organisation to get the orders out and numbers were showing for collection but not getting called for ages, numbers were getting called in no particular order and sometimes people's names and orders were being shouted out which was just embarrassing, myself and a few other customers were cringing and hoping they don't call our order that way! Also, I was given the wrong order even when I gave in my receipt, and when challenged it was told no that's it even though the ticket was a different number, but since it was the same happy meal as i ordered I just changed the drink to what I wanted for my lil one and I couldn't be arsed to challenge it more or wait longer cause he was hungry so I'm guessing someone else didn't get their correct order!

Somos bastante habituales en el McDonald's y siempre bien, pero ayer sábado fue un desastre se quedaron si mayonesa, sin sprite ni oreos. En el McAuto tardan como 5 min en tomar tu pedido, luego otros 15 más en servírtelos y encima llegamos a casa y todo mal, por suerte nos dieron por equivocación también el pedido del coche de atrás ( 2 Mc Flury y un yogur). Mucho personal pero muy mal organizado. No se enteran de nada y los Managers van igual o peor.

Muy mal trato de parte de la “encargada” hacia un empleado llamado Alex y a saber si con los demás es igual. Alex es el que estaba fuera de la cocina/barra. He escuchado como el chiquillo le pedía ir al lavabo y ella le contestaba (que no y cuando ha visto que le ha insistido le ha dicho ves pero no tardes ni dos minutos), es inhumano que no dejen a un empleado ir a hacer sus necesidades. Después el estaba limpiando bandejas y ha venido a ver si lo estaba haciendo bien y diciéndole (tanto tardas en limpiarlas?). También los compañeros preparaban los pedidos y chillaban ALEX y él tenía que aparecer como si fuera un mayordomo para llevar las cosas a las mesas (las cuales la mayoría se han quejado porque faltaba comida o porque tardaban muchísimo). Gente amargada. Ya como colmo han tardado media hora en darme tres simples helados y al preguntarle si ya los tenía los tenían aparte porque se habían olvidado y ya estaban desechos.

Pésimo una vez mas!! Si pides online olvídate de cenar lo que pides, es a suertes lo que llega a tu casa. vamos a recoger directamente al local y SORPRESA!! Un DESASTRE TOTAL!! Hamburguesas incompletas, pedido incompleto, 0 sobres de ketchup QUE HEMOS PAGADO!!, etc etc, en resumen, ir al Mcdonals de Viladecans que es el mas cercano si no quieres problemas.

la encargada tiene un muy mal comportamiento, no atiende nada bien y te mira con mala cara como si te estuviese perdonando la vida, las patatas las pedimos grandes y llegaron como si fueran medianas, le dije q me pusiera más que para eso pago de más y me lo lleno con mala cara y diciéndome "la próxima vez no te las lleno" luego el Mcflurry como se ve en la foto llegó diminuto y me dijo que eso era así y que no lo podía llenar, cuando en el gran Vía, en el splau, en el alcampo, etc, siempre te lo ponen más arriba, simplemente no tiene ganas de trabajar y las veces que hemos venido nos ha atendido de manera pésima, espero que cambien esos hábitos...

Vengo al local a primera hora y me encuentro que la sala de niños está sucia. No han tenido la posibilidad de limpiar ya sea al finalizar o antes de comenzar? No comprendo con esta cadena no tiene un mínimo de limpieza.

Porque no puedo dar un 0. 0 al personal. Muy mala gestión, incompetentes, han arruinado el cumpleaños de mi hijo, menos mal que la competencia de enfrente, el encargado de burguer king, sin haber hablado con ellos con antelación ni nada, me ha solventado el día. 2 minutos ha tardado en dar solución y sin excusas.

Tres veces hemos venido al MacDonalds de Barnasud, y las tres veces han servido en mal la comida Hemos pedido 18,30h en el autoCard, no había NADIE. 2 MINUTOS en servir. La carne de la hamburguesa fría, empapada en salsa y el pan blando Metidas en una caja que no era la suya, por lo que No entraba bien la Hamburguesa. Las patatas recalentadas y llenas de aceite, que te sientan mal al estómago (no las hemos podido comer), la última vez que vinimos aquí, lo mismo, las patatas negras y aceitosas, una De verdad, no es tan difícil, no había nadie más, que dos menús 20€ no es tan barato para el servicio pésimo que dan Y ya de últimas, he tenido que entrar a lavarme las manos, y estaban sin servilletas, solo había papel en las cajas. No vuelvo aquí, las tres veces, mala experiencia, en Sant Boí mucho mejor.

