First off let me just say I had a terrible day before I came to Dunkin I had ordered coffees from 3 other places prior through out the day that were terrible. the gentleman he gave me his name but I forgot it but I will remember later I believe it started with a J not only made my coffee fresh and perfect but had exceptional customer service we will be returning in the future to this Dunkin and I recommend this place to anyone and everyone. I would give it more then 5 stars if I had the option. Thank you so much to the young man who mad my night 100 times better.
Was looking for a Dunkin Donuts near Coral Gables that had/has a drive thru and this one has that. Super stoked, especially in a pandemic. I arrived at 6:30isham and the line was a bit long but the drive thru went pretty fast. Of course you have to wait a bit, I looked at the sky lol in the meantime. The lady at the drive thru was very nice. Thank youuuuuu.
Im only leaving 5 stars for MABEL and the other older woman here. she is extremely kind and patient. Te amo Mabel she is the type of person you want to interact with when you are getting breakfast. Now the young Cuban chick idk she got an attitude.

I came this morning to buy donuts for my family. Everything was perfect . The Italian girl took care the order perfect . Congratulations keep working hard .
I wanted to compare with other chains and order DD Ham Egg Muffin (compare to Egg Mc Muffin) with hash brown and a capuchino. To my pleasant surprise it was not comparable with Mc or BK... Much better in every single aspect. The service here is not top notch, the girls are a bit grumpy but I will definitely come back.
Especially come for the multi grain bagel 🥯 w garden veggie cream cheese, hash browns and avocado toast.Their flavored coffees and frappes are so good. Shout out to the young manager, Carlos, very courteous and kind.
First time I’ve been to this location. It’s the cleanest, the displays are the best, and the coffee was great. I got to a lot of Dunkin’ Donuts, and this one is really well kept.

The service was excellent! The green tea with almond milk was absolutely delicious — warm and comforting. And the donuts were spectacular! I allow myself one sweet treat a month, and this was 100% worth it. Oh — and the burrito was delicious too! Thank you for the great attention and care. 😊

Coffee to cream ratio is off need to adjust the coffee amount. Also the coffee tasted burned need to work on that. This my go to Dunkin Donuts.
Good service, chocolate chip muffin was very dry. Donuts tasted fresh. Croissant chicken sandwich was very good. Limited parking due to other businesses taking up their parking. Driver thru service is good, but tight turns.
I usually stop at Dunkin' Donuts for donuts. I am pleased to see healthier choices on the menu. I got an avocado toast which was very good. The only issue is the bread was a regular sliced bread instead of the bagel they offer in the menu. I think changes have to be asked to the customer before serving.
Great service in and out in no time
Nice and updated store but i think they need to put more attention to the clients. My coffee was given to another customer,order a bagel with cream cheese toasted,was not toasted and almost not cream cheese.wrap was over cook.
You need to sort out/ fix those tables , the base plate of the table was so sharp I accidentally hit it with my foot and I chopped one my shoes , sliced the leather open ! If anyone hits that with open toe shoes it’s going to be a way bigger issue . 🩸 Otherwise a good Dunkin’ Donuts for the food and coffee ☕️
This place is good to go. When I was there the staff was in the back out of view a majority of the time. The person who helped us was nice and respectful but as soon as we were rung up the 3 people that were there just disappeared. Another customer came in and stood for a bit before hollering if anyone was there. The food and coffee is always good though.
The service is good, yes i will not lie. But what I really hate is that they almost NEVER have the drink I want (Vanilla Bean Coolata). And the indoor hours are terribly wrong. 5 AM its supposed to be open, I decide to get there by 5:45 AM it still isnt open inside when there is a Paper on the door specifically saying open 5am through whatever hour it was. (And this was on a Tuesday not Sunday
Kinda slow,Came after 11pm and the drive thru person kept saying anything else, anything else after every request, then I got to the window and waited 5 minutes and the employee did not even start making my vanilla chai, started late on it. Saw a female employee hanging out by the drive thru window for 5 minutes then she left the building or out my view
This place is just been remodeled, very nice compared to how it was before. The acting mgr made it a very stressful dine in experience. She started to reprimand a male employee over an order that he did not complete cause another employee asked for his assistance. She was loud , unprofessional and made it for an uncomfortable situation for all the customers that were inside . On the way out I asked her if she was the mgr , she replied she was for the moment. I told her she needed to relax a bit and to be more professional that if she needed to reprimand an employee the employee should be asked aside away from others and then be spoken too not be yelled at especially in front of customers or other employees.
