I'm staying in Miami for a few days and have been pleasantly surprised by this dominos. My experience has been very good, great customer service, my food was made in less than 20 minutes and was delicious.

Pizza took 1.5 hours to arrive, was almost cold. I ordered and PAID FOR EXTRA SAUCE AND EXTRA CHEESE. There was literally, I mean literally, NO SAUCE and barely any cheese. Some portions of the pizza had 0 cheese just dried up bread. It was awful. See attached pictures. I took pics of the side of the slices as well so you can see 0 sauce.

Delivery driver took 1.5 hrs and went to the wrong address but whatever. They also would not answer the phone. The cinnamon rolls were good and that was what I started with. No red flags. Then, I open up my bowl of pasta and cannot believe that it is about 1/3 filled up. The pasta wasn’t bad but they just straight up gave me less than half of what a serving should be. I thought maybe they just made a mistake or had a shortage, I’m excited for the pizza. The fact that they got my order wrong, pepperoni not sausage, wasn't the issue. I wouldn't have cared. But this pizza was COLD and OLD. It tasted badly and I still tried to eat it because I wanted to at least get my calories worth and not have to buy another dinner. But I had to stop eating it because I was genuinely concerned about how old it was and if they had just given me a leftover pizza (which falls in line with it not being what I ordered). What made it clear was that the pineapple wasn't yellow and juicy it was shriveled up and more greenish almost brown. And not in a ‘toasty’ way as if it was from being cooked, this was clearly just old. Overall, the worst pizza I’ve ever had, I feel sick now and regret forcing down a slice and a half. The 7-11 that I get a massive pizza from for like $7 and have the lowest expectations for is 10x better. Never again. Shut this franchise location down Domino's.

I ordered from this store recently and had a terrible experience. The tracker said 30-40 minutes for delivery and that seemed very reasonable. After an hour and a half I tried calling the store to see where my food was I couldn’t even reach a real person. Was on hold another 15 minutes until I heard a knock at my door. And I was handed a lukewarm pizza and unappealing wings. The only good thing about this meal were the garlic knots. I don’t recommend anyone order from this location because they can’t complete an order within a timely manner. And the wings were supposed to be bbq and this is how I received them. Super disappointing

They never answer the phone. They do not deliver to apartment if you are in a high rise. Got a hair in my pizza this last visit and reach out to customer service and they did absolutely nothing. Do not order from here.

Tried to call for delivery but was on hold for over 15 min, so I hung up and ordered online for carry out. When I picked up the food the wings were undercooked and thrown together. They didn’t even try to make it look presentable.

Really bad pizza, the sauce was really spicy the pizza looks old and looks bad. Never got the drinks even after the delivery guy said he will come back with the drinks, whenever did and never answer the call again the same at the store they never answer. I called the next day to speak to a manager They said no manager was on site, they said someone will talk to me they just left me on hold. It was a really bad experience I will never order from this store.

They never answer the phone. They do not deliver to apartment if you are in a high rise. Got a hair in my pizza this last visit and reach out to customer service and they did absolutely nothing. Do not order from here.

Really bad pizza, the sauce was really spicy the pizza looks old and looks bad. You can’t call them, I requested a Stuffed crust and I got charged and didn’t receive it. The pizza was cold like they had it in the refrigerator. I can’t give 0 stars.

Delivery driver does not know how to speak to customers. The store claims he confused with orders and addresses but that is not my problem. A simple search of address on Google would find my address. Now I had the driver telling me I am making a mistake on how I am placing my address online when I’ve been ordering to the same address for a year. Driver needs to find a new job because obviously he can’t follow a simple address delivery. Then he came to the address honking till I came outside to his car.

The guy who answers the phone between 2200-2300 on Jan 2 didn’t know how to read a map and was rude. The delivery driver was late by 50 mins and delivered it to a place 2 blocks away. The guy said it was my problem even though they read the address wrong when 3 other places delivered it correctly just a few minutes before. I understand why he was upset though he is probably broke and has no future prospects in life was upset I live in a luxury apartment.

This is the worst place you can buy dominoes at hands down, I have no idea how is this place still open giving that no one really cares about your order when you call, they’re rude to customers, and they will literally lie at you instead of giving you good service. Please do you a favor and make like this place never existed

Was harassed and verbally abused because they wanted to extort a higher tip out of me. Called the restaurant and they were extremely verbally abusive. Would not recommend this location to anyone and I will be speaking with corporate. I spoke to other locations and they agreed that this location should not be operating

This pizza location is a rip off. Order pizza was posted as delivered in the domino app, but I never received my pizza call four times. The guy on the other end was so rude. I reported this location as fraud because there is no way you charge me for a pizza that was never delivered.

One of the worst experiences I’ve had. We waited over two hours for a pizza. Customer service was beyond poor, every call ended with “7 more minutes” and then they hung up on us. When the food finally arrived, the pizza and wings were cold and tasteless. Total waste of time and money. Never again.

Pizza never came. I ordered it and was waiting for 2 hours cause the app kept saying it was on the way. I called the store over and over and they never EVER responded. Never getting anything from here again.
