Bonjour Bagel Cafe

I am from out of state, I don’t have a lot of bagel restaurants where I live. This was the best bagel I have ever eaten. Thank you for the friendly service and the amazing food!

I ordered two mixed dozen plus a lox bagel. It was fresh and delicious. Prices are comparable to other bagel places. It a nice local bagel shop.

Great neighborhood bagel shop with excellent sandwiches and coffee which is a rare combination. A wonderful Frosty Mocha that's better than most coffee shop Frappés. A lunch special available after 10:30 am. Good seating and free refills on the first cup when eating in.

My favorite bagel place since 2007. I can’t find anywhere else that make bagels like they do here. They are perfectly chewy without hurting your jaw and taste great! My favorites are egg, tomato, jalapeño, and blueberry.

This place is amazing! Great coffee and yummy bagels. The employees are super nice and helpful. Why would you ever pay for Starbucks when you have a place like this!

The best bagels in town. Great choices, reasonably priced, amazing customer service. Way better than 5th Avenue Bagelery just 2-3 blocks down the street.

I've enjoyed these bagels since I was in 6th grade. Although not often enough to be remembered I always enjoy having a bite to eat. Just writing this review makes me want to order a bagel at 1:25in the morning

Great quality bagels and friendly and efficient staff. Even if there's a line it moves quickly. $10 minimum on credit card sucks a bit but I get it. Debit + $0.50 so if you're just getting bagel and coffee it's best to pay cash

This is a great place to come to if you love bagels! And even if you don't you should still come try some of their awesome bagels! With 25 different varieties and a bunch of drink options this little place has something for everyone! Plus they recently got Wi-Fi!

Best bagels at a great price. The staff is great, they are always friendly and fast. It can get busy but that's only because it's worth it.

This place is just super cute and the staff is really friendly <3 Is so nice and clean and the food and drinks are super delicious. There is several amazing photos of staff or groups of people together and you can really tell the people here value happy vibes.

The two ladies were super friendly and helpful. I couldn't tell if the menu was up to date online so im sharing it here.

The "West Coast" open face with Hazelnut coffee is an amazing start to my morning. This was delicious! Relaxing environment, friendly staff, lots of variety, plenty of bagels to choose from.

If bagels are your jam and you are in the area, this is heaven. Bagels are made fresh everyday with the highest quality without breaking your wallet. I got a breakfast bagel combo which is a bagel sandwich (you choose your protein) and either coffee or freshly squeezed OJ. The crunch on you first bite would let you know that this spot is legit. The lady on the counter is so friendly and helpful with what to get since it's my first time here. She also knows the regulars by their name and their order. Drop by Bonjour to start your day right.

This time I misplaced my phone/wallet- they allowed me to eat at a reduced price as my meal exceeded my cash on hand. I rate their compassion 10/10- unfortunately Google doesn't track this.

Soo I just had their breakfast combo: egg, cheese and bacon bagel. Buttered and toasted and this is so delicious! I’m pretty particular about my eggs but these was soo good and you can tell it’s good quality eggs. Hands down the best egg bagel sandwich I’ve had so far. Combo comes with a large coffee or orange juice. Super affordable prices. Thank you, Boujour Bagel Cafe! I’ll be coming back. Loved the friendly staff too. I’m so mad I didn’t take a photo before eating it. Lol it’s that good

What a great hidden gem in Los Alamitos! I ordered an Americana bagel on jalapeño bread, a hot tea and an iced vanilla chai, everything was delicious. Plus they have ice nugget machine which I prefer instead of the big ice chunks for iced drinks! The iced vanilla chai was SO good, much much better than its big corporation competitors. I will definitely come again. Both girls behind the counter were very kind and patient and gave me the WiFi password and gave me recommendations. They really made you feel at ease. What a delight to visit, I would certainly recommend this cafe to anyone looking for good prices, good food and yummy drinks!