Pésima experiencia una vez más, refuerzo comentarios recientes de otros consumidores. Lentitud y pasividad en el servicio. El personal es absolutamente desagradable, abren y cierran ventanilla entregándote la comida sin saludar, no te miran ni a los ojos. Te dejan con la palabra en la boca y debes seguir esperando a que alguien pase por allí para rectificar, porque además, siempre están erróneos los pedidos. Trabajo en multinacional como Store manager y no entiendo como una marca de tal magnitud permite ofrecer este tipo de experiencias tan pésimas a sus consumidores. Les recomiendo una inspección al equipo, porque es desagradable el comportamiento , inclusive entre ellos. Compra realizada a través desagradable Mcauto 4 diciembre a las 18:30h en barnasud, Gavà.

Todo el mundo conoce el nivel que da estas cadenas por eso es fácil saber cuando la desidia empieza a apoderarse del sitio. En mi caso la hamburguesa parecía que le habían dado una paliza antes de servirla. Además del servicio excesivamente lento para los pocos que estábamos allí.

La verdad. No sé qué decir respecto al Mac auto. Sé supone que es un servicio para llevar. No es la primera vez que pido un menú. Les digo a los dependientes que cierren bien el vaso de la bebida y cuando llegó a casa, es inexistente dicho líquido. Esta vez ya fue lo peor de lo peor. He tenido que lavar todo el maletero de toda la cantidad de cerveza derramada en él. Y por supuesto. Me quedé sin probar el menú ya que estaba completamente empapado. Muy mala experiencia.

Es un servicio pésimo, no hay comparación con Bellvitge/ Sant Boi, no deberían estar abiertos para dar este tipo de servicio, teniendo en cuenta la poca educación del personal con frases como “ Si tienen que esperar pues que esperen”, cuando llevábamos 30 minutos esperando y el pedido ni si quiera salía en pantalla. El personal daba vueltas como pollos sin cabeza. Y ningún podido salía completo. En fin, que no volvemos más.

Una auténtica vergüenza, me he dirigido al mostrador acompañada de una niña de 9 años por qué la aplicación no funcionaba y una empleada llamada Sheila cuando le he comentado que no iba a dicho ufff y se ha metido dentro en cocina sin decirme nada se ha puesto a preparar hamburguesas con un chico alto rubio de ojos claros al ver que no salía nadie ni decían nada y el chico estaba mirándome le he dicho perdona varias veces me miraban y no contestaban y riéndose entre ellos continué con un tono más alto diciéndole perdona va a salir alguien o que? Riéndose dice si ahora sale después de 7 minutos de reloj esperando para hacer el pedido y una solución sale una supuesta responsable digo supuesta por qué hay gente en el paro más profesional que lo haría mejor en su lugar y que tienen más ganas de trabajar, sale y con malas caras me dice que pasa y le comento que no va el pago y los cupones me salen canjeados me lo pasa por la máquina y realizo el pago me da el ticket con muy malas formas y sin ningún tipo de amabilidad me siento con la niña a esperar y empiezan a cuchichear reírse de mí y a hacer coro y seguían hablando entre ellos a todo esto haciendo que mi pedido tarde 25 minutos de reloj cuando garantizáis un servicio de comida rápida! Sale mi pedido me lo da la tal Sheila y escucho por parte de la encargada mirándome como si de algo personal se tratase ZORR… automáticamente llamo a mi marido y viene y les dice que si tienen algo que decir lo digan por delante y no a las espaldas se quedaron sin saber ni qué decir por qué la duda ofende claramente! Pedimos una hoja de reclamaciones y pedimos los nombres la encargada se niega a dárnoslo por qué según ella con la reclamación miran día y hora y ya se sabe quién trabaja en el turno al no quererme dar nombre ni solución les tomo foto y a continuación las adjunto. Es una auténtica vergüenza la poca educación por parte de todo el turno Pero no me extraña nada con semejante encargados que tenéis así funciona el turno y el servicio tienen 0 experiencia en trato al cliente y cara al público hay mucha gente en la cola del paro que sin formación ninguna atenderían mejor a las personas. Realmente créeme que esto no va a quedar así y me encargaré personalmente de ello .

