You can't go wrong with dunkn but be prepared that your order is wrong. They fix it quickly and are apologetic. Good coffee, good breakfast options, yummy donuts.

Clean establishment. Competent workers, good selection. It can get a bit crowded, but its big enough to handle it. Easily the best Dunkin within a couple of miles.

Very friendly and accommodating. I bought a dozen donuts and they lady put them in two seperate half dozen boxes that way I can have split them between my house and my inlaws house.

I go to so many dunkin's and this one is by far my favorite. The line always moves extremely fast the service is always wonderful and in my opinion they always make whatever i order perfectly expecially sushma!

Got some Dunkin on my way home from college at 12:30 am, I love how it’s 24 hours because sometimes after college you just wanna drink a cold one a eat some munchkins and this place really blessed up with that. I highly recommend to all you hungry night owls out there. What I got that specific day was 2 frozen Coffees with vanilla swirl and a box of munchkins, price was so worth it and the flavor of the coffee was immaculate! I highly recommend! At night I did drive thru and it was fast and very tasty

Popular java hole (coffee shop equivalent of watering hole). Brisk grab-n-go, quick bite. Fresh donuts, and good selection, everytime. Very nice & efficient counter service. The store is always well organized; rarely do we see a littered table that has not been cleared. Even better after remodeling (when 'Donuts' was also dropped from fascia sign). Takeouts are on a fast clip and these do not affect the speed at which in-store orders are processed! Clear point of purchase displays and an adorable 'think local' retail display (pic). Standing tall in this neighborhood, they open at 5:00 am, all seasons, all weather conditions. And, close at 10:00 pm. PS. 4 stars for food only because it's a forbidden pleasure. Otherwise it's 5*

I do not like the new design of the Dunkin’ Donuts stores. I like the old way it was much more simpler and much more nicer and it was better for employees to. It’s too much work to keep it clean.

Ample parking. Great selection of assorted coffees espresso drinks and freshly made sandwiches. Well staffed. Open 24 hours I conveniently located next to a diner also open 24 hours. Central to everything accessible from Jericho turnpike. Very clean. Bathrooms for customers only.

I am not a fan of their sandwiches, and you can get better bagels at most dedicated bagel shops, but I love the coffee. Hot or iced, I prefer the taste to Starbucks or what I make at home.

Donuts are good, but beware you can get a stale one. Also they can't make a coffee light to save their life. I only buy donuts, anything else is just meh for me.

One of the better Dunkins around me. They have fresh donuts even late Ihave found. Meaning not that stale tasting lol. Service was better than most and good seating area. Also my coffee was made the same on random trips. Also decent parking area. Worth a stop

Last time I left a review was 4 years ago so I wanted to update it. Back then I gave it a 1 star. I am giving it 4 now. And the reason is because they at least have been getting the orders right which was consistently a problem awhile ago. Seems they have stepped up in this place. Your order may take a little longer. But I would rather it be right at least.

The staff is nice and the food is fine but they mix the drinks awfully compared to other locations.

Great for a late night or daytime sugar or caffeine fix. Not spectacular, but pretty convenient. Plus there's a PokeStop right next door.

Food good but can barely understand staff who speak too quickly with thick accents. Staff sometimes makes errors on orders.

Ok now. About a year and a half ago they didnt have good service or good quality. Seems to be better now. In general not a big fan.

Nice enough place, but when I was waiting line the woman behind the counter kept talking to her co-workers mid order, you can see the customers disgust. There is no more customer service and people wonder why McD's has kiosks. At least the Kiosk's thanks us.

This is the nearest Dunkin Donuts to me. I'm not too happy with the menu changes. There is no more package deals like 2 donuts and cup of medium coffee for x amount of dollars. The coffee tastes weak or watered down. They don't know cafe au lait is on the menu. They are quick to get your items to you.

This location is a huge hit or miss! They've messed up so many of my mobile order drink orders before and they're super, super slow even when they aren't busy. They have never given me an issue to remake anything they mess up which is good. They just aren't ever staffed properly and lack a good manager. The donuts have never been an issue for me, they consistently taste good. Most of the staff are very nice and friendly as well. The location is usually clean, bathroom is working, and I always see the workers cleaning up the place.

