Stopped here to get a drink and use the restroom. The restroom stunk like urine. The service was friendly. They partner with SFA. At least they support your local community.

I went came to the restaurant this morning to get breakfast.. I went in line A at first because I assumed line B was closed. After seeing a customer being helped in line B I shortly left line A and went to B.. While I was in line B no one helped me.. and not wait one second or nothing.. I had to leave the line and go on the inside.. Once I was inside was helped.. very good customer on the inside.. drive thru needs some work..

Having been to Texas many times, we had never tried Whataburger. We both ordered a meal with a regular burger, and I didn't change any of the toppings. (Hubby asked for the tomatoes yo be left off). Service was okay and they did bring our food to the table. I thought the burger was tasty enough, although I'm not sure what the buzz is. I do know Texans are proud of their Whataburgers. Will we be back? Well, I am not a fast food burger fan. I would eat here again, but I am not putting Whataburger at the top of my "must do again" list. Sorry Texas.

I strongly advise others to avoid this establishment based on my recent experience. After placing a simple order, I witnessed staff openly belittling one of their own employees in an extremely unprofessional and degrading manner. They mocked her intelligence, used offensive language, and treated her with a level of disrespect that was shocking to observe in any workplace. When I respectfully questioned why an employee was being spoken to in such a manner, the situation escalated without reason. Instead of addressing the concern or offering clarification, I was abruptly told to leave and was met with aggressive behavior and implied threats. I then requested to speak with a manager in hopes of resolving the situation professionally. Instead, I was removed from the premises with no explanation other than vague accusations suggesting I somehow “knew” the employee—despite the fact that I live over fifteen hours away and had never met anyone there in my life. The complete lack of professionalism, accountability, and respect for both customers and staff is alarming. This experience was unacceptable, and I cannot recommend this business under any circumstances.

horrible service, rude employees, and they just throw the food together have of the food we ordered wasn’t even prepared right buns soggy as hell and they were falling apart, won’t be going back really should be offering a refund

After more than one chance this establishment is 0 for 4 on getting an order correct the last straw was trying to pass a whataburger jr bun off as my number 5 meal. Avoid this location no matter how much you like whataburger because this is a failed one that needs a full shutdown and restart.

Cold food, never get an order right and a Whataburger is the size of a McDonald's cheeseburger now. This place sux.. and im a huge Whataburger fan my whole life. The Patty melt looked like a grilled cheese and no ice in my tea I can go on but I hope its an isolated situation.

My husband and I had just got off work looking for dinner and breakfast around 2am. Instead of going to Denny's or McDonald's, we chose Whataburger. Once inside, all we could smell was Contender, from the trash can to both of the drink fountain machines which both had contender sprayed and sitting all over them. My husband ordered a #7 combo with double cheese added, bacon, and jalapeños. I ordered a double jalapeños biscuits with sausage gravy and just a #7 burger with no cheese, add mayo, and mustard. My meat had no season on it and was undercooked and cold. My biscuits were so old and hard that my tooth chipped after biting into it. The gravy was just that, gravy with hardly any breakfast sausage meat. Mind you that I paid over $25 for this food. The service was rude. My husband asked if the cashier could fix him his coke beverage because the fountain machine in the lobby was contaminated with the contender. She replied, hers like that too, speaking on the drive thru. So does that mean we were selling undercooked or half done burger patties, old food, and contaminated beverages? I didn't like the service, the quality of my food, or the cleanliness of this restaurant inside nor out. I will not be returning to this location. I wish I could get my money back or food remade by a different shift, possibly a different Whataburger location. Like Bremond in Lufkin, TX.

First upon pulling into the drive thru, the lady at the window was rude and as were are giving our order she yells “ Give Me A minute “ we waited for 5 minutes to complete our order. We pull up and the young lady must have had an issue with the previous car because when we got up there she say “ I don’t know why people feel like they can talk to us any kind of way “ I explained that the food has been prepared horribly and people pay for quality food and we aren’t getting it . That first shift and second shift are much better. She says” Why do you come here? “ there’s no other place open at this time is what we explained. She tells us “not to come back then and to enjoy our food on first shift and closes the window” the manager was there the entire time. They gave us our food which was cold and we were waiting for our drinks . The manager we explained the situation to him, in which he was standing there watching everything unfold. We had to wait for our drinks after we have asked for them four times. It was like the crew was so mad that they refused to give us our drinks.. I had to cuss for my drinks . I have never been so disrespected at a fast food place in this manner in all of my entire life. I hope that action is taken because we pay for good quality food and service and at this location at this time we aren’t getting that. I was so mad that I reported the situation to the corporate office. They looking at us in the window laughing as we are waiting for our drinks. If the restaurant was open I would’ve walked in and made situations worse. But thank god for drive thru.

Never going back, food quality is bad. Burger patties were dry, seemed like they were reheated. No one knows how to make well done onion rings. Not the first time food was bad. Tired of trying to get someone to care. Overpriced, bad quality...ok update, my daughter's chicken sandwich had a hair in the sandwich...got the MOD out of the back, she apologized and gave refund plus remade food but this was a very failed dinner. Expect much better quality from Whataburger but I appreciate the MOD trying to make it right.

My fries weren't full OR salted. My burger was messily made and had a chunk out of it. And dry, even with the avocado. Who puts white tomatoes on a burger, I guess them. The coke was the only good thing about the meal. NOT A HAPPY CUSTOMER!!!