I've not had a good experience with their food yet but their coffee is good. Ask for light ice if you order anything cold. My drinks have been mostly ice so far. Last time I went they gave me the wrong donut and almost forgot my sandwich. Everytime I've been there the staff has repeatedly apologized for the slow service (each time I've gone it hasn't been busy, one car, maybe two even at the lot). I'm patient so I don't mind waiting... but why apologize for being slow? Just learn how to be faster.
We’ve been here for 3 weeks and religiously stop here after the gym right when they open at 5am. Whoever opens made it a point to say “we open at 5” like yeah I know that’s why we’re here to get our coffee. We’ve been the only ones here everyday this early and all we order is 2 basic coffees and everyday they have us pull to the window then go to the parking lot immediately. What is the point when if it was busy 2 coffees are whipped up within 60 seconds. Just goofy service and the lady that opens clearly doesn’t want to help us when they open.
Service is just ok. Workers serve as if they just want to get you out of their faces. More interested in conversation between each other. Also, there's a guy that's seems to be always be there squatting on the only plug at table to charge. Love Dunkin but probably going to Starbucks
Do not go here after 9pm. They never have doughnuts, if they do they are the flavors nobody wants. there are days they are open and other days that are not even though it says open 24 hrs. You want doughnuts and go service go in the morning, anything after that you are screwed. Krispy Kreme is the way to go, even the boxed kind from the store are better than these.
The quality of service, food presentation, and taste of food needs help. I ordered hash browns, turkey sausage, fried egg english muffin without cheese and vanilla chai latte. The hashbrowns were five to be exact, some were hard, others were sloopy. Sandwich was not presentable, looked thrown together, didn't look desirable to eat. Vanilla chai latte was the only thing I enjoyed about this meal. I will not be ordering the sandwich or the hashbrowns again. The employees can use some help with customer satisfaction. Start off by greeting your customers, make them feel welcomed to the restaurant.
They made me something completely different from what I ordered. I wasn’t going to go back since it wasn’t worth it and I was in a rush. What they should do is get more training on the items they’re serving since apparently they don’t know what they’re giving to the customers. You wonder why Starbucks is the #1 in the coffee chains.
Absolutely ridiculously S L O W service. The drive through WITH 1 CAR AHEAD OF ME took 17 minutes. When I am finally asked what I would like they didn't have bagels nor croissants. At least put up a sign so people do not waste time and wait for nothing.
I stopped by this Dunkin' Donuts location in the afternoon to get a quick iced coffee with a quick snack too. The location doesn't seem too busy, and it's a clean shop inside but the food not so much. I ordered two chicken snack wraps to go, and they weren't quite what I was expecting. I've ordered these snack wraps before at many other Dunkin' Donuts locations and they're usually served fresh. So what happened? I received my two snack wraps and it seems like they we're put to heat up, but only for a couple seconds... warm on the outside but when you take a bite it was all cold inside... pretty disgusting. The order was ready rather quickly which is great, but the food didn't seem like it was cooked or prepared correctly. At least the coffee was prepared fine with no issue. At the end of the day I would not recommend this Dunkin' Donuts location.
Its a great store but there are some employees that arent doing their job right. Today (09/20/2017) i when to buy an ice coffee that i tried in my previous visit and i liked. So i when today and there were two employee that werent proffessional and they dont take their job serious. Not only they forgot i was waiting for my order they also got it wrong. The disaapointed part was that i was the only customer there waiting. Instead of doing my order they were singing and dancing. Im not saying the place suck bc they are employee that are work hard person. Its just this two employee the fat kid and the girl with the blue hair. They should get replace by someone who cares about their duty at their job.