Servicio muy lento. Sin haver casi gente hemos tenido que esperar media hora para que nos sirvieran un café. De comida rápida nada de nada. Muy mal coordinados y lentos.

Sinceramente no vuelvo más, sábado por la tarde y no había gente, después de 20 minutos me han servido el menú sin patatas, me acabo la hamburguesa y me tengo ke levantar a por las patatas, estaban malas, incomibles…sabor malísimo de verdad, fatal. Otras personas las han devuelto también…servicio malísimo, una decepción desde luego. No lo recomiendo.

Decepcionado por comer un Macdonald en este local. Poca calidad, cantidad y preparado con poca gracia. El servicio malo. Se olvidaron la mitad de las cosas y no estaban pendientes. No vale la pena ir, solo si queres comer poco y mal.

19-06-25 Vas al McAuto, Pides menú Big Mac grande de Bacon ¡¡Novedad!!, tardan más de lo norma, ves como dejan la comanda junto a la ventana y ahí se queda hasta que les dices que te la quieres llevar caliente, te dicen que "es que es el cambio de turno y lo han dejado ahí" Llegas a casa y TACHAN te lo han puesto normal, sin bacon 😡 Id preparando la hoja de reclamaciones. 03-04-25 Pides un menú grande para llevar y la cerveza te la ponen por la mitad. Esto es un engaño, timo Si el negocio fuese del que las sirve lo entendería pero hay que ser malo en tu trabajo para servir tan mal y sobre todo que por algo que has pagado te ponga la mitad Un engaño La próxima vez no me muevo del mcauto sin comprobarlo. Vergüenza 🤦‍♂️

The staff no respect for client i stayed on counter more then 10 minutes for payment there was no client nobody was responsible asked 3 times for payment no response at the end i left without food they don't care about anything

Ayer en mucho tiempo me llevé una decepción día 10 de enero. Ya que el estado en el que se encontraba el restaurante era deplorable. Hablamos de Mc donals GAVA.No había tanta clientela como para que estuviera de esa manera. Nos tuvimos que limpiar nosotros mismos la mesa, cogimos el servicio de entrega en mesa y después de mucho rato lo tuve que recoger yo en el mostrador. Considero que había en ese momento personal suficiente como para que no hubiese pasado esto. No pongo fotos del personal dentro hablando sin atender las mesas ya que salen las caras. Pero en vez de estar hablando tendría que atender a la gente y el restaurante. Lo lamentable es que habiendo un encargado, permitiera lo que vivimos ayer. Decepcionante.

Sorry, but McDonald is a surprise, never have I had good food by them. Some nice people/workers smile and do you good, but what they sell....

The burger is horrible. Not the same as America's McD's. I went in 1976 to McD's first resturant in NYC. McD's here in Spain is like cardboard meat with no tomato no lettece nothing to thrill ypur tastebuds. That watering in the mouth expecting that first bite just fades fast. SAD sad McD's does not control their franchises abroad.. SAD example of McD's.

The service is so slow and the attitude of Staff is very bad. Go somewhere else.

Still no vegetarian alternatives in Spain? Most other Mac Donalds in other countries already have at least three vegetarian/vegan options.

First time I have managed to get the order completed and actually ate a meal, the kiosk and no way to order personally leads us to just walk out. A very helpful young lady helped me complete the order and pay for it. Food was very average. Frys quite cold. Thats it for Macca's for me, (except where o can order from a person)

Drive thru. Took at least 20 minutes. Food was dry and tired. Fries very dry and the burger was also dry. Ordered a McFlurry but then realised we didn't receive it only after we left. Didn't bother to go back. I'm actually a fan of McDonalds as a treat but the last few times I've visited, the quality and service has been poor.

