I would like to give a shout out to the young man with the hair I am sure the mngr will know which one that was cashier on friday around 10Pm. I had a situation where the driver failed to deliver my pizza I called in and the young man was very courteous did a good job at de-escalating the situation. I wound up picking up my pizza which wasn’t what I wanted to do but in an unfortunate situation this gentleman handled it very well. He has a bright future in customer service hope PJ corporate sees this.

The only complaint I have is that the app didn't deliver to my address 3 miles away, I had to call to get the delivery set up. But great people run this one! Two thumbs up!!!

I had two online orders, and when I went to pick them up, there was only 1 person working. I commend Jeremiah for literally doing everything by himself, answering the phones, cashing out orders, and making the pizza. Although the order wasn't ready on time, he was very prompt on telling how long it would be ready.
Always love their thin crust full house pizza. There were some very young men at this location but they were surprisingly very polite and on the ball after they mistakenly gave away my pizza and I had to wait for them to get another one done. I would go there again. It's refreshing to see good behavior from young people.

I ordered a small pizza with pepperoni, meatball, pineapple, and extra cheese. Extra sauce. This doesn't look like extra anything. Also the chicken was over cooked, dry and small nuggets probably at the end of the bag. $35 dollars wasted. 2 years ago food was great I tried a slice tasteless and of course dry. Never will order again.
I recently ordered from papa John’s the Doritos papa was the worst creation I’ve ever had. It was very greasy and soggy. It really has no flavor except the puddle of grease it floats in. Not to mention the driver was even going to give me any change back after I had asked for it. I always tip but since the driver was inclined to just runoff with it I decided not to! She was also lacking customer service skills
These are some nasty disrespectful people working here my husband order pizza for our children and had paid for it online I hour went by we were wondering why the pizza hasn’t come We checked online it says delivered we called and they let us know that the driver came and was knocking and nobody answered the door and it’s five of us in this house no way next thing you know whoever answered the phone says oh the driver left the pizza by the door, there’s no table by my door. There is no type of stand by my door. He left the pizza on the dirty ground That my children were going to eat disrespectful and nasty and they should not have a job. We are not dogs. We are humans. You don’t leave someone food on the ground I would rather they took it back that’s common sense and a person with ethic would have done Nasty need to hire people that care for customers not just there to Receive a paycheck Whole staff need to be fired
The driver took 2 hours to get here. The pizza WAS COLD and looked like it fell on the ground and they picked it back up again and shoved it back in the box. The whole experience was a NIGHTMARE and it's not the first time that I am disappointed with this location. They need to shut it down!!!! It's giving the papa John's brand a bad name and rep. I would rather drive and pay twice the amount of money to get GOOD QUALITY PIZZA then eat at this location again Fooled me once and fooled me twice! Mind you I've been holding for almost 20 mins now to speak to someone from this store!! SHUT THIS PLACE DOWN!!!!
i don’t want to seem like i’m complaining i did receive my pizza and thank you but first my order wasn’t delivered to me for a long time then i had to be answered on the phone by someone who didn’t care who put me on hold and then said i’m sorry about that i forget i was on the phone ?and my pizza was cold and horrible i order all the time online i’m actually disappointed.