Went for a large black coffee with oat milk and Splenda… they gave a large cup of warm oat milk 🤡 didn’t taste it on time to return it … very nice staff though.
Cashier was extremely rude and not helpful, crew spend more time talking to each other than helping customers. My wife and i made an order and we had to repeat our selfs a couple of time sense the cashier was in her cellphone. I asked to be helped, and cashier had an awful attitude, did not made our sandwiched to our specification, food was cold, did not toast. Coffee was horrible and bathroom were extremely dirty. I brought it to the attention of the crew, and they got insulted. I was insulted with Cuban Slang language. How proffessional.
I find the staff to very helpful, specially the ladies that are there for the longest time. Lately, they are out of the most basic stuff they sell. The cream cheese is almost non existing on the bagels. Please check you bagel before you leave. The place at night is very dark outside. I think the owner of this place is a cheap person that doesn't care about his.store or personnel.
One of the worst experiences at the Dunkin’ Donuts, the morning crew open late no work hours post at the business door and is my third time in the same situation. If you go thru google said open at 5am that is not true. Avoid this locations if you can. 67 SW and 8 ST. Only reason I have to come here because is the more closely.

if i could i would give 0 stars I come to this plaza every week to go to the salon and every time i go to dunkin its "CLOSED" but the lights are on and there are workers. I saw people in the drive through but the drive through was also "closed' the stand said 5pm-2pm which made no sense and it was 12:57 in the afternoon. I knocked on the lobby door multiple times and no one even answered the least the workers could do is say hey were closed or something and there was plenty of workers. This is every single week and honestly so annoying.
Worse customer service ever. Plus the app states contactless pickup inside and they ladies won’t open and they make you do the long lines through the drive thru. Wants the point of ordering ahead of time and still have to wait in the drive thru line to get you cold food that’s been sitting there.
This store use to be open 24 hours. Now the sign says 4am and I have been told 4am but don’t try showing up at 5am. If you do they won't answer the drive thur. Pull up to the widow and blow your horn. They will then cash out the till. Don't worry it usually only takes 15 mins then they will give you last night's coffee. If you are not watching they will give you decafe if that is all they have. And you get treated like you are bothering them. It is such a great wat to start off the morning. Employees will be standing outside bc the door will be locked and then they will start arguing with each other in Spanish and give you dirty looks. It's awesome. I go through it every morning. Cannot wait. Only 2 more hours to start off this Monday.
Horrible service. Rude employees. The company really needs to correct the hours of operation because it says they open at 5am. However, saying rudely that they open at 6am. And how is it that no one knew English? Unacceptable
This Dunkin is garbage, they’re never open according to the posted online hours. The reviews are true, they’re open when they feel like it. How this is allowed for a franchise boggles my mind, shameful really.
Hey Dunkin' donut corporation please talk to your management if you're going to promote a new brand of coffee Duncan at midnight me being a fan of dark roast coffee I came in the afternoon to get my afternoon pick me up and the lady has none this is like the 5th day in the row she refused to brew it after breakfast I imagine if you're promoting this coffee it's for the whole day this Center always has issues please corporate talk to management and get this fixed cuz this is the only Dunkin' donut in the area
My donuts were stale. I went through the drive through and saw one of the workers placing the donuts without gloves and touching her phone. I was shocked and disgusted
They close the dining room early, there is no information outside that we still on "Covid" procedures and only drive through (we notice that when trying to see what's going on). They should have a sign. I came on a Wednesday at 4.30pm, doors closed and you don't see anyone, they hide because I was looking inside for someone.
