We parked and dined in and our order nearly beat us to the table. It was so busy, yet, it felt as though we were well taken care of. Like a fine dining experience, a manager made sure we were perfect and another gentleman asked if we needed any refills. Amazing experience and service along with a great meal.
I wish Chick-fil-A could run all the other fast food places in town, even the world. The rarely mess up and if they do they fix it no hesitation. Food is consistent, not hit or miss. Restaurant is always clean, always feels safe. Employees aren't hanging out like they have nothing to do.
This place is a class act. A customer tried to go thru the drive-thru pulling a trailer. Sheriffs Deputy directed traffic with all customers in line having to back out of line to let the driver with trailer back out of line. Some customers left as it took a few minutes. We waited. After ordering our food in the drive-thru, a manager came out and told us our meal was on the house for patiently waiting and thanks for being a loyal customer. Customer Service Don’t Get No Better Than That!!!!!!
We traveled from Colorado to Lubbock in one day and we got very hungry. We saw that the line for this chick fil a was long but the process of ordering was quick. After some time waiting, we received our order. The best part was that the team sincerely apologized for the long wait and showed us so much love. I would definitely recommend this chick fil a. The team is super awesome! Thank you guys so much!

Very friendly staff, clean restaurant. We enjoy the food and fresh flowers. I wasn't impressed with the Carmel crumble shake, but it was well executed and just a matter of personal preference.
First time at Chick-fil-A, and this one did not disappoint! Delicious, tender chicken and tasty waffle fries. Very organized drive through process makes this popular location shine. Complimentary dog treat pleased the pup.
Service is always great, but what I loved the most on this visit was using the express drive thru cuz I was using the app. The line always moves fast anyway, but on this day it was pretty long and being able to pull right up to the window was awesome. Excellent service and great food!!! Bring Chick-fil-A to Clovis, New Mexico or better yet, bring them to Portales, New Mexico! If there was a Chick-fil-A closer, I'd go far more often! I also know several who'd be willing to work at a Chick-fil-A nearby whenever they get the opportunity! I'd definitely be willing to run the franchise there if able.
Has to be the best Chick Fil A in all of Lubbock. The drive thru is always long but super quick! The staff is great and they always get my order right. Again, the best location in town.
Always my favorite lunch spot! The Market salad with grilled chicken is top notch. And I LOVE the diet lemonade. The staff is always super friendly, efficient and helpful. One of the only fast food restaurants that serve fresh, quality food and still has healthy choices. Most of the others do not even have salad anymore.

Visiting this Chick-fil-A across from the stadium at Texas tech. Dined inside service was fantastic and food was served hot and quick and correctly. About the same experience I have it most Chick-fil-A's. The picture shows the proximity of the store Drive through went very quickly, and I ordered the spicy chicken deluxe but they were out of pepper jack cheese and I got it with Colby jack cheese and I think I actually prefer that now.
Love their salads, play place for the grandkid, and exceptional service.

One of the best places and stores in Lubbock. The employees were super polite. We ordered our food and I really wanted a coffee before we headed back home a couple of hours away. The person taking the order said he would check if they had fresh coffee and if not they would make it fresh. That was awesome and we were grateful for that outstanding service. When we are back in Lubbock we’ll definitely hit that one store up for sure.
Thank you to Crystal, the catering coordinator who happened to help me. Her service was above and beyond, sharing a moment of kindness with me that I very much needed.

I love sinking my gums into a chicken fillet sandwich. The only difference this time was that the drive-thru wasn't accepting orders when we went through, so we had to order at the window. However, we received our food right away, which was great!
The drive thru staff are the sweetest people ever! I got my food so fast that I couldn't get names. Will be back! @Corporate, do the right thing, better yet the smart thing, and bring back the Honey Pepper Pimento Chicken Sandwich. Also, please stop raising your prices.

