We came to have a pizza before going to movies. This place was a great choice. I liked everything from the interior to the service and food. The interior is very cozy, spacious and Italian: checked tablecloths, photos of Italian historic places, tiny Venetian balcony in the dining room. The place has plenty of tables, all of them were free when we were there. I appreciated that the tools plates and cups were real, not one-time plastic ones. We ordered a large pizza and some olives, paid around 33 usd. The food arrived quite fast, the pizza was big, a lot of toppings, we managed to eat only half and asked for a box for the rest. The pizza tasted great, olives as well. The service was very friendly and helpful. Overall, the place was great, I will come again.
I had a Great experience in this place that I never heard before I look up for an Italian restaurant around Mountain View. The pasta was so fresh and the sauce was delicious. Attached to the restaurant has a store where you can buy tons of delicious staff. Definitely I will come back and recommend it too.
Late lunch/ early dinner - Linguini Leonardo (chicken breast) with salad and garlic bread. Food was delicious and plentiful (took home half for late night snack).
Stopped by for a quick lunch because the other restaurant that we were planning to go had closed. I guess this happened for a good reason 😀 They do offer a wide variety of options in the menu. The serving size is pretty big and we probably over ordered a bit but ended up wasting lots of the food. If you are an olive person, the green ones are just amazing. Full of flavor and very tasty. Ordered a veg sandwich and a pasta dish. They also have beer and wines. Overall a great lunch experience. Definitely to be tried if you live nearby nor are in the neighborhood.

So good 😭😭😭 I've been coming here since I was like 5 with my grandma and I was 8 when we have moved across the country, I'm 17 now and this restaurant is quite literally the only thing I miss about san Jose other than my friends and family in the area, pasta I get in other places never tastes the same as this place and I miss it dearly 😭 the classic pasta with meatballs will forever be my favorite dish on the menu, always delicious
Ordered a lasagna and the tiramisu through DoorDash and received an extra bread! I loved the lasagna, so much cheese! And the tiramisu was delicious and light and moist. Highly recommend!
One of my favorite spots to go, their baked ziti and lasagne are my favorites. The breadsticks is a must too! The atmosphere here is also super great, it feels a bit like a diner in Italy. For the price, the portions you are getting is also definitely more than worth it. The only complaint I have is that sometimes the food takes a while but that's understandable for rush hours.
Great selection of homemade pastas and other Italian dishes. Generous portions, reasonable prices

Food is good ! been here twice and will be coming more often while on vacation here. Workers are friendly and ready to help.

Great atmosphere good prices you can get a bottle of wine under $20 here and great pasta. I had the spaghetti and meatballs with spicy mushroom sauce.. so Good! Update 10/8: I have to remove a star due to their terrible service today. Granted there were many togo orders but also many staff. Most of the ladies didn’t seem to know or care, and their attitude was don’t-care. Only the tall young guy was attentive but was swamped with orders. I hope the service will improve.
Tasty pizzas and pastas. Ready made salads. Pleasant, quiet atmosphere which is a good change from the majority of restaurants that stream music. Check out the photos. One of my husband's favorite places to pickup food. Also wait time is short. Bon Appétit
Decently priced, yummy pasta. Had the meat ravioli from the lunch special and I enjoyed it. They had the pasta out pretty quickly as well. Their lunch service is pretty quiet so this is a good spot for a quick lunch.
Not bad for a quick meal. I will say that the Pasta Market is not gourmet pasta but rather a good place for above average pasta and pizza. The ordering of food is the standard, order at counter, get paper cups for the beverage dispenser, and go sit down. The food is brought out to you by an employee. No server involved. Pretty much all self serve. The wife and I have been visiting this particular Pasta Market for years and have never had a bad meal. The wife especially enjoys the bread sticks with the cheese spread.
Good value but pasta isn't the best you can buy. I think this place is a good stop for pasta craving without a huge dent in your wallet. 18$ got me a pasta with salad and garlic bread. The atmosphere is pretty casual and you seat yourself.