Horrible service and dining room closed with multiple employees standing around talking. Missing items from order then they expect you to wait in line all over again to ask for what they forget... woman employee with a baby stroller was grabbing donuts for herself and when I tried to knock on the door she rolled her eyes and completely ignored me. This is the worst dunkin that I have ever gone to, all the times that I have gone I get told that the cappuccino machine is broken, I tried once the drive through and when I told her that I wanted a dozen of donuts, she didn’t even let me pick the flavors. People with so bad attitude works her, so much lack of customer service, they must change completely their employees.
Horrible customer service 2 hours after I order they text me saying that they don’t have any donuts left. I’ve never saw such a horrible service in my life. They could’ve just canceled my order right away but no, they have to make me wait 2 hours and then cancel it.
Don't expect to get a donut at this place after 7PM. Without fail every single time the employees always say they ran out. I'm not sure if they're making it up because they don't want to work, but it's ridiculous. My recommendation is go to the Wawa that's close by and get your stuff there, at least they don't run out of food, or if the latter, don't lie about it so they don't have to work.
I went there in the morning, it started out good. Marilin B. treated me well. However on my way, I overheard a female Hispanic lady said " mira a la India " it translates to " look at the indian " ( feminine form ) Basically you have a Hispanic lady insulting another Hispanic, based on skin color.
Totally disappointed to this place, the person who takes the orders, Ileana is her name, she has no education, so unprofesional, and very rude!! lack of service. I ordered two white chocolate signature lattes with whipped cream, drizzle and toppings and they gave me the lattes with nothing, no whipped cream, no toppings, nothing! I will never come back!!
Would give 0 stars if I could. I ordered a small iced caramel latte and when I tried it, it tasted very sour so I opened my cup and found clumps of white floating in the cup. I showed the employee and told her it tasted spoiled so she made another one with the same milk carton I guess because once again it has white clumps floating around and tasted very spoiled. I’m very disappointed that they don’t check their milk before serving customers and they don’t even refund you your money after being given something spoiled. Save yourself the money and don’t go to this Dunkin. I’m so disgusted
This is my second time coming to this location with my husband and my second bad experience. Todays experience was similar to the last. We ordered on the app and my husband got a cornbread donut which they didn’t have and didn’t bother to say anything so they just charged us for 3 donuts but only gave us 2 rather than substituting the one they didn’t have. My husband parked and wanted to go into the lobby to let them know he didn’t get his donut and the door was locked and the lady working there (8/6/22 @10:30am) didn’t want to open the door, yes the lobby was closed. She kept telling him to go around to the long drive thru line that we had already made. She gave him attitude and a horrrible mean mug and was very rude. She gave him his donut and locked the door again. Why would the lobby be closed? Seems like they just wanted to have a breezy day while ruining the Dukin donuts reputation. Worst location we’ve been to and would not recommend. Dunkin’ needs to fire this lady because this is the second interaction and second disappointment with this lady. She’s ruining your store. I love Dukin Donuts but i will NEVER come back to this location. I hope corporate sees this!
My first time visiting on 2/15/2023 went thru the drive thru I was told to wait several times, finally when I ask her to help me she told me I had to wait again, because she spilled something on the floor, and was very rude as well. I spent about 10 min. in drive thru just waiting for her to take care of me, and finally I had to drive off. I only have 30 min of lunch. I cant spend my lunch there sitting like a duck. Now I am confused of what drive thru concept is for Dunkin Donuts or if she is new and she is new at it. I thank God there are a few other fast food places in the same mall and I was able to eat and drive thru service is fast and staff are courteous. I guess they have a lot of sales, that they don't need customers.
DD has a good coffee and donuts but the drive thru customer service is terrible the blonde Cuban lady who takes the order is soooo rude!!!! takes a very long time to take your order and talks all the time with the rest of the staff and they take long to make the coffee because they are talking and laughing wild a big line of cars waiting to make their orders.DD Manager’s should take their time to talk with this staff of DD from the morning shift and let them know to stop with the bad attitude answering bad to customers who are paying their salary. You place a takeout order that says walk in and they have the doors locked and won’t hand you the order, this is horrible service. Never seen anything like it. Update, location is still running poorly. No food, no seating and no service. Might as well close!!!