Typical chick fil a with good food. Parking is not as friendly to larger vehicles as other chick fil a tho. Had no where to park my RV. Look ahead and make sure you find alternative parking spot before coming in larger cars. A truck pulling a trailer can wipe out a good bit of parking. Situation made worse when they are sitting in the car eatint
Good food, surprisingly average service. A mistake was made on the order, the person helping us acted like it was a major problem to fix. She did fix it,and said my pleasure, but her facial expression and tone said otherwise.
For people that go to this location, be nice to the employees. I'm doing some market research on the locations here in town, and I found that patrons are very rude and mean to the staff at this location. Maybe the location or neighborhood? The young man running the window was visibly shaken, so apologetic over a 2 minute wait time, and so gracious and thankful for a little bit of politeness, it was unreal. I won't be back to this location as an irate customer walked up between my car and the window threatening the staff. Walked back down the drive and picked up some of the decorative giant rocks, and proceeded to throw them at the establishment and the cars in the drive thru. Unacceptable behavior. Not worth the risk.

The chick fil a near tech is always busy, but it is always worth it to grab a quick bite if a little pricy. Staff is always friendly and well kept, and its chick fil a, its going to be good no matter what. Extreme leftists that boycotted are missing out and say "the food wasnt even that good", but theyre just coping with the fact they cant be seen eating it around their friends. Wow! What a great place. Is a little intimidating at first because of the amount of people that show up. But the service and food come out quick and hot. And the lobby and bathrooms are immaculate.
This Chick-fil-A is probably one of the worst service wise I have been to. Very unorganized and a half hour wait time or more in the drive through is ridiculous

Right next to TTU, it's a busy location. I ordered for 7 people and they nailed it, got it all right, and with a smile. Kudos to Chick Fila, this location did the brand proud.
These guys are really on the ball, always have multiple employees asking me have I been helped yet. Double checking order completeness, including drinks and sauces. I visit these stores multiple times daily, I just haven't tried their food in over 15 years, therefore I can only give 3 stars.

The bad news: The drive thru was much slower than other locations I've been to, and after the long wait, as I was driving away, I noticed they put the wrong type of chicken on my salad. The good news: it appeared to be a clean place and everyone was polite.
We have never really had a problem. The last time we went they forgot our fries. Cool, it happens. But this time we had to have our sandwich remade. Not once. Not twice. But three times. Everytime we got our sandwich back it was colder then the last. I eventually asked the cashier to please hold the sandwich. When he grabbed it he told me it was cold and "wow that's really bad" they kept asking for a receipt. We didn't have one because we were never provided with one. I love love love Chick-fil-A but this experience wasn't the best :(

I would recommend, working on customer service/ making sure all staff knows discount policy’s. I don’t care that I didn’t get the normal discount, but like customer service, come on im just showing up to order food, trying to be polite to the girl at the counter and get short and snarky back.

Went here just before a Tech game as a fan of an opposing team. Food was typical Chick-fil-A food. It came out fast and tasted great, even though the restaurant was packed. I'm giving this a 3 star review because I was a little disappointed with the service. Someone came through the dining room, as is typical at Chick-fil-A and checked on all the tables to make sure they were doing okay, but they walked right last ours and didn't say a word ro us. Not the kind of service I would have expected.
Very slow drive through - budgetan extra 15 minutes out of your day, consider ordering inside, or using the pre-order mobile service. 9 cars are backed up Saturday at 9 in one line…ughh! More staff is needed
I have been to several Chic-Fil-A's around the city, all that are extremely busy at times, but still manage to have good service, and get food out quickly whether it be via inside, mobile pickup/curbside, or drive through. With that said, this Chic-Fil-A is extremely slow and just does not cut it. I came through the drive through and all I ordered was a chic-Fil-A Sausage, egg, and cheese biscuit meal with a drink and was told to pull around to the mobile parking spot and they would bring me out my order. Meanwhile, I watch as others behind me in the drive through get their meals and drive right off. Why was I told to go park in a mobile parking spot when I ordered in the drive through? Makes no sense. Furthermore, if you place a mobile order, which I have, it takes them 20 minutes (I kid you not) to get your mobile order, whether they are busy or not. I am reasonable enough to know that if the drive through is packed, and the mobile order parking spots are full, it may take a while, but this Chic-Fil-A seems to take a while regardless or time, level of being busy etc. Lastly, of all the Chic-Fil-A's I have visited, the people here are by far the least friendly, at least during breakfast. There is a lot to be desired at this location and management/ownership needs to address the things previously mentioned.
The slowest CFA I have been to in my life!! And it’s at all times of the day, morning, lunch or dinner it’s just slow. I always witness cars leaving the line. It’s ridiculous! From El Paso to Htown, from Amarillo to the valley, this is it, the slowest one you will find!!
The food is great, but man do they make you wait for it. Constantly waiting over 10 to 15 minutes to get my food. I started doing curbside and carry-out thinking that’d be quicker, but they seem to prioritize that even less. One sandwich and a drink should not take 15 minutes.
Food is really good when the orders are not missing items. There are too many times I've came here either through drive thru, delivery, or pick up that my orders have been missing items. I did pay for those items and it shows on the app and the receipt. For example, today I didn't get my salad I ordered or my large waffle fry. I was too short on time to go back and get my order fixed.
I used to go here and they were always very fast and efficient. Ever since they made a mobile order line and a regular order line it's like they don't care about anything but mobile orders. The regular order line was just getting really backed up and there wasn't many people there when we arrived but it seems like they really only prioritize people who have their stupid app. The fries are also not as good as they used to be. I won't be going back.

