Jack n the box is pretty good especially when they have the coupons its on for me but now that ive become a diabetic i have to watch what selections i pick now but still a great place to eat .

This location has a 24 hour drive thru which is real convenient because I work the night shift and I was to tired to make myself breakfast. No lines at night. The clerk was very friendly.

They keep the restaurant very clean and employees seem to be focused and happy. Generous serving of fries 🍟, nice Jack in the Box

I went around 8 am service was great.. even if my cashier kind of knew English I still understand him. He made sure my order was correct. All my food was fresh as well.

They have a drive thru, but I had just gotten off work so I parked in their lot and went inside, serviced right away, it was around 2pm, very sunny and not very busy inside, most ppl prefer drive thru these days. The staff was nice, let me look at the menu, love tat they have a nice and clean look, lovely flower beds outside, hugging the building, too bad I didn’t take video of that, it looked pretty. The food was delicious, I bought a meal w onion rings and a vanilla shake, half my burger was gone before I left the parking lot, the shake toon about ten minute to thaw out enough to drink, perfect on a day when u r too hungry after work, and just wanna indulge in fast food.

Great place to go for a late night snack. They young lady at the drive thru is always very nice.

Conveniently located on the northwest corner of Crenshaw Blvd and PCH across from a major shopping center with a grocery store, mice theaters, restaurants and a myriad of various shops. Easy in and out from the highway.

As busy as they were at the drive thru, food just as ordered.

I came to get the snoop dogs special with a purple haze air freshener. The cashier told me they didn't get any purple haze air freshener. How I was bummed that was all for 14 dollars with out purple haze air freshener. Try and get it in because that is false advertising in your billboard inside the store.

The food was delicious and the service was fast. However, please remember to give customers napkins with their order. I unfortunately had to go to the counter with sauce on my face since I had nothing to wipe it off with. I felt a little embarrassed. Overall the experience was pleasant and their dining area was clean. I would definitely visit again during daylight, unfortunately the parking lot needs more light to feel safe.

That Jack in the Box is located at the corner of Crenshaw and PCH and when I go to pick my daughter up from the school we drive by and get some shakes ! Yummy yummy! 👌🤤We love those. Always a bad idea but I love those stupid Taco's! I change up the burger sometimes but always get 4 tacos and jalapeno poppers. This location has better employees so quality is usually better.

I love the fact that you can drive straight through the drive thru pulling a trailer. Bonus. Sometimes they got my drinks mixed-up... Hot Coffee...Cold Coffee So be specific clear and your pronunciation

They are open late...thank you!!!! Plus getting fresh hot tacos at 3am after work hits the spot. The team there, always nice and smiling even at that late time.

Jack in the box is located right off of PCH & Western Ave. The parking is plentiful as well as one handicapped space there too. The inside has two (2) unisex restrooms. The inside has eight (8) tables. The food preparation was really good, actually looked almost close to their photos on the wall, great job!

Food was just slopped together. No soap in restroom. Was hopping all day I would not get sick.

We wanted to try Jack in the box while we visited California from the mid west. It was okay, but nothing to write home about.

Clean and large place. Except the bathroom. One that requires a key from the counter and the other that smelled of fecal matter and urine and dirty with the lock latch broken. The food was hot and good

I had a monster taco and onion rings which I asked for well done! So not only were the rings not well done but the taco cheese was not melted. And I waited long enough inside no less, this location not that great.

Bought the Cluck Chicken sandwich combo and was disappointed at how blasè the chicken pattie was and how funky the curly fries tasted. Asked for no ice in my Dr Pepper, as the coldness of iced drinks burn my throat, but I got a drink iced to the top. It's rare that a sure fire good meal goes wrong at JackBox but there it was and I choked it down because it cost so much. I really was that hungry, and I sadly dumped the drink with my trash because I simply couldn't drink it. This was the JB on PCH & Western Ave, snuggled between a McDonald's, a Starbucks & a Weinerschnitzel. Am super sad that this choice was an absolute loser this time. I also purchased a classic Breakfast Jack combo, but that edit will be made on another day.