So they randomly close the dinning room when they choose to. It's Sunday at 11:39am and the dinning room is closed. The drive through has 9+ cars. There is no sign that states the dinning room is closed, just locked doors. The website doesn't say it's closed. The Google web page says its open. This place has historically been terrible. Donut selection is always scarce. Dunkin Franchise YOU HAVE to do something. This is such a bad representation of your brand. I swear you don't even care anymore.
Went for a late night order. Placed my order through the app. Upon my arrival at the store I was informed by an employee that they did not have any donuts. Was asked to Simply cancel the order in the application and reorder. Well it is about a month later and after many contacts with customer service neither the store northey customer service Representatives can process the refund back to my card. Was just told to Simply return to the store which is not such a simple option for me at this point. I really only chose Dunkin Donuts that night out of lack of options and tired of the usual fast food. they really need to pay closer attention to the user interface of the application and the customer interaction of their representatives.
I’ve ordered from here about four times to give them a chance and because they are the closest Dunlin Donuts to deliver and they always get my order wrong. From missing donuts, hash browns, etc and giving me things that I didn’t order and don’t want, this place is careless and incompetent. Don’t order from here. Uber Eats always has to refund me.
Disgusting service. Staff didn’t speak at all. Got charged for two drinks when I never said 2. Took ages to acknowledge I was even waiting at the kiosk. Man working so rude it’s unbelievable. Other woman didn’t acknowledge me.
I went through the drive thru and when I stopped to drink the coffee and eat the donut, the donut looked like she put her finger through the donut and squished out the jelly all inside the cartoon. Now I have to stop somewhere else and get a donut and coffee! What bad service. I have never been to this Dunkin before and I definitely won't be returning. I'll go to Starbucks before I get another coffee there!
The worst customer service and ambiance I ever experience at a dunkin before. Waited at the register for 5 minutes waiting for service and the lady cleaning was super rude and told us to go through tye drive thru so we let her clean. After I already waited 5 minutes in the register
Horrible service! It’s 8:00 AM and the aren’t open. I ordered for pick up and no one opened the door! Ended up having to go through the drive through, where no one would let me in. Horrible timing , I could not be more dissatisfied. I get there and there is no sandwiches so I order a coffee specifically white chocolate latte that comes with whipped cream in medium when I get to the window they serve it to me in a large cup with no whipped cream when I ask about it they said there was none that’s why they didn’t put it but didn’t bother to let me know. I’m Cuban myself but when I tell you it’s ran by Cubans like they’re in cuba I mean it . It’s the only Dunkin near my house & you never know what king of service to expect. What kind of chain breakfast establishment doesn’t have BREAKFAST at 10:44 am

They lie and say they've never had things that you are reading off the menu in that moment. They never have coconut milk. The strawberry coolata on the menu she says they've never had it
Every time I go to this location it is closed prior to their advertised hours. Also, the lobby has been closed for some reason even though the entire state of Florida has had no restrictions and all other establishments have indoor service fully functioning.
I come here only because of the proximity to my house. It is the SLOWEST Dunkin’ I’ve ever been to in my life and I travel the country extensively. I rolled into the drive thru and it was empty. “Yay” i erroneously thought. I sat there at the speaker for 6 minutes. I said hello and was told to wait. After a while someone finally takes my order. I go the window and there’s only 1 car there. I waited another ten minutes. All I got was a small coffee. And it took me 16 minutes to get it. Insane. It even an apology or acknowledgment of the ridiculous wait. Attitudes stink here. They can’t even handle one customer at a time I cannot imagine a morning rush through here. I ordered through the drive-thru window, and when they opened it to take my payment and give me my food, I was overwhelmed by the smell of marijuana coming from inside. On top of that, they gave me the wrong food.

Horrible experience here! Ordered a bagel with cream cheese, confirmed my order was correct and then I saw the bagel, it was severely burnt and barely had any cream cheese. I’m not sure how they were able to pass this through a quality check or if the quality was even considered (check picture). Pls be careful coming here!