Visited this location around 1:30 and the dining room was around half full , not too busy , after ordering i went to look for a table , the empty tables all had trash and trays on them so I cleaned one off to sit at, all the trash cans were over filled and there was no where to throw trash , sat at my table for around 30 -45 minutes and never saw a employee try to clean , every other guest had to do the same to sit down , you couldn't even get condiments.. after I left I called and talked with a manager and her response was "well you should have brought it to our attention and we would have fixed it" this is very shocking especially coming from chickfil a
They are always extremely nice, but the mobile line is horrible! The concept was good but I’ve sat in the line far too long on many occasions. What’s the point of it merging into one line! This is the slowest Chick-fil-A I’ve ever been to
when you're too convenient, so now they have a dedicated lane for app orders, and of course that lane was empty
My far the least organized restaurant in town. The drive thru is a disaster! Please be aware if you want to get fast food don’t come to this location. Lines are long always and the system is horrible. They need both lanes open.Dont waste your lunch break waiting in line.

We chose to go to cfa because they have speedy service always and we were on a time crunch. This experience was highly disappointing. Didnt even get a fork for my mac and cheese. every time i come to this location its the rudest workers. very unfriendly and rush you the whole time when your trying to order. makes you feel very uncomfortable! definitely changing locations.

Would give zero stars if it was an option. Ordered a large delivery order for a company lunch. Was told when I placed the order 4 days in advance that gift cards were accepted. Was also told that a manager would call me day of to confirm, which they did not, so I called. At that time I was told that gift cards are NOT accepted for catering, and that I would have to come to the store myself and pick up the order. An extreme inconvenience since I had already planned meetings for that morning, and had to cancel so I could leave. Never received an apology, or an offer to make it right. With the poorly trained, rude employees, I'm reminded why I never eat at Chick-fil-A.
They brought the wrong order the first time. I ended up delivering that myself to the right people. After two calls and waiting on hold for a long time, I got them to look for my order, which had been left at the store. An hour later, they delivered a soggy, cold mess with watered down flat drinks. No apologies, no refund of my delivery fee or 15% tip. Not impressed.

I typically love ONLY this Chick-fil-A & today I was sooooo upset. Due to the ulcers in my stomach I could not even touch my meal from them today because instead of a regular Chick-fil-A deluxe they gave me a spicy deluxe & charged me for an extra fry that I did NOT order. Highly upset & then when I called to tell them the lady put me on hold & never came back after asking for my receipt. Which YES I HAVE.

Watched the drive thru move up 10 cars while moving up one car in the mobile thru lane. What’s the point of mobile thru if it’s slower. Then, to make things worse, they pulled me around and made me wait even longer after getting through the line. How is my order not ready at the window after all that? Ugh.
Terrible customer service. Unclear instructions for mobile orders. Will make you wait in line for an order then have you go back around to wait in parking spot, even with order being ready! Very condescending staff. Other locations never have any of these issues.
This is the dirtiest chick fil a I have ever been. Not one clean table, homeless people sitting in the lobby, floors sticky and dirty. Trash was overflowing and no soap or paper towels in the bathroom.