Worst McDonald's we've ever been to. There was no one else in the restaurant and yet we waited 25 minutes for our take away order. The staff were just hanging around doing nothing. And, on top of that, they're not reading the orders correctly. Ordered 2 iced drinks that came back piping hot.

I have placed an order on Uber Eats this morning, and I’m very disappointed with the condition of the muffins. Both items look extremely unappetizing — the buns appear to be ripped or possibly bitten, which is completely unacceptable.

Asked about the flat bottom bun was told it is supposed to be that way, is it supposed to be like this “actually”? Horrible service! I’m damn sure it’s not supposed to be this way. And if by rarest of chance it is then who the hell came up with this receipe?? Plus the patty was cold as hell!!

The place is dirty - at least sweep the floors. Fix the ordering terminals - put in paper or make sure they display an order number. 'Food' was cold but I knew there was no point in complaining - staff don't seem to care at all.

So I ordered 2 hot drinks with table service, online after 20 minutes I had to go down to the collection point and enquire as to where our drinks. They had been sitting there. And they were cold. Soi asked for fresh ones. Apparently it never came up on the screen. Not happy!!!

I was on my work break, and because McDonald's is a quick grab for lunch, that's what I did. I ordered a DOUBLE BIG TASTY, and to my disappointment, once I got back to my workplace, they gave me a half-assed burger that had nothing to do with a double big tasty and I couldn't even go back because I had a 30 minute break, now I don't know who made this mistake but the person who served me was sylwia, as stated on the paper bag. Very unprofessional.

Went here today as was out for river of light and was hungry and needed loo, they checked my reciept to make sure i had bought something and I was told my drink i was holding wasnt allowed in restaurant so I threw it away even though it still had enough left because I just wanted my food, after I threw my drink away they then told me I hadnt spent enough to be able to sit upstairs?!. Could have told me before I wasted my drink, service is outrageous, security has their heads stuck up their backsides and I honestly dont recommend as this whole experience was super overwhelming. Since when has a spend minimum been a thing to sit down

Absolutely terrible service 30 mins and still no food. Asked for the money back and the manager was fuming didn't even say sorry disgusting attitude. She thought she'd be funny and give me about 50p in penny's so they got lashed all over the floor. That will teach her miserable you know what.

Stopped at this McDonald's in Liverpool on a Monday night about 10.30pm, placed and paid for order, got locked out by security guard with body-cam and stab-proof vest, he blocked the entrance with bins. Gained access by the exit door at the side and stood waiting locked inside for 50 minutes and managed to leave with something akin to "food" and the order was missing items but also had 2 cheeseburgers for a different order number. Shocking.

Worst McDonalds ever, went there at 3.30am waited for what I thought was going to be fresh hot food, 10 mins later received my food Luke warm fries looked like they had been cooked twice, stake house stack was dry along with cold, the double cheese burger was that cold the cheese did not even melt, did not get any sauce even though it comes with garlic bread cheese dippers, what a joke, just beyond me how it's possible to receive cold food when its cooked to order that time of night, is it the staff are is it equipment failure, maybe a oil change would also help with this situation, worst McDonalds I have had in a while that's for sure,

Errr mc rib is dryer than a nuns chuff! Remember years ago when they use to rest it in bbq sauce? Now they drizzle a small amount on it. It's not me first visit with bad experience. In the past I've had old cold fries, burnt burgers and orders missing. Management needs to get a grip on their staff or take someone on with a bit of common knowledge

this mcdonald's is awful... i have a severe mustard allergy so ordered my burger plain with no sauce or anything... just pickles and cheese. i lift the top of my bun to put my own sauce on and see that they had obviously put on ketchup and mustard and realised their mistake and just wiped it off!!!! (picture enclosed) we then tried to call the restaurant to let them know and they answered once asked about "booking a table" and then said "do you do pizzas" then called the again and couldn't get through at all what a joke of an establishment

I've had many McDonald's even from this place but this time was hands down the worst experience. Ordered nuggets and fries but the fries were extremely undercooked borderline raw. Nuggets were fine but the fries were inedible, we got delivery so we couldn't go back and complain about it but through customer support, we couldn't get a full refund so that's great. Honestly just an exhausting and terrible experience and since it's McDonald's they literally don't care at all...