Bought a dozen at 10am and ALL the doughnuts are old...aaahhggrrr! I hate when this happens. This location seems to sell mostly old doughnuts. Not stopping here again. The store was loud, the employees talk/scream and laugh as they were partying.
The problem with this place is the management. You can’t run a functional business or deliver a quality product when employees are not familiar with what they’re selling. Without proper training, they don’t know how to operate the self checkout display or how to offer a refund when a customer is dissatisfied with the final product, simply because they lack the necessary skills. That’s why well trained staff and an on site manager for every shift are essential not a manager you have to call on the phone to guide you through how to handle the situation. As a result, the customer ends up leaving without the product they purchased, without a refund, and having wasted their time all due to poor management.
I made an order December 22 at 922 am My order was correct except for the drink I ordered. I ordered a strawberry dragonfruit drink i took a sip and it was disgusting and I see like white stuff moving in the cup when I open the lid the smell was horrific! There was white substance in the ice cubes it was so disgusting I immediately felt sick and disgusted I couldn't even eat the food I had just purchased I ended up throwing out my sandwich. I contacted Uber eats in which I made the order from and they sent me a message stating they are reviewing the facts and never heard back from them I lado attempted calling the dunkin and they never answered my calls. This is a health hazard and I'm extremely displeased on how everyone is washing their hands with the situation . Never going to this dunking again nor am I going to order Uber eats as they did not help me either
Placed an online order for a half dozen donuts at 6 am. They were all stale and the staff could only manage to get three order half right, despite the store being completely empty of customers.
I am writing to formally report a deeply troubling incident involving your employee, Ms. Cristina Suarez, at your establishment located at 6790 SW 8th St, Miami, FL 33144, on Sunday, April 6, 2025. That morning, a friend of mine—who has been a loyal customer for over 18 years and I visited your location for breakfast. My friend ordered an American coffee and a donut, while I ordered a black espresso. In good spirits, my friend joked with the counter staff, asking them to improve her coffee, without warning, Ms. Suarez abruptly emerged from the back, visibly agitated, and began yelling at my friend in a harsh and unprofessional manner. She shouted, _"What's wrong with you and the coffee now?, it's the same old mess every Sunday?"_ and proceeded to pull my friend to the other end of the counter, where she continued verbally berating and even waving hands toward her. Seeing the situation escalate, I quickly took a donut from my friend's order and urged her to leave the establishment with me. As we were walking out toward the door, Ms. Suarez accused me of coming in daily without paying for anything, further asserting that I caused problems in the store—claims that are completely false and unfounded. Before we exited, we heard her declare, _"When the manager Ileana is here, it's her way, but now that I'm the one in charge of this place, it's my way." While standing at the door waiting for my friend, Ms. Suarez, still completely upset, yelled at us and told us we would never come back. My friend left, I closed the door, we both silently left the place, completely disappointed by the terrible treatment we received from the employee. Early this morning, Monday April 7th, 2025 my friend and I returned, waited for the manager, and told her about the unpleasant incident, who encouraged us to file a formal complaint. We recommend that Ms. Maria Cristina Suarez be permanently removed from her position because she lacks the necessary qualifications to deal with customers. We had already heard about other incidents in which the employee in question had been involved, not only in a despicable manner with customers, but also with some of her coworkers. I want to highlight the work of the rest of the employees, including the manager, who was always pleasant, courteous, and always very attentive to providing the best service with her best smile. I have lived in this great country for over 18 years and have never experienced such disrespectful, unprofessional, and unacceptable treatment. No customer should be subjected to such hostility, and this behavior severely undermines the trust and reputation of your establishment. I urge you to take immediate action regarding Ms. Suarez’s conduct. I strongly recommend a formal review of her employment, as incidents like this damage the positive environment your company has worked hard to create. I would appreciate a response regarding how management plans to address this matter.