We placed an order for delivery and two hours later the delivery was nowhere to be seen or found. We called the store were placed on hold indefinitely. Had two other people calling for the same order all three of us were placed on hold for a manager.... After 30 minutes or so we decided to drive up to the store..... Without hesitation the clerk advised us that they had taken an order for 30 pizza pies and that our wasn't ready, it had just been made and still needed cooking...... This is unacceptable 😤. We could have told at the time of ordering and we would've either ordered elsewhere or would at least know the wait time. It's been ages since we ordered from Papá John's and this made it our last.
I bought a large pizza and when I reached home I noticed the pizza had no middle or pointed end. Whoever cut my pizza took an entire slice from the middle then place the two halves back together as if was the whole pizza. Instead of having the points at the middle when pull apart it was just straight edges!!! I went back to store and I was told these young men need their jobs and no one did that, as they have cameras and the staff was very adamant that no one did that instead of taking accountability. That was so disappointing and disrespectful. Will never do business there again. Please take note when you receive your pizza 🍕 and ensure the slices looks like this instead of having raw edge in the middle… Sigh very dishonest
My recent (May 18, 2025) experience with Papa John's was a mixed bag. The delivery person, though confused as to how to find my home, was very mannered but the service and delivery experience could be improved." Once he found me and gave me my pie, I went inside and opened the box to find EVERY SINGLE TOPPING piled in the corner of the box like a mountain of cheese and veggies. The pie is room temperature at best. I made a call into the physical location, the person that answered the phone ended up actually being the manager. Everything started off well. I explained everything to him in detail. We both laughed because the shit is funny. Like how does this even happen?! The manager then offered 3 options as to how we can correct the situation. He then reiterated two more times minimally, he was offering me options x 3. Here is where everything goes left. I chose option #3 and he kept telling me and suggesting to me what he THINKS and FEELS I want. This is when I asked him if his FEELINGS had been a part of the options that he initially forgot to mention because I was confused as to how all of a sudden HIS FEELINGS matter. Once he confirmed my order, he exclaimed dayum and utter the amount that I'd just tendered. I replied exactly that's why this is a problem. To end this long story, he repeatedly ignored my option choice and insisted on issuing me what he wanted me to have. My problem is that he should NOT have given me OPTIONS if they're not real and whatever he FEELS like I wanted is what he should have offered as a solution. This behavior is extremely degrading, not trustworthy not to exclude disrespectful. I don't recommend this location and am never ordering with them again Positives: Taste and Ingredients: The pizza ingredients appears to fresh, however, I hand to manipulate them with a fork as they were a mountain in the corner of the box Negatives: Delivery Issues: My order took longer than expected, and the delivery driver did not contact me beforehand. Customer Service: Deceitful and disrespectful Pricing: While the pizza is good, the price can be a bit steep, especially for larger orders. Suggestions for Improvement: Improve delivery times and communication: Consider investing in more efficient delivery methods or using real-time tracking options. Train customer service representatives: Ensure that they are knowledgeable and can effectively address customer concerns. Rating:1 out of 5 stars. The idea of pizza is great, but the overall experience needs improvement.
They DO NOT answer their phone I’m not understanding how a “BUSINESS” employee’s can choose not to answer the phone when money has to be made not only by online orders but customers who call in to place an order or how about the people trying to reach management to inquire about a job but you can’t pay this store a million dollars to answer the phone it’s RIDICULOUS that a business can do that with no consequences.
It really crazy today feb 18 26 I pay 26,$ for large pizza 1 4$ pepsy this ir most expensive pizza i buy my entire life .....with that money I can buy 4 pizza in Domino's pizza or 3 in cesar pizza ..im not recommended this place to any one
Pizza is garbage manager don't own up to there mistakes.You got keep calling back and they see your phone number in there it goes to voicemail.Do not order from them.Little Caesars give you better Pizza than Papa John's if you get they meat Feast and the meat be bigger. If I could give ZERO stars, I would. My friend ordered in 01/04/2024 at 7pm at the website and she specified her order according to her health restrictions. Guess what? As they always do, they sent the order completely wrong because as usual they don’t follow instructions when you order online. Food arrived and she specifically told the driver that it was wrong and she couldn’t have it due to her health restrictions. The driver said: “I’m just the driver.” And ignored all of her concerns. She then called the store and told them politely to please send her right order because she could not have those ingredients. The attendant said: “It sounds like a you problem”. EXCUSE ME? I’m glad she noticed the wrong order and threw it away because if she had it without knowing and with her health restrictions, can you imagine what could’ve happened?! This is unbelievable, lack of customer service of the employees and their lack of responsibility with the Company that could clearly be involved in a huge problem right now. Get better!
Never received my order! Manager was very rude, kept placing me on hold. Never once apologized for the inconvenience until I brought it to his attention. Corporate need to do more training with their management. The first thing in customer service is acknowledging and saying you’re sorry not disregarding and questioning so you didn’t get your food. If I had gotten my food, I wouldn’t have called. I’m from East Tennessee where we actually treat people with respect and when we order food we actually get it!
Very unprofessional if they had zero on this rating chart that's what I would have given them. Order food on app the app said the food was ready when I went to pick up the food it was the wrong order and all the attitude in the world. I will never order from them ever again.
Believe the Reviews and Run! It is now 2:38 PM, I placed an order online at this location at 12:58 PM. After still not receiving my delivery I placed a call to the store only to be answered by a rude "yeah" and then placed on hold for 4 minutes. Finally I was told that my order would arrive in "another 25-30 minutes". That would make a total of two hours for a delivery. After expressing why so long I was told "I don't know...another 25-30 minutes" and then was hung up on. As a supervisor I was shocked by the level of poor customer service and decided to make the rare decision of leaving an unflattering review. You can imagine my continued surprise to see a 2.0 Google rating and a substantial number of customers expressing the same concerns that my team and I have just experienced. It is concerning to me that this behavior continues to be tolerated by your organization. I have been a loyal customer of Papa Johns for several years and have always been reasonably happy with service. The service at this site is unacceptable at best. I will not only not be purchasing from this facility again, but have lost confidence in this organization as a whole. Best Wishes!