Definitely not my favorite coffee shop near me. Parking is horrible and workers seem bothered when they are suppose to do their job.

There is no signage to show you where the line starts, line forms on the left side of the cashiers and exit thru right. 3 Stars off because there were no signage and took me 10 min to get a single cup of coffee.

I order my Caramel Latte about 4 times a week on the App. For about the last month the lattes have been so bitter. I can’t even drink them. I always loved this location but now I think I need to change.

Place has been going downhill the past few months. They consistently mess up mobile orders.

Staff doesn't even know the Dunkin lingo of how to prepare their own drinks, nor do they prepare their drinks properly. They also lied about the seasonal drinks. Huge attitude problems from some of the workers there as well.

Dunkin’s bathrooms widely used by public in US however, at this location you may not allowed. They have a door lock system in restroom now which is controlled remotely and have to ask one of the staff to open it. They are selective to open the door. You might not get the door open even it was opened for a customer ahead of you, so mean. I had that bitter experience couple of times.

Is somebody down for an expensive cup of milk?! Because that's exactly what I got, a Medium cup full of milk. Not a single drop of coffee inside. If there is something these people don't fail at, is at disappointing their customer, and the worst part is that you don't even realize your order is wrong just after 20 minutes, when you are about to sip your coffee and you find out there is actually no coffee. Just WOW!

the food was good but i went in to order my food and as i was ordering i saw a roach running on the counter and i pointed it out to the worker and he didnt even kill it. he let it run away. gross

There is a nasty manager who yells at people. They get orders wrong and their drinks often taste disgusting. Other locations are much better. Don't bother coming here.

Note! I am not a racist and not turned off in the least by the racial bkgnd of the counter person/managers. But they don't speak English. Ordered chocolate donut & avocado toast. Got chocolate covered donut & bagel w/ humus. Had to go back to re-order Grandma's plain bagel. Got a toasted, buttered plain bagel. IF there is a next time, I'll order on line!

I used to decently like Dunkin’ last week even though I got a cold uncooked meal. You could call it a chance. This time I went and specifically told them to bake it well, but still I got a cold flavorless mini bagel. The staff are in their own thoughts and hardly acknowledge and listen to the customer. Walked into a completely empty inside with my wife on our bicycles, to grab some ice coffee on a break. An elder gentleman started yelling at us as if we are teenagers to get our bicycles out of the store. Insane! He could have easily asked nicely to place them to the side or anything reasonable. When I responded and said l, you will now lose our business, he started to try and backtrack. There are too many Dunkins around to deal with attitude like that.

I just mobile ordered a hot coffee and they instead gave me an iced coffee, I showed them that the order was wrong but they still didn’t care or changed it just had a bad attitude. There’s two men working here now and they don’t care what your order is, they give you whatever they like..

My sister and I stood there waiting for our drinks for about 10 minutes (we mobile ordered on our own phones), in which she then realizes & points out to me that my beverage is in a cup holder for someone else’s COMPLETELY DIFFERENT ORDER. So I tell the employee and she hands it to me. If my sister hadn’t noticed, then someone else would’ve taken my order. Then, my sister tells them she ordered munchkins with her drink. They did not provide her with a paper receipt which they do forget to sometimes with the mobile orders. So we stand back and look at her phone to pull out the mobile receipt. The employee laughs and says, “if you’re just going to stand there all day and not ask us for help then you’re not going to get anything….” Weird. So then we show her the receipt on her phone, showing that we purchased munchkins with our order. Then, what I assume to be the manager comes over and says we cannot receive the items if we don’t have the paper receipt (WHICH THEY DID NOT EVEN PROVIDE FOR US). And even though I showed proof of purchase on her phone, they still refused until we kept explaining to them we never got a receipt and we have the proof on her phone. I’ve just never had service like this at this location, it’s surprising to me that they’d argue with us over 3 DAMN MUNCHKINS. All the other times Ive been here the service has been amazing. I’m just shocked now that they think I’d lie about 3 DAMN MUNCHKINS.