My order was completed messed up i ordered a hot chai latte got an iced chai latte had to wait for the new drink then the new drink was so bad i couldnt drink it taste like pure sugar no chai taste whatsoever , i also ordered a croissant tosted with cream cheese the cream cheese was on a container mind you i went thru the drive thru how am i supposed to spread the cream cheese I also ordered a sugar donut and got a glazed donut didnt realized until i drove away and didnt have to go back same with the drink i led it sit since it was hot and when i went to drink it is was so gross.
I had better service here when they had two words in their name. You hate to see it but this what you come to expect from a corp place that doesn’t respect their employees. The employees in turn don’t respect their patrons. Employee ms where huddled up on their phones when I walked in. Had to give them a Miami hello to get service. I placed my order but by the time they began to make they didn’t have what i ordered so I got a refund and went on my way. How do you not know what you have left? Oh that right, 0 communication. Will not be returning here.
This location is by far the worst location I’ve ever purchased from.. the staff constantly gets the orders wrong, they are rude and can’t understand how to properly take an order..
The line was very long and the staff member that spoke and took my order was yawning while taking my order. When I finally got to the drive through to place my order it took about 4 minutes for someone to say " hey " not even a greet or anything very unprofessional. I finally got my order in and it was made all completely wrong. The hash brown were cold and my ice coffee was to sweet and they added sugar when I ordered it no sure. I ordered decaf and got regular. They need to get a new manager in that store. Service is horrible wait time today was 45 minutes and I only had 4 cars in front of me. Terrible place stay away your better of going to Pinecrest bakery then this establishment.
According to Google (and the hours of most locations) they open at 5am. At around 5:40am, while enroure to the store, I placed a mobile order for a drive thru pickup. When I pulled up to the drive thru at 5:45am, no one greeted me; I said "hello" a few times with no response. Confused, I moved on to the pick up window. Inside were two employees that didn't even look at me. After a minute one of them gruffly brings me my order and says, "We open at 6, okay?" As I drove away I noticed the neon open sign shining in the storefront window. Feeling gaslit, I double checked via Google and the Dunkin mobile app that this employee was wrong: they do in fact open at 5am. According to some other reviews, unfortunately, this is typical behavior for this location. Thankfully nothing was wrong with my order but this is bizarre behavior and makes the Dunkin brand look bad. Luckily I'm not a local and my hometown location is excellent but this branch is not and needs a major customer service makeover.
My dad and I got to the entrance and tried opening the door, but it was locked. The only hours we could find on the door was one sign that said "Open 24/7". This was at 10 a.m. We tried the drive through service, which was horrendous. We asked the cashier what kinds of donuts they served, and she said "Chocolate, vanilla, blueberry, everything." So, we told her about the coupon we wanted to use for a half dozen donuts for $3.99. We tried to order the chocolate donut with glaze and it was a nightmare trying to explain to her that we didn't want the standard donut with chocolate icing, we wanted the chocolate based donut with glaze. She took this as we wanted to order 2 chocolate based donuts with glaze and 2 regular donuts with chocolate icing. We tried to continue our order by adding 2 vanilla donuts and 2 strawberry donuts, but she stopped us because that went over the total of 6 donuts. Five minutes of back and forth later, we go to pay, and the total is nearly $6?? We reminded the lady about our coupon and she honored it. On our way home, we noticed we got 2 vanilla, 2 strawberry, 1 chocolate with glaze, and 1 donut with chocolate icing. Not what we wanted, and not coming back.
1 star reviews are for a reason for this place. Went to get a coffee they had their doors closed at 6pm when they close at 7pm. I went to the drive-thru there was no response, I went to the window I told her that the doors were closed and that when I went to the drive-thru nobody responded. They cashier answered saying that she had said hold on a minute, and I asked her am I still able to order through the window she goes we have a lot of people waiting. There was no one behind me when I was at the drive-thru and 1 person in front. I said I just want one coffee and she goes we have a lot of people waiting what do you want and I said you know what no thank you and I left. Extremely poor courtesy. I ordered from a different DD, never had such a poor experience with this franchise.