Ask for a receipt or you might not get one :> lol Went back later, asked for a reprint coz I needed it for reasons, they tried to find it but couldn't, so we recreated the order (thanks for going along with that idea), and to show some appreciation for the effort I actually ordered and paid for it again - curiously I found out later that the 2nd total was actually a bit higher than the 1st? Then again I also got an Oreo milkshake that is way more expensive than the vanilla milkshake I really ordered and wanted?? Whatever, that whole ordeal was kinda hilarious and they took it with humor - for the most part. Yes, I sure sound like some crazy customer but they (and the whole place for that matter) were too in some ways so what gives :D Would've been 4 stars but for the quality and quantity you get their stuff is a lil too pricey at what is known as a low cost chain. Except for the vanilla shakes, those are uniquely yummy!

Pretty much the same JITB as 40 yrs. ago, except for cost. Plan on spending $26-28 dollars for lunch for 2. I get the deliciously addictive press-formed taco's. To get free jumbo jack, save your receipt and complete the survey, (don't let your date see you do it though!).

I give credit to the entire chain of Jack n the box. They've stood the test of time against a highly competitive McDonald's food chain. The fact is this Jack n the box is right next door to McDonald's which intiallyy I fond that hard to belive but the did it. The appear to get plenty of traffic coming through. They probably have there regulars like other places. Anyways I had one not so great feedback from the front worker that appeared t be condemning me for wanting ketchup when she was the one that offered it to me. My feeling were she should have never asked me. However, credit to the management and the staff for maintaining a generally good service since the very first time I started going there back in the 90s. Feedback : they could use free Wifi like McDonald's. Or maybe not necessary being the place is 1/3 the size of its competition next door..not alot of sit in customers.

This girl in the front with some really bad bleach dye hair and acne, not wearing any name tag was super rude! She was quite and asked her what she said? She responded very rudely like almost yelled CURLY or REGULAR?!?! I was like woah, after I saw how she presented customers food is ready and she slams it on the counter saying HERE YOU GO! Servers never say hello or welcome. Have had my orders half filled more often than not. Tonight included. Idiot guy behind counter tried to drop the change on the ground and failed to fill half my order. If you hate your job don't take it out on customers

Took forever with my drive through order and they told me to pull over and wait some more so the cars behind me can get their order. I mean how complicated was my order ? It was a large fry and a kids meal

Always check the food before you leave. I ordered two burritos(BOGO coupon) but found out there's only one in the bag when I got home. Won't go there again.

I can believe what the manager said when I told them the gut that works there was charging me for packages of ketchup and ranch he's said oh probably having a bad day or you made it complicated to order so that why he charges sometimes

Always getting orders wrong

The girl working at the counter was rude. Their bathroom was extremely dirty and full of cigarette smoke and Ashes I was gasping for air. I'm disabled and I have problems with my lungs and heart and I had to endure that bathroom full of smoke for approximately two and a half minutes. what I notify the front counter person didn't give a s***! I order my food and got out of there.

Horrible service Daniela was extremely rude to me. I asked her why she took my credit card to the back for no reason. I do not trust this place if you go use cash but I don't recommend you visit. Front cashier was every rude. Sinpky ask a question and she answered rudely. Not only to me but the next person in line as well. She shouldn't be a cashier of she doesn't like engaging with people.

Our fries were literally still cold inside. Our food was all cold. The players had condensation in the container and was cold and soggy from sitting forever. They were extremely rude. We washed a refund we didn’t even leave the drive thru and they said no just a gift card over 50$ spent and she refused. They have so many people just standing around.

My son wanted breakfast for dinner tonight and when he was eating he said what is this?? Took what looks like a piece of zip tie out of his mouth! I tried calling but it says that the mailbox is not accepting messages and the call won't go through.. Its disgusting and I'm pissed cause my son could've choked or swallowed this accidentally.

Went and ordered $50 worth of food and the girl working shorted me a drink and when I mentioned it to her she argued with me saying she didn't. When I showed her my receipt she gave me the other coke, but with attitude. Then I get home and see that I'm missing onion rings. When I opened up my homestyle chicken sandwich (which is like $12) it had 2 bottom buns on it. And to top it all off the fries were cold! I would maybe understand if it would have been super late or something. But 8pm...dinner time! Unacceptable.
