Absolute worst Dunkin I’ve ever been to. They’ve messed up orders before but today I was treated disrespectfully by an employee. As someone who works in customer service I would NEVER treat a customer this way. I ordered two donuts and two drinks on my app. Went inside and checked the bag, was missing a donut. No big deal, I asked for the other one and it was given to me. For the drinks, my iced tea lemonade was missing the iced tea. When I questioned, the redhead girl behind the counter said “oh we’re out of ice tea”. I was frustrated but not the end of the world as it was for someone else that didn’t mind. When I took a sip of my coffee, there was sugar in it. It can visibly be seen as well. I order sweet n low. When I asked the girl she argued that she put the right one in. I politely asked her to remake it and with attitude she snapped and said “just throw that out I guess”. I will not be coming to this Dunkin anymore. Very rude and unprofessional.

Whoever was working the drive thru Wednesday morning (3/12) around 9am needs to get better training in customer service. There is no reason I should be handed the wrong drink 3 times due to lack of listening and be given attitude and no apology for their mistake. I don’t even believe my drink was remade properly, instead just dumped multiple times and missing ingredients added to the top. A simple mistake couldn’t be fixed and my experience was ruined thanks to that employee

Horrible customer service. They have one kiosk for Baskin Robbins and one kiosk for dunkin- yet no one tells you that the line is all at Dunkin. Then you go and order ice cream, only for them to first charge you before you could even get what you wanted. I wound up standing on an empty line at the Baskin Robbins for five minutes like a fool in the rain. No one said anything as they went about their day. When I finally got on the Dunkin line when it was my turn, I asked if they were serving ice cream still. It seemed that I was bothering the worker. She tried to talk to me like I'm stupid, until I threw it back at her. I simply asked in response, "Do you even know how to use the kiosk?" All the ego went down the drain. I didn't even get the ice cream toppings I wanted because the cashier had no idea what she was charging on computer screen. So I wound up spending approximately $17 for two waffle "sundaes", as they call it, with no toppings. Oh yeah- not to mention I ask, "where's my toppings", only to be replied with "that's not included". Spend your money at Shake Shack or an independent ice cream parlor instead. Edit: I forgot to add.... The ice cream was insanely good, but when I got to the waffle cone. It was laced in adhesive from the paper. It was so sticky I had to wonder if I even got glue in my stomach. Absolutely gross when I got there

Only reason I go there because it’s on my way to work instead of going around to the other side of 59 and then back on other side 59 again. Looks like they trying to save money every where they can these stuffed mini bagel used to have filled cream all the way and now look at the pictures and see how much cream they put in.barley anything inside. And coffee is hit and miss someday they put too much sugar and someday it’s good they can’t even read a simple directions on label. DD NEED TO DO SOMETHING ABOUT THIS place And drive thru is terrible Design to get out. I get headaches driving around in circle. common no body has any brain left to make it simple enough to go out of this circus.

terrible service, I get it in the mornings it gets busy, but the lady who was doing the drive thru speaker had a very nasty attitude. Once I ordered I was thinking about adding something else and the lady gives a very rude remark saying the line is very long. This is completely unprofessional, this has happened not once but multiple times and I’m writing a review on it now because today seemed like she had the nastiest attitude

I ordered a half dozen donuts 3 glaze, 2 Boston cream, 1 jelly filled. I DID NOT GET ANYTHING I ORDERED! I only received 5 donuts and they were hard NOT fresh, the cake donuts especially. Never again.:(

Can anyone read the label? Clearly specifies Hot...and I get cold. I ordered through the app since the person picking it up is shy about their English but...guess I just poured 4 dollars down the drain.

Went in to pick up an order for myself and my boss. Got my coffee, some hash browns and a chai tea and bagel for my boss. Upon getting back to my workplace, my boss asks me if I dropped his tea or something.. he opens it and shows me this. His tea cup is more than half empty... To add to it, our receipt shows the bagel was requested to be toasted and it was not toasted. I can't seem to comprehend how someone could serve a less than half full cup of tea to a customer and think that this is right. All in all, we got an untoasted bagel. Along with a more than half empty cup of tea. Great job..

I went there to get an order from the app but my food wasn't ready. I had to wait over 20 minutes over the ready time on the app to finally get my food and the food was stale. I ended up throwing everything out. I don't know if the quality control changed but I went there, during the holidays for the pumpkin flavored donuts and coffee and everything tasted so stale that I had to throw everything out, which was a huge waste of money. The staff was not friendly either and they took too long to get the order ready and it made the visit worst since, was very early in the morning, where most places would be putting out fresh food and there was no line either. There is no excuse for old stale food in the morning and the online orders not being ready at the set time when, the whole reason of using the app is to get your food at a particular time and fresh food should be town out each morning, not reusing the same old food from the week.
