Reliable salad shop with good app-based ordering system. Store doesn’t have much seating and gets slammed between noon and 1:30pm. Please stay out of office workers’ way.

This is the second location I have been to. There are several kiosk, and I was assisted by one of the friendly staff as I made my choice. I think most locations close at 5 PM. It would behoove anyone desirous of a healthy, delicious meal to do so before 4:30 PM to be considerate of the employees who have to close by 5 PM.

Fast and efficient! Visited for lunch and although they were filling close to 30 orders at a time it only took about 5 min to receive my food. Tons of people working to prep all the salads then put them out for pickup. I chose one of the protein salads and it was delicious!

Great service and a very clean location! In my opinion, they have one of the best wraps, especially if you’re on the go. It’s easy to eat while driving and fits perfectly in the cup holder between bites. Highly recommend!

I always have a great experience at this Chopt. The team is unfailingly friendly and quick, which really matters when you're short on time for lunch in New York. The ingredients are always fresh, and you can taste the quality in every bite. My latest order was a steak wrap - the tender steak was cut into just the right size pieces, and the mix of arugula, tomatoes, and cheese was spot on. Honestly, this Chopt never disappoints.

Delicious first Chopt visit! Placed my order on one of the 5 kiosks - super easy process. There’s a display screen showing you where in line your order is. There’s clearly marked shelves for pickup and delivery order but for in-house they just called out my name. The warm grain bowl was delicious! The chocolate chunk cookie had good flavor and texture but was wildly small for the price especially considering it is prepackaged and not baked fresh on site. I wish the bowls included more than 4 toppings - I added on 4 more at $0.89 each. While the bowl got pricy fast, the food quality was excellent as was the quantity of food. I’ll definitely be returning when I want to splurge on a hearty yet healthy bowl.

My first time ordering and one of the employees came outside the counter to help me and explain in detail and with such patience how to do it. The have so many choices to choose from i couldn't make up my mind so i decided for the Mediterranean tahini warm bowl and it was the bomb i definitely recommend to try this place.

Chopt team has good work ethic in this location. They’re multiple companies in the near vicinity which depend on them, with sometimes 50-100 people ordering at a time. Sometimes with such large amount of orders, they can run a few minutes behind, but they are organized and work to meet the demand. They show which orders are in progress on mobile and large screen inside. Love the mobile ordering system. At this location, ingredients are fresh (which some other NYC locations don’t have as fresh ingredients) with diverse options. Kudos!

The warm bowl was delicious. It is self-order and the tap buttons were a bit glitchy, but the service was fast and courteous.

The salad was decent, but not enough dressing. And once you get it, there’s not really any way to get more.

I’m literally shocked - there is something really bizarre/wrong with the staff that work at this place. I just picked up an order of the Harvest Bowl, got home to find out that they gave me a (half-full) bowl of rice and chicken — no kale, sweet potatoes or goat cheese. I’m at a loss what to make of this. And this is not the first time they’ve done something so absurd or absolutely bizarre with our orders…! Do yourself a favor and *stay away*.

Forgot to put chicken on my bowl. Had us review for a free bag of chips but didn’t make the bowls correctly

Lovely place but horrible food. Not a problem of this store, I think just overall chopt is bad.
