I came for a quick coffee and some pastries to snack on. When I went into the restrooms, there was no soap and the hand dryer wasn't working. I ordered a chai latte, and as I was finishing it, I guess what was actually chai at the bottom of the cup was—it wasn't bad, but it wasn't well-made. It's a shame such a large establishment has such poor service.

Pésimo, y siguen poniendo el mensajito de lamentamos el inconveniente bla bla bla,y ya dentro de poco ni bebida te ponen casi que a la mitad, los pedidos los preparan a las patadas y las patatas heladas

Me parece increíble que los supervisores de calidad de McDonald's en Galicia, permitan que este local funcione tan mal. Es uno de los mejores locales en los que he estado, con buenas vistas y en un lugar privilegiado. Al principio funcionaba muy bien, pero desde hace un año, es terrible el trato que recibimos de la gente que trabaja allí, es más, la poca gente que te mira a la cara al cobrarte o entregarte el pedido, son los chicos y chicas en prácticas. Tienen el local siempre sucio, sin recoger, pese a no haber cliente alguno, como ayer a las 18,00 ¡en ambos pisos! Los baños, asquerosos, sin asa en las puertas, los escalones con las tiras de seguridad sueltas, que para los niños y mayores son un peligro... Y 17 minutos (pese a no haber nadie en la cola) para dos cheese y unas patatas fritas. La vez anteiror, tardaron aún más, porque no se enteraron de que había un pedido en el monitor. No volveré más, pero sinceramente es una pena que la empresa permita esta situación, habiendo tanta gente queriendo trabajar y hacer las cosas bien.

Pedimos unos helados a las 21:46 tuvimos que ir preguntar por ellos a las 22:01 nos los dieron pero ya estaban todos derretidos y pagamos 6.32

Voy a cambiar mi reseña despues de muchas visitas, está ha sido por mucho la peor, siempre el tiempo de espera había sido habitual en las entregas por el automac, sin embargo hoy pedimos por tienda estábamos prácticamente solos, mi comida la sacaron del Bin un par de veces porque cometieron un error con las patatas, ninguno de los dos chicos que estaba en barra se dirigio a mi, por la demora o me ofrecieron sentarme y llevarme la comida a mesa, ademas pongo la foto de como TIRARON LAS SERVILLETAS EN LA BANDEJA, mi experiencia desde que entre pedi y me lleve el pedido a la mesa paso media 30min (estando solo) además solo era el único pedido por entregar y la chica se acerca al mostrador y me grita el número, siendo ella quien me habia atendido y cobrado en caja, de verdad la proxima vez iré al de As Termas aunque tengo que hacer un recorrido mayor... McDonald's muy Amplio y con cómodo estacionamiento, cuenta con parque para niños y ascensor para tener acceso al primer piso.

Tengo 46 años y es posible que sea el McDonald's dónde te sirven con más lentitud de todos los que he estado. Y la hamburguesa Pedro Jiménez así tienes una hamburguesa doble con salsa y no vale para nada. Entradores a las 2 del mediodía y el ambiente como si hubiese un funeral. De verdad pone restaurante de comida rápida tenía dos personas delante y desesperado 20 minutos

Ayer hice un pedido, después de 40 minutos llamé para ir buscarlo, vivo cerca. Me dijeron que no. Después de 5 minutos llegan dos personas en un coche y una saca la bolsa de papel del maletero... hamburguesas congeladas, igual que el trato con el repartidor. Vuelvo a llamar, me dicen que me apañe con globo... Tuve que ir hasta el "restaurante" para no perder el dinero y, claro globo cobro igual. Horrible, no vuelvo. Y Por favor, señor propietario, no se moleste en mandarme en atención al consumidor y tómeselo en serio. Gracias y saludos

Me ha pasado ya varias veces que hago una compra y cuando llego a casa me han puesto lo que les provoca! Pedi una hamburguesa Doble y me llego simple. Bites de pollo de complemento que deberían traer 9. Y trajeron 7. Y la bebida supuestamente Coca-Cola y sabía a todo menos a Coca-Cola. Como si hubiesen echado un chorro de cada sabor que da la máquina! De verdad cada vez peor

La hamburguesa sin pan (supuestamente por qué sale así , en qué sitio pides una hamburguesa sin pan) o sin bacon ? Increíble , las cosas tiradas, frías y la hamburguesa solo carne en un menú de casi 16 pavos dais vergüenza!

Friday night, you go to order a burger, fries, and water to go. You see it's packed and they're taking a while to give out the orders, and you understand, you just suck it up and wait. But when you see them tell you to move your car so they can give orders to the three cars behind you, and after waiting half an hour you go to ask for a refund and see they're giving your order to someone else because they'd forgotten about you… I asked for a refund and went to Burger King. It was also packed, but they gave me my order in less than 10 minutes, which was similar to the McDonald's, but 3 euros cheaper. In short, I won't be going back to this McDonald's drive-thru.

I was just there 5 minutes ago. There was a mix-up, and they gave me a takeout order to eat in. Maybe I dialed it wrong, or maybe they made a mistake, it doesn't matter. A girl was kindly going to give me a to-go bag when another woman stepped in and demanded she not give me one. She grabbed the fries with her bare hands, throwing bits of them around, and then aggressively wrapped everything up, mistreating the food and throwing it at me on the counter. It's awful. I've never had anything like this happen at this McDonald's before, and I probably won't be back as long as that person is there. Even though it was a kids' meal, she showed absolutely no decency or manners.

I entered the shop and the employees saw me come in with my scooter. I ordered the coffees, and once I paid and went to the counter to get them, the girl told me we couldn't have the scooter inside. I asked if we could fold it up, to which she replied no, that her manager had told her no. After telling me about the scooter and her supposed manager, who wasn't seen in the shop, the girl, looking like she saw a stranger, asked if I should still have the coffees. I replied that since they were paid for, the least they could do was bring them to me. There's no sticker or sign prohibiting scooters. At that moment, I didn't feel like arguing with anyone, but if I had wanted to, they should have just let me be, since, I repeat, there's nothing prohibiting it. The service was terrible, and this means I won't be coming back. I don't understand how a chain like this can operate with these kinds of issues and no signage.

The worst McDonald's ever. We ordered some toast and it arrived 50 minutes late when we were alone. When it arrived, they barely had any tomato, and the waitress ignored us when we asked for oil and more tomato. What a terrible, disgusting place.

I ordered a "double bacon extreme" burger, which looked fantastic in the photo on the board, oozing bacon on all sides. When it was served, I was surprised to see no bacon on the outer edges of the burger, so I went to the counter to tell them they'd forgotten the bacon. To my surprise, they politely replied, "The double bacon extreme has two pieces of bacon." I told them there wasn't any bacon on mine, but they corrected me, saying they definitely did. I started dismantling the burger, and here are the photos showing the two pieces of bacon. I'm also including the photo that appears in the ad, which shows the notable differences. I understand that studio photos are a bit misleading, but the bacon on my double bacon extreme was a disgrace.
