Very friendly and helpful staff. Quick service.
Everyone at this location is extremely friendly and make an effort to address you by name. They all work very hard and do their best to make people happy. When I walk in the door they usually start making my order (vanilla sweat cream cold brew and a water) and always give me my two straws. Money well spent!
Came here on Friday and I’m still thinking about my coffee 💀 I got to many Starbucks throughout my week (Hemet, Menifee, West Covina, Riverside, Temecula) and several others, this was my first time at this location ordering this particular drink. I’ve always ordered the same thing at other locations it’s just the size that varies from time to time. But I’ve never gotten a coffee that I think about for days. This was the best my coffee had ever been made, that I’m looking forward to my next visit. Thanks guys ❤️
Christmas. It ls one of the busiest days of the year. The line is long, and people aren't in a great mood. But a HUGE Thank You to the staff here. I'm sorry they had to work, but I'm so grateful they did. The wait, in my opinion, wasn't long at all. Especially with this specific location always being busy, the staff here are amazing. With that being said, Merry Christmas!
Overall ok. Their attitude about adding a tip to the order is super annoying and counterproductive. Their coffee is good; hot and with an extra shot of espresso strong, and they offer vegetarian sandwiches. Staff is overall friendly.
Decent ☕️ The menu is similar to all the other locations so they whip you up anything you ask. They seemed understaffed when I went and they also have a drive-thru so you might have to wait a while for your drink. * Coffee Frappuccino w/ Whipped Cream: 7/10 - could use more coffee and less ice The location has a couple of tables to sit and study at and the workers were nice. There is a decent amount of parking right in front of the shop, but I don't recommend parking there because you'll most likely get locked in if there's a long line for the drive-thru. They're located in the same plaza as Stater Bros so you should be able to find parking near there. Not bad.
I asked to have my coffee to be in an actual cup and not in a to-go cup because I like drinking my coffee “for here” and in an actual cup (not tasty paper). Deanna was nasty and seemed to not understand that. I also noticed she was nasty to most of the customer. I don’t think she likes her job. Needs to go somewhere else. But the greeter and cashier was super friendly.
I have grown to know that it is better to go to the further Starbucks in my case. Every time my wife and I mobile order here it’s a mess and super inconsistent. Today the guardian of the snacks was too busy talking to hand out orders so I approach to grab my food and he blocks it rudely and hands me my order super annoyed because I asked for it. I say “thanks” out of common decent and he says nothing. Standard treatment at this location. These guys are obviously miserable here.
I came in the day after new years , store was super busy in the drive thru as well as in store. So i knew I had to wait I walked in placed my order and went to my car for a couple of mins when I went back in 1/4 drinks was made and the Barrista was making the rest then all of a sudden a lady asked the barista about her drink and the barista said oh your next while I was still missing a drink. The barista looked right at me because she has been the one making my drinks and handing them to me proceeds to make the other lady her drink gives her her drink and then starts making my last drink. I just thought that was very rude she could’ve told me she was gonna make the other customers drink which I wouldn’t have minded since it was only 1 but the fact that she didn’t even acknowledge me or let me know I just thought that was very unprofessional and not a good look to the store and I would hate to think that this has anything to do with race . But do better Starbucks train your employees to give better customer service
Made me wait 20 mins in line for a drink they didn’t even fill up the cup with it was all Ice barely any half and half guy refused to put more cream super rude
Couldn't get a cup of water. Apparently they changed their policy. I come to Starbucks almost everyday. And the one day I come in for water because Starbrothers was packed he wouldn't wanna give it to me unless I purchased something. If it was another place no questions asked.
Not a very welcoming Starbucks, I guess they don’t care how this reflects on the company, I came in here with my mom and we weren’t even spoked too, no “okay we’ll be right with you” nothing despite making eye contact with a few of the baristas..they “pretended” not to see us, they did this to a few customers but this location is just biased of who they’re nice too. edit: even with their reply no apologies mentioned just directed to “contact us page”
After coming to this location for years, I was asked to leave today if I didn’t order something immediately. On average, I spend $11 per day 5 days a week, but since I started fasting, I only order in the afternoon. (I normally work in the morning at one of the tables). I’m not upset. There are several coffee shops within a mile. What’s more important is how horribly the manager, Desi, treats the employees. For months I’ve observed how Desi’s presence affects the morale of the employees. She yells at them, corrects them, and even talks negatively about customers in the open as if any of that is normative. The atmosphere is horrible whenever she’s present. She micromanages, always cuts into conversations the employees have with customers, and the list goes on.