Well, what is statistically significant after 427 reviews for me to add? I decided to eat here for the first time as I live in Sunnyvale but errand to the tailor Mr. Casarra took me to Los Altos. I have lived here in Silicon Valley for 40 years and a much younger me had the luck and the support of my parents to pay for a wedding reception at Chef Chu's but I decided to go affordable given I know the Pasta Market Sunnyvale better. Seafood linguini excellent especially paired with the recommended Chianti. It made the red sauce sweeter. Than the garlic butter on the breadsticks made the red wine sing and I know wine as food. I am an official Ambassador for WVV.com and our new CEO is creator of wine.com. So my 64 years of living is an acquired taste maybe not the first choice of Gen Z in beverage, but I also had a can 7 Up out of loyalty to a former employer in Santa Clara. The atmo is white table cloth, pay when you order, and the young lady that took my order had good recommendations. I chose seafood over chicken, clam chowder over salad, but she forget to sell me a desert. I enjoyed a little coffee and lemonade after eating, but it was not espresso or lemoncello. I do like my beverages.

Baked Ziti 4 cheesy, meaty, flavorful Meat Tortellini w/ Alfredo Sauce 2 couldn’t taste the meat inside the tortellini, super thick creamy Alfredo sauce, not flavorful Clam Chowder 3 medium thickness, medium flavorful
I am a PREVIOUS returning customer: I stopped coming because (1) simple requests basically never were considered (light cheese on pizzas) and (2) I got frustrated with the rather rude attitude of some of the front desk employees. The food tastes fresh. The prices are about average for the area. For a meal including pizza 🍕, salad 🥗, and a soda 🥤, I pay between $30 and $40. The pizza dough is pretty thick and I had trouble finishing a medium sized pizza. On the pictures you can see a medium sized pizza and a small sized pizza. Normally, I do not have problems finishing a tasty pizza. Important: You order at a counter and then get the food brought to your table. Soda is available from a fountain and you drink out of a paper cup. This setting is fine for informal meals but maybe not appropriate for a business lunch/dinner or a first date. My negative points are: (1) For an Italian restaurant, I would like to see more pizza choices. (2) Also, I had the same salad (Greek) on several different occasions and the size differed significantly, see pictures. (3) The friendliness of the staff varies a lot and is more on the European side (= not so good). (4) On several occasions, the cutlery was not clean enough and I or my friends had to ask for clean cutlery. (5) For some reason, it never works out when I order "light cheese" on a pizza, I tried several times to explain that I want less cheese.

Food was really good. I got baked rigatoni and my wife got baked eggplant parmagiano, both with garlic bread. I think all their pasta is fresh made in house. No table service. You have to order at the counter and then be seated and they bring the food to your table. Small place, but if go back for the food alone.

I unfortunately have to share my opinion. I ordered via Door Dash. I ordered chicken fettuccine which came with mushrooms. It was inedible so I didn't eat it. This is one of those moments when they say if you cant find anything nice to say dont say anything at all. . .sometimes you just gotta hush which Ill do.

Absolutely disappointing. This place calls itself “Pasta Market”, but the pastas are pretty average. You can feel the ingrediants are not fresh and probably stale/canned (for eg: Prosciutto feels like Spam). The service staff also has a very casual attitude (zero courtesy/professionalism). The same person who takes the order will handle your food/ cutlery - so hygiene is like 2/10. Cherry on top: I asked to replace dirty cutlery, the guy at the counter put my dirty spoon back inside the fresh set of cutlery and casually told me “they’re all washed”.
I did not use online order because I was nearby. I ordered two chicken pasta and a large whole meat pizza, two garlic bread. I want a receipt, but the young lady only gave me a credit card receipt. When we got home, we found that everything was all vegetarian . Chicken pasta does not have chicken, and vegetarian pizza. We called back and asked, a man had poor service, saying that they were right, they couldn't change and they wouldn't give me a refund. I think the misstake was from the young lady, but theire consumer service really bad.

Made a party order of 1/2 spaghetti and 1/2 ravioli for about 8 people yesterday and they messed up the order. When I called to ask for it, they asked for pictures and when we sent it, they were condescending. Their attitude and service to this whole situation was absolutely abyssal and I am someone that orders from them multiple times a month.
