We have been here a few times - it is always busy, but the food is good, the service and people are great and the prices are in line with the quality of food. My only warning is that getting in and out of the parking lot can be a challenge.

This Chick-fil-a is great ! It's always busy, but very fast service and there is plenty of seating. The drive thru moves quickly also! I've had the chicken wrap, the spicy chicken delux and the regular chicken delux...all delicious.

I wish I didn't go through the drive through because it took 20 minutes even though I put my order in online. My bad for assuming the line would move fast. On the plus side I know my order is going to be perfect every time. They never even forget a single condiment. I love wearing pride gear when I go though. Represent love!

Drive through pays no attention to your arrival. It’s already a long wait without incompetence that puts us back 2 extra vehicles.

This review has nothing to do with the food...its amazing ! It's the mobile ordering drive-thru line... Be prepared to wait for a long time. From start to finish took over 20 minutes to get through the drive-thru line. Just something to think about when ordering if you're in a hurry

To be perfectly honest, I'm not a big fan of Chick-fil-A. The service was great and the restaurant was clean but if I'm hungry for a chicken sandwich I'm heading over to Wendy's or KFC for their spicy chicken sandwich. And the ice cream is not creamy but too ice crystal like.

This store started off good but slowly going down. They have 10 people working at one time, early mornings. Doesn’t matter if I place my food on the app I still have to wait 20+ mins sometimes for food while they sit and talk. Signs of poor management.

I went through the drive thru and when I got to the window they asked me to wait in the parking lot because they weren’t done cooking my food. I was ok with it because I knew it was gonna be fresh. However, when I got my food my Mac and cheese was almost empty and the fries they gave me were just pieces of leftovers from the fryer. I paid a good amount of money for this food and it wasn’t exactly what I expected.

2nd time in a row we waited forever in the line and then we were asked to park and wait for the food another 5 mins. What are you all doing over there??? You only serve chicken. I guess this is what you get when you only hire children.

If I could give them 0 stars I would. Let me just start off by saying I spend money at this location multiple times a week. Im always polite, quiet, and clean up after myself and my family. But this last week, having to deal with the horrible customer service of the manager Kareay or Karen made me not want to ever go back. (She has black hair, with babydoll bangs and bow in her hair) A few days ago I went in, in the morning to order, and she acts as if I’m invisible and walks around the counter to who I’m assuming was her family members (a little girl that looked like her, and an older man) and stands there and talks with them about a vacation they are going on, for like 15 minutes. All the while I’m still standing, waiting for someone to take my order at the counter but she was the only one in the front. Then she goes back behind the counter and I think she’s about to take my order, but no. She just went back there to get the food for her family. (A bag & an orange juice) Then proceeded to talk to them again. After I waited about 25 mins to be helped, she saw them off and took my order. I just let it go because I’ve had so many good experiences at this Chick-fil-A. I just figured they were having an off day. Then this morning I went in to order and again Kareay or Karen, saw Me made a face and walked right past me. So obviously she doesn’t like me and I’m not sure why, but she acted very unprofessional. I ended up just leaving because it was so embarrassing. And I felt like I was going to be made to stand there again for a long while. So I’ll be spending my hard earned money at the other branch in town from now on. So disappointing.

I went through the drive thru. Ordered two meals. They suggested a large so I took it. When I reached the front my order was not ready. I had to park In the we need to get your order out of the freezer parking spot. When I received my order after waiting for the additional time my fries were still not ready and mushy. To top it off the amount of fries in the large were less than the medium. This is an actual pic of the amount of fries I was given. None fell out. Horrible service. Horrible eye for quality. Only way I’ll forgive them is if that day they only had blind employees. 12/16 12:51