Placed an order on Uber eats. My driver calls me to tell me that Dunkin’ Donuts doesn’t have donuts? So I had the driver out a representative to ask why they would accept an order knowing they didn’t have. I have worked the Uber eats pos system and you have the ability to decline an order for having items out of stock. The lady said oh well we have donuts ( after I confronted her about why they accepted the order ) then the lady said well I don’t have the assorted so I informed her I didn’t mind waiting as this order of donuts are for the doctors and nurses of Nicklaus’s children’s hospital and then she just hung up on me. I cannot express how terrible this store is 1st for being a Dunkin’ Donuts that doesn’t have donuts but the customer service representative was completely unprofessionally rude. I recommend no one to order anything from this store via Uber eats my driver has been standing there for 45 minutes for them to tell him they are a Dunkin’ Donuts who doesn’t have donuts at 10:52 am
I placed an online order through the drive thru but I needed to use the bathroom so I decided to park and use the bathroom before I get my order. When it came time for me to get to the register, the cashier was super rude in how she spoke to me. Like she didn’t want to be bothered. When I thought she was done doing what she was doing, I greeted her and tell her I’m picking up. She proceeds to tell me to wait in a rude tone so then I went and go on my phone till it was more convenient for her to attend me. I told her that I was picking up an order and tell her my name. (I know my order and I can see that it’s fully ready.) she only grabs the drink and tells me that I have to wait for the food (the food was done she just didn’t check the bag for the name.) I ask if I can use the bathroom and she tells me it’s broken. Every time I come to this Dunkin the bathroom is always broken. It seems like they just don’t want to have to deal with cleaning the bathroom bc if it was broken then what bathroom do they use? So I tell her okay and I wait annoyed for my food to be “ready” while I stare at my order. While I’m waiting, how goes to talk with the ladies that are making the food and she’s having the time of her life and then she glasses at my order twice and realizes that it’s my order. She brings it to me with a fake nice smile and tone and tells me to have a good day. Also, their kids are extremely dirty with dried coffee stains on them. As someone who works in the food industry, the team members that work at this store need to do hospitality training bc if you don’t want to deal with or help your guests then you’re in the wrong field of work. Side note: the food in my bag was thrown in there because it was really messy as well. ( in the picture you can see the dirty lids AND my order circled in red.
Now I know why it has such low ratings. My first time at this branch picking up an online order via drive through. The lady with that microphone needs to go do something else with her life if she’s going to be this rude. Customer service job is definitely NOT for her.

El servicio al cliente es fatal...Las muchachas qué trabajan ahí sobre todo las 2 de pelo negro largo del turno de la mañana o son sordas o no tienen ningún tipo de educación. Esas mujeres tu las saludas de Buenos días las veces que quieras , les das las gracias y ni la cara te voltean a ver. No soy del tipo de persona que me gusta dar bad reviews pero lo que me paso hoy si me indigno porque como siempre fui a pedir mi orden pero tenia una llamada , me quedé mucho atrás del donde se ordena porque no tenía carro atrás y aun asi escuchaba por intercom qué me decían buenas, me acerque y les dije que me esperaran un segundo y la respuesta fue que ellas trabajaban por tiempo y hacia rato estaban esperando la orden cosa que no es cierto. De verdad me da mucha pena al nivel de costumes servicio que hemos llegado en esta ciudad. Y si de verdad no les gusta tratar con la gente , hay otros trabajos que no lo tienen que hacer pero no maltraten al cliente que al final de cuenta es el que les da de comer.
El trato fatal , fui con mis hijas a las 6 pm y al mismo tiempo intentamos utilizar los baños pero estaban cerrados porque según estaban tapados con muy mala forma nos hablaron,más no había variedad de donas y la misma chica que nos aviso sobre los baños fue la que nos atendió con un muy mal animo y mala atención,los pisos todos sucios y con agua, una de mis hijas si no la agarro se resbala. Deberian cambiar personal o enseñarles como tratar a los clientes y a preparar donas.Por eso no lo recomiendo a nadie que vaya a esta tienda,no volveré más nunca.