I placed order online. The order was canceled because they couldn’t fulfill my order. I just wish they would call instead just canceling it without asking. I would happily take something else. The WORST chicfila in Lubbock. The last 3 times my order has been completely messed up. When I called I was told “you are welcome to come back and purchase another meal” after THEIR mess up. Will never return to this chifila, management is all over the place and employees are rude.
Do not I repeat do not go to this location! The staff is very rude and all the Students who work there have no Clue what they are doing and ask manager for everything! I had a simple request that could not be filled! It has been done several times at several different locations however this manager named Liz refused to make my father happy! This is the second time I’ve had an incident happen at this location! I will not be returning! And Corporate will be hearing from me!
Don’t be in a hurry at this location. After making the mistake of not adding a reward to the order. Manager explained after redeeming the request for the reward you have to add it to the order 🤷♀️🤦♀️ oops Literally took 12 minutes waiting for the reward (a brownie) and finally went back inside to get it (had requested curbside after waiting in the drive thru) They thought I had already got it. 🤔
I order curbside ahead and ALWAYS end up waiting over 10 minutes. The drive thru line always clears out while I am still waiting for my food. I select that I want sauces with my order and never get them. Service here is just terrible! Multiple times that I’ve come there is no Mac n cheese after I’ve already paid for It I am told there is none. Whoever the owner is of this store needs to spend some time on it and retrain the employees.

i came to this location after going to another one and being told they didn’t have macaroni, my 4 year old wanted macaroni so i made the drive all the way from 82 and university to the tech chick-fil-a and when i went to pay i needed to use two separate cards and they told me i couldn’t do that which makes no sense because i’ve made partial payments before but anyway they tell me they can’t do it so im just sitting there like ?? okay i have 4 dollars on one card and literally just need to pay the 49 cents on another she says they can not do that so i have to just leave so i leave without the macaroni my daughter wanted and now we are both upset and have to drive all the way back home with a crying toddler. its just ridiculous even mcdonald’s takes two separate cards for payment.

Worst experience I’ve had in a chik fil a. Being this one of my go to fast food restaurants specially since I have kids. This is the second time I have ordered salads from them through door dash. And no salad dressing was placed in my bag. The bag is sealed before the door dash driver can pick it up so it isn’t their fault. I called and they said to let door dash know….well all door dash can do is refund it. And now I’m at work with a dry salad. Just a major inconvenience. Honestly, not going to order food any longer and only go through drive thru.
ANOTHER BAD EXPERIENCE!! Only ordered 1 drink on the app to go through the mobile order line… took over 10min because they allowed someone to enter the mobile app line who DID NOT order ahead on the app. About 6 cars went through the regular line while myself and another car waited and waited, ridiculous! Spoke with Mgr Liz but she only excuses, excuses. THEN when I left with my 1 drink it tasted awful!! This is why I will continue to go to the Chick-fil-A on 82nd & University. I informed her I was waiting for an order that was supposed to be in the process of being bagged but I haven't received anything. She checks on the order and says it's still being prepared. MANY PEOPLE have been served by now, people who came in after me. I ask about my order again to which they say it still isn't ready. I asked if they had an ETA and they said they're waiting on chicken. (It's a chicken place... How do you NOT have chicken ready at all times?) They continuously skipped over my order which was a plain ol spicy chicken sandwich. Not a meal!! I was LIVID and the manager was not empathetic in anyway shape or form. I felt like it was because I'm "of color" if you will, surrounded by yt people. I was super polite and way more patient then I should have been. I hope their pillow is soggy and hot for the next week!
This location failed on every level. I was in Lubbock from out of town and chose Chick-fil-A because the brand usually delivers fast, respectful service. Not here. I accidentally pulled into the mobile order lane. When I reached the menu board, the employee refused to take my order and told me to move forward and order at the window, even though five cars were ahead of me. That wasn’t an option. I backed up a few feet, placed my order through the app, and returned to the speaker. I was ignored. Three more cars in the adjacent lane got served while I sat there with zero acknowledgment. I ran out of time and had to leave empty-handed. When I called to speak with a manager, the supervisor came off annoyed, offered no help, and clearly didn’t care. This was just poor service, it was a total failure of leadership, communication, and basic decency. DO BETTER.
