I ordered something and they didn't have it and they refunded my money even though they did offer to exchange. They're the only Sonic that offered to refund my money anytime what I ordered isn't available so I think they're good for that.

The staff is super friendly. The food comes out quickly each time. I have only ever had 2 wrong orders that they corrected pretty easily. I can't complain. This is the best Sonic I go to.

The new pickle fries are my weakness. I also learned about making a drink "dirty" adds the creamy coconut mixture into your drink AND O-M-G WOW it's amazing. Customer service is always great. I think the drive thru girl is starting to know when it's me :)

I have a suggestion, the handicap parking spot on the end on exit side of driveway, needs the symbal repainted, to many people without handicap plates or placards are parking there

Price of food keeps going up and yet service remains the same. Grilled cheeses do not get toasted with butter anymore like the old days. This is a corporate cost cut I’m sure. My beef with this one is they didn’t put my straw in the meal or fork. So I’m obligated to either throw it away or eat like a wild animal while driving. I shouldn’t have to do quality control on my orders. Food has steadily gone up but my experience always seems the same with this place. My wife likes this place but if it was me I wouldn’t eat here at all. Bring back the grilled cheeses with toasted butter. Quit cutting corners!

yesterday i made a small order and i also gave a tip on my credit card with the payment for the order, .. my server was Garbriell from what my receipt says, when she gave me my order she made dang sure i seen her middle finger as she was holding my order... that was so rude ! and next time i wont let that fly !! i gave u a tip, on a very small order because i know how little your paid hourly.. and to make sure i see your damn middle finger ,pissed me off , you succeeded in making my day... you need to respect your customers because THEY give you the job you chose to have !!!

It seems that we can't get breakfast at 6- 630 in the morning because of. "No cook". It seems an everywerkend thing. Especially on Sundays. So how do you advertise open 24 hrs.

Went late at night got 2 blasts and a caramel sundae. Caramel sundae had the tiniest bit of caramel on it and the whipped cream was just put to the side instead of doing it how they usually do all on top. Really hoped it would come the way it used to with more caramel. One of the blasts had extra things added to it but they weren’t in there and we weren’t gonna drive back for ice cream. I mean working fast food Ik it’s not that hard to read a ticket and add the stuff in there kinda disappointed. From what some of the reviews say especially on foursquare (probably why they moved there harder to leave a review) the managers need to get off their butts and actually run this place

Geeze…Do better sonic! I haven’t been to this sonic since September because last time my order was missing a tater tot and I didn’t realize until after I got home. Well I came today and I probably won’t be coming back again. This time again my medium tater tot was missing thankfully I checked my order before I left. But when I got home and checked the chicken strips and you mean to tell you would consider that piece of chicken I took a picture of would be consider as one. It was literally so small, like you could put the whole thing in mouth with one bite. A big rip off!!! Ugh. Ya I won’t be back.

Said no ketchup, on receipt it says no ketchup what do they do? Put ketchup unfortunately my husband didn't unwrap my burger and inspect it. Because of my tomato allery, my choices were to drive 10 miles back to Sonic or throw away a $10 burger and fix myself something else to eat. This sonic tends to mess up everythingevery timee I go. Do better!! Also, asked for sauces for tots and cheesesticks and of course they didn't include the sauces.

usually a pretty okay sonic like it’s mid like any other sonic is but i just waited there for 20 minutes for 6 drinks and a small mozzarella stick. order was given wrong. never got any straws or spoons when given my stuff and when we actually went to drink the milkshake and slush in the order it legit looked like it had been sitting there for the entire 20 minutes we waited. just would’ve expected my order to at least be right with how long it took to make the stuff.

Every-time I come here they do not give you the cheese sauce for the pretzel. Without fail every single time.

Shorted us a whole $10 meal. Didn’t notice until we got home. So one of my kids didn’t have food.

Some of the employees need to brush up on their customer service skills. Who wants to order food from a rude employee. You can tell by the way they are short with their responses and tone. Do better. You don't like the job, get another one. Simple.

This location (Smith Rd, Magnolia, Tx) is the worse...ordered 2 burger combo meals, both burgers were made wrong, waited to get them remade, 1 got fixed right but 1 still wrong, so had to wait again...it's like the cook is not even paying attention to the order when they are making it, it took 3 tries to get a burger right...that location is 5 miles from me but in the future I will drive to a location (further away) that actually cares about getting the order correct the first time

Me and my bf went late last night after we got out of work…he found a hair in his food (disgusting) this was after a pretty rude and very slow drive thru experience already. Pretty gross overall

We ordered two chili cheese dogs, an order of mozzarella sticks, and a plain cup of ice. They instead sent us an orange fanta which wasn't what we ordered. The mozzarella sticks were kinda bland and cold. But the chili cheese dogs were the absolute worst of all. I took one bite and could barely swallow it. It tasted so bad. You could tell it was one of the last items just left out and forgotten. One of the last items left over that no customers took. It just had an old flavor. Did not taste fresh at all. Lesson learned though. Never ordering anything from Sonic again. Yuck.

If I could leave zero stars I would. When I was ordering, the gentleman (CHRISTOP) was just saying OK OK OK but yet I repeated myself and yet I still have my order wrong instead of repeating the order back to me. I didn’t get no answer. I didn’t know how much it was so the young lady that came in to give us our food. I asked her I don’t know what my order is. Can you repeat that for me and what she did was just Handed me back the receipt so I can read it cause she didn’t read it to me. She look like she was miserable Didn’t wanna work there I honestly think these young teenagers having jobs at night should give some type of an effort. I still had pickles in my meal even though I told my my order three times the little boy was just answering OK OK OK. Where is experience my burger wasn’t even that great. Definitely never coming back. Young lady didn’t even bring me my debit card receipt.

Came at 3:25am and when trying to order through drive through no one picked up our order even though there was 2 vehicles outside and there was male voices coming from inside where they made the food. We ended up leaving since no one was coming out to help

Not happy this morning at this Sonic Locarion. Orderd my breakfast with hot coffee. Daughter order chilli cheese tots. Guy brings fries with cheese told him it was wrong he replaced it. Nothing wrong there. Tgen I open my sandwich it's missing a whole side of the crust as if it were torn off. Guy brings my coffee says we don't have creamer our truck comes in tomorrow and dosent bother to offer anything else. I don't like black coffee so I'm cranky now!😡

This Sonic has been the worst. I have had great service at others. I ordered a combo with fries and a drink. I pulled up from drive thru and realized I did not get my drink. I then pulled into a stall and also noticed tots instead of fries. I let them know. After 15 minutes I buzzed again and finally my drink came and he took the tots. I was told fries will take a while. After 30 minutes more I still was waiting. It was 11:00 pm and there were no customers. I saw lots of people come and go. I finally just left. 45 minutes is insane. Horrible customer service!!!!

I can't believe he gave me a chipped cup, and piece a hair in my cup, Disgusting 🤢😫😡. It's really grossed me out. It's 3rd time they messed up my foods and drinks 1. They messed up my food 2. My iced tea is supposed to be Unsweet with extra ice in, but no it was sweet, no ice, and very warm, and messed up my order again 3(today 3/18/22). My tea cup was chipped and piece a hair in my cup. Disgusting 🤢😡

We go to this Sonic (seldomly) because it's on our way home but I think we're done with this one. We all love Sonic.. Who Doesn't ? But this one has decent staff and the worst food presentation. We ordered 3 of the Burger and Rings meals and the burgers had brown lettuce and slimy tomatoes. All of the onion rings were falling apart and some under cooked .. WORST fast food experiences we ever have are from this SONIC location.. and we hardly visit, but the kids were hungry.
