This location was just okay. The food was pretty mid, and honestly you could taste the dirty grill on the burger, which was kind of gross. It wasn’t horrible — I mean, it is fast food — but it definitely wasn’t great either. I’ve had much better experiences at other Jack in the Box locations, so this one just didn’t really live up to expectations. Hopefully it was just an off day, but it could definitely use some improvement.

As good as I remembered. I got the number 10 spicy chicken sandwich combo with large curly fries and a large orange Powerade. The fries were hot, fresh and crunchy, but they disappointed me on the amount I received. The sandwich is also hot and fresh with a light spice. My wife and I pulled through the drive thru around 3pm. I ordered a breakfast platter and was told “We aren’t currently serving breakfast”. I had a mobile order and when I picked it up and arrived home, I got the wrong burger and there was something plastic inside my taco. So many issues with this jack. I called them so many times and no answer.

I went through the drive through and got the munchie box. I asked for no mayonnaise on my sandwich but what was on it when I got home a bunch of disgusting mayonnaise. Now I'm here upset and hungry. Feedback Regarding Drive-Thru Experience Hello Management, I am writing to bring to your attention a very disappointing experience I had at your location today. I have been visiting this store regularly through the drive-thru for the past six months and have never faced any issues before. However, today’s incident was extremely unpleasant. 1) I placed an order for Chili Crisp Curly Fries through the drive-thru and was charged $4.10. 2) At the window, I was handed regular curly fries by a female employee (Employee 1). When I mentioned my actual order, she said the Chili Crisp version was no longer available. I agreed to accept the curly fries at first. 3) Since I don’t like curly fries, I politely asked if I could instead order potato wedges without bacon and I pay the full amount ($4.33). She agreed, and I paid for the wedges with no bacon. 4) Another female employee (Employee 2) later confirmed to me at the window that the wedges contained no bacon. 5) However, after beginning to eat, I discovered bacon in the order. I immediately returned to the window and questioned why my clear request was ignored. 6) Employee 1 denied responsibility, claiming I had not asked for no bacon—even though both she and Employee 2 had acknowledged my request earlier. 7) Instead of apologizing, Employee 1 became argumentative, insisting it wasn’t her fault and offering to remake the order but without showing any courtesy or professionalism. 8) I want to emphasize that I was not asking for a replacement at that point. What I expected—and what any customer deserves—was a simple acknowledgment of the mistake and an apology. Courtesy and respect go a long way in situations like this. 9) I also want to note that the two gentlemen who usually serve me at this location are always polite and professional. Unfortunately, today’s experience with the two women at the window was the exact opposite. I understand mistakes can happen, especially during busy times, but it is disappointing when staff respond rudely instead of taking responsibility. I kindly request that this matter be looked into and that proper training or reminders be given to ensure respectful treatment of customers. Thank you for your attention. regards Sai

This is by far the worst fast food restaurant I have ever been to. I am genuinely impressed with how horrible it is and I am a very patient and understanding person. I've probably been to this location twenty or thirty times and without fail, every visit was worse than the last. Every single time I have come here I've been left waiting in the front being ignored for upwards of ten to fifteen plus minutes. Most if not all of the employees here have a bad attitude. Additionally it smells like raw sewage all throughout this restaurant and is usually full of homeless people stinking up the place even worse or high on drugs causing a scene. I would encourage any and all who see this to go literally anywhere else. If I could rate negative ten stars I would. Utterly disgusting restaurant with God awful service. Save your money and go elsewhere.

Says open 24 hours, even had lights on, but had drive thru blocked off with a stick and some trash cans and when trying to go in they had the door locked. Peaked through the window and see team members standing there laughing at me. Sat in the parking lot and watched many other customers experience the same issues. Lost a lot of business tonight because of laziness. As a fellow store manager I would fire team members for closing early without a legitimate reason, but based off of other reviews this location doesn’t seem to care.

I can’t fill out a complaint in DoorDash of my missing items in such. I really spend a total of $ for me to only get a cold burger and a soda. Where are my missing items? I dint knew that tacos now came in a churros form. And I can’t fill out a complaint in DoorDash app because it’s acting dumb, I also have a screen record of how I can’t proceed it.