These bagels are farely similar to the bagels we have on the east coast, their veggie cream cheese has so much black pepper though. You can't even taste any veggies, just the pepper.

The bagels are fine....but the girls and service are far below average.....I'm waiting in line as they had their morning rush I get to the front after a wait and the girls friends come in - and they take their friends orders leaving me standing there....I finally left without ever getting an order in.....highly NOT Recommended

Best bagels, bagel- foods in Los Alamitos area. I always order jalapenos bagel sandwich. They were out of egg salad, so, opted for chicken salad. Yum 😋👍. So why 4 stars & not 5? Here's why...I don't like to have to put up w/a certain staff's nasty attitude (toward us) because we brought it to the attention of staff in charge, that we tried to call in our order, but phone was busy for a long, long time. Perhaps off the hook? Guess this "certain staff" didn't like us mentioning it. She couldn't get our order right, we had to repeat 3 times. I'm putting my displeasure in writing because my son is too polite to do it. It's not 1st time from this "certain staff". Enough is enough. We keep going back to good food & services from other servers. The owner is nice too. "Certain Staff", you're holding back on the 5th star ⭐. Get w/ it

Best bagels in South LA County. More flavorful than others, though perhaps not as dense as a perfect bagel would be. Service is pretty good and the servers very nice, though they're a little inefficient when the place gets crowded.

This use to be bonjour bagels it seems to be the same owners with a name change only. Still great bagels and great service. The morning crew are so nice. The shop is hard to find from the Main Street it’s back a little in the shopping center. Parking is always easy in the morning

Good coffee and good light bagels. My wife prefers a more traditional bagel that is more dense, but we both agree that they taste great. Coffee is good as well, and service is nice.

I ordered for the take out but you have plenty of choices for the bagel when you select which type of sandwich you want to have. They have both Hot and Cold coffees. Prices are very genuine. Food was very good 👍. Parking wise it's a plaza so you can get parking.

Stopped by & order the classic that included lox. Delicious & very filling. Parking in the front was tough since all the spaces were taken in this strip mall. Be prepared to park in the back or on the street if you're visiting during peak breakfast & brunch time.

3-Stars for high quality food but not the best service. To be fair, the ladies that work at this shop are very friendly and always hustling. My only complaint is they don't seem to be very attentive or great listeners. I have ordered here enough times that every time I order a single item, they frequently ask me to basically repeat my order to them because either they weren't listening, had too much on their mind, or forgot what I just said in less than a minute. This is not a huge issue, but it compounds by the time you're ordering multiple things and you've repeated your order several times. Not sure why they just don't implement an order sheet like almost any restaurant. One of the ladies must have been having a bad day because when my wife asked for an iced coffee, the woman was so quick to rudely tell her that they don't sell... ??Boba??... uhh Ya we knew that! It's not what she asked for anyway smh. Again, bad listeners (symptoms of TikTok Brain?). We have also had our sandwiches mixed up when they would hand them out. Another time they forgot to charge me for something I had placed right on the counter and announced I would like to purchase. I've avoided complaining because I don't expect anyone to be perfect but after a while, having to repeat yourself or having the worker become frustrated with you because they don't serve something you didn't even order, just gets really old. I really like this place, I just wish the staff would stop smoking that ganja before their morning shift or take some ginko biloba for their short term memory. Hope management reads this and works on retraining

Walked out after waiting 15 minutes. Girl behind the counter asked " what was your order after people behind me were waited on before me. Customer service???

These clowns just served me coffee so hot and terrible it scorched my mouth and throat. I can’t even taste the bagels I just bought for my girl and kid. Thanks a lot guys! I appreciate you scalding my taste buds off and ruining my weekend. Maybe time for training employees on the espresso machine. Four thumbs down for slow service, bad product and literally burning me with coffee. Whoever is on this shift needs to have additional training so nobody sues for being burnt by 150 degree coffee. Astonishingly bad. Do not go here. 10 minutes later and these girls have still not replaced the coffee. Triple fail.
