Carl's Jr.

I've eaten here several times and the service has been great offering dipping sauce, condiments, napkins and informing me of the drink dispensers, cup lids and straws for drinks. The food has always been good and hot. The place is always clean and welcoming. If you like Char-Broil hamburgers give this location a try.

I’ve been going here a while and they usually have good service. Of course, its not always the same every time you go because they fluctuate through workers, not everyone is the best at their job. So sometimes I’ll find that my burger is subpar or missing a few things. But I’m okay with that, I think fast food employees should get paid more than just minimum wage. Can get a bit pricey, about $45 for 3 people and a child.

I personally think Carl's Jr is a better quality of food than most fast food places.I go there once in awhile when I am having a yearning for a fast food fix! I like the variety of chicken sandwiches and like their chicken tenders are yummy. I do wish they had more vegetarian options.

The hamburger was a big Carl with fries and a drink. I haven't had Carl's Jr in years and I the burger was delicious. I will be going back again soon.

The new guy in training did a very good job taking our order. We had made our order supper easy for him, as all 3 of us ordered the same thing and same size drinks and fries.

Not clean, sent back my "new" super double bacon burger Ketchup etc spewing out from under bin. Awful! Replacement see picture! No way, never again.

Went for a quick dinner. Food was horrible. Sante Fe Chicken sandwich was soggy and thrown together and very messy to eat. Fries were cold and had been sitting awhile. Also ordered onion rings. They were burnt and also cold. It was quite alarming this "dinner" was $30.00. When checking the receipt the kid who rang us up charged us a la carte for our food although we got combos. What a total rip off. Beware of Carl's Jr. We won't be going there again.

First let me say that I love Carl's Jr. for their western bacon cheeseburger. However on this past visit I ordered two western bacon cheeseburgers (sandwiches only) & and a medium coke and paid $15.00 for that. I was shocked!!! Also by the time I got home to eat it (I only live a couple blocks from the restaurant) the burgers tasted like they had been under the heat lamp all day. Very disappointed!

Stopped by to get something for breakfast after night shift work and it said it opens at 6:00am. Waited till about 20 after and still nobody and closed. If you own a business and you advertise you open at a certain time and you don't, to me I probably won't come back and I'd let my friend and who ever ask me about that business to be aware. Also kinda makes me wonder about the rest of the work ethic. Not happy!!

Pick it up in the drjve through and it was COVERED in sauce, like His hard is it to get an order CORRECT!!! For God sake their pay here in California is going up to $20 an hour and they STILL can't get a simple order CORRECT. I walked in and dropped it off back at the cash register and walked out. They got me for $10. It's okay. The company seems to need the money more than I do.

Their charbroiled chicken club was disgusting. The chicken tasted and felt as if it had been soaked in water for two days then attempted to be grilled for two minutes after. No usual sauce flavor that I remember it being marinated in before being grilled either. Plain, tasteless watery tasting "soft" chicken hiding in mayo lettuce tomato bacon bun. Not enough mayo in the world to fix that. $9.00 down the drain...

Tried to order in drive thru at 7:30pm. Employees hid from me and refused to take my order. But when I got in line a car in front of me got there order taken. I guess that was there last order but apparently they close at 1am. I’m so upset I was trying to get my 3 year old son nuggets as a special treat for being good all week and this experience made him upset. So I went to a&w for better service. And they offer inside dining.

Bags brought by a nice guy though had no straws,asked and he nicely brought two. Drove off,got home,no medium fries in the bag from 1st combo and onion rings for 2nd are not fully cooked hot and breading is cjed on nasty. Called from ho e teice,no answer, 2nd time been shorted a fry there in two weeks. Shame,been a go to for years,service/food been going downhill for a while now,especially for the high prices. Stopping going to that location. Two many probs over last year or so.

I ordered food this past Saturday night for us and it came to $27+. I went through the drive through and paid my bill and they handed me one bag. I asked if everything was there and the kid said yes. I live 3/4 of a mile away and when I got home, not only were items missing but the food was cold. I called to let them know and the mgr said he would credit me for the cold and missing items. 3 days later, I went to collect on my credit and received my food. Again, 3/4 of a mile and when I got home the food was barely warm. I'm so disappointed in Carl's jr because the food used to be so good. Because of these last 2 incidents, I will no longer go to this establishment.
