Sweet Green is my favorite place on the go! Two things that a value - healthy meals, fast! In the past two weeks I have been doing an experiment, I ate dinner everyday at Sweet Green in Dumbo, and I feel awesome! Lots of energy, no bloating - that’s what clean ingredients do!

This is my favorite sweetgreen in the city so far. It is very spacious with lots of tables and chairs. The lighting that comes in is quite pretty! Staff are typically friendly and helpful. There is a bathroom here. I like the minimal decoration. Definitely try the warm bowl it is my favorite thing on the menu! Also if you order through the app it is very quick!

We were lucky to have good experience with the staff 🤷‍♂️ I read other people’s reviews before coming and was slightly worried. We loved our salads. Fresh veggies, delicious dressings. The grilled chicken is very delicious too. Highly recommend “sweetgreen” for a healthy lunch.

I ordered the carmelized steak bowl with white instead of wild rice. It just looked blahhh and tasted the same. The broccoli was ice cold and didnt taste spicy. the portion size of broccoli and sweet potatoes seemed way too small. I used to love sweet green but something with the food has changed and I won’t be back.

First to Sweetgreen! I love all the vivid colors offered. I order the “Fish Taco Bowl” with steelhead trout. I thought the bowl was decent, a good imitation of the fish taco. I did find the fish to be dry but the hot sauce and dressing helped. My boyfriend had the “Super Green Goddess”, which I thought was much better because of various veggies and how it came together. The staff was friendly and polite.

Be careful because the quality of their product is low - since they don’t wash the salad. I found caterpillar 🐛 in my bowl today.

horrible customer service. staff literally yell at you if you politely ask them to repeat what they’ve just said. I’m not asking for a smile but angry faces and throwing the utensils after using it aren’t gonna make this a good environment for eating, I also saw a customer asking for the restroom and the staff screamed saying it’s closed and to use the next shop. food is good though.

The food was really good, but I’m honestly very disappointed that I wasn’t allowed to use the restroom — even after spending $40 on my lunch. That’s unacceptable and really frustrating for paying customers

I work in the area so I came on my lunch break on Labor Day. Three people working and only one person ahead of me. Workers ignored me for a good 4 minutes. Everyone looked miserable who was working. The girl came over to help me and started making my salad wrong- the goat cheese and peach. I had to tell her what greens went in it. There was no smile. No thank you. I asked for the dressing to be tossed. She barely did that. For $27 the service is not worth the price

Rude lady at the counter! Stopped in just to grab a bottle of lemonade. The woman at the counter said “sure,” then walked away to serve other customers and left me standing there. I was at the counter first, but had to wait until everyone else’s orders were rung up before I could even pay. How hard is it to reach for a bottled beverage just behind the counter? Got my own cup of ice, asked if they had a lid — no response. She wasn’t distracted, just plain rude. Way to make a good impression on customers. I’ll stick to CAVA - not once have they treated me like this.

I went in and ordered a new peach and goat cheese salad. I asked for arugula instead of kale, and got spring mix. The peaches were not peaches, they were nectarines, and they were not even remotely ripe, and thus inedible. The spring mix was wilted and did not taste fresh, but bitter. So, I got one scoop of goat cheese and half an avocado for $19. Won't be returning here again.

This location was a disappointment as I sit outside after being denied service. Because they claim “the fries wouldn’t be ready anytime soon.” I am not in a rush and they just ignored us and took other orders. Very rude.

Friend and I came in to use the bathroom. She has a GI disease and medical clearance card that permits her to use any bathroom per the ADA. Staff rudely tell us we need to buy something first. Ok, no problem that’s a common rule. I go up to the front to buy an apple juice for my friend so she can use the restroom. Staff member super rudely goes “if you both want to use the bathroom you BOTH have to buy something.” I say it’s just for her to use the bathroom, then I ask if there’s a code. She said another staff member will unlock the door for us. There is at this point a long line queuing for the bathroom as many other paying customers are waiting to use it, and staff are only allowing one stall to be used, even there there are two viable vacant bathrooms. We wait in line for a while as the staff rudely yell at more paying patrons who come get in line for the bathroom. The place was empty so it was actually insane to us why the staff are so rude and care so much about something trivial. One staff member is literally GUARDING THE BATHROOM DOOR LIKE A PRISON WARD. Inside the bathroom it was disgusting: there was only roll of toilet paper and it was on the floor and wet, the soap dispenser was broken and didn’t work, and floor was wet and slippery. If I could give them 0 stars I would. After we left we saw them BARRICADING THE BATHROOM (see photo). Just weird and freak behavior. I’ve worked in customer service and restaurants so I know I as one customer mean nothing to this business, but the experience was so irritating that I’m never buying Sweetgreen again out of sheer principle.
