My girlfriend and her mom stopped in at this Dunkin’ in their way back from a long shopping trip. They were both looking for a little pick-me-up to get them home, and what they got was a lot more than that. They were greeted by a lovely young lady who was very kind and patient as neither of them are very familiar with the menu at this particular coffee shop. Both of them really enjoyed getting the chance to speak with her and the rest of the staff, they all made their experience very enjoyable. The very proactive staff even went ahead making the first drink my girlfriend had ordered which she had then canceled, but the staff was kind enough to let her take both drinks home. One staff member even offered her mom a complementary donut for making the long trip all the way from Canada. Unfortunately neither of them could remember the cashier’s name, but both of them agreed that she had exceptional costumer service skills and was an absolute pleasure to speak to. They can’t wait to stop in again on their next trip down! Thank you everyone for making their day!

This used to be my morning stop daily on my way to work. I now work from home. I will still grab a hot or iced coffee on occasion. Majority of the time I order from my phone app & pick up inside. Coffee is good but can be inconsistent in flavor. I order the same things & they tend to taste different all the time.

We traveled long distance and we found out that the washroom were closed. We had to use the washroom at Starbucks which was across the street. The service was good. The latte was not hot as we expected. The cold drinks were great. they replaced our cold lattes with hot coffees.

My friend plate came with 2 eggs when it supposed to have 3 my friend complained and he got his xtra egg. My order came with 2 pancake instead of 3 as the menu picture showed. Waitress wasn't to polite nor rude but bland.

Definitely not like Canadian establishments. It's cleanliness needs improvement but the staff was friendly which made the experience good. Not a large variety in hot beverages but the servings are decent.

As Canadians, we had always heard great things about Dunkin Donuts and we left feeling disappointed. The service was fine. In fact, our server was quite friendly and helpful and our order came to us fairly quickly but the quality didn't match the hype. The coffee tasted watered down and weak. We aren't even sure what our iced coffee tasted like but it wasn't the iced coffee we are used to. To top it off, the donuts are more cake than doughnut. Maybe it is just what we are used to but we just left, as I said, feeling disappointed.

Waited almost 10 minutes for someone to acknowledge we were at the counter waiting to place a order. When we got the order of 3 drinks one was missing and when shown receipt they made it wrong. Ordered a candy bar ice latte and was given Carmel crunch 3x each time the server tried to tell us that Carmel crunch was the candy bar syrup. We ended up taking the drink and walking out. NEVER going back to nfblvd location again.

In a tourist/boarder so I always take it with a grain of salt. I could barely understand the person through the order microphone, and when I got to the window, customer service was non-existent. I love Dunkins, but this coffee was terrible and when did their prices match Starbucks?

i got a strawberry daydream refresher before going to work today, when i arrived to work 5 minutes later the refresher was completely separated and disgusting, no matter how much i mixed it it just kept doing this. it seemed as tho it was made with whipped cream instead of cold foam. anyways i went back after i got outta work hoping to get a new one and was told i couldn’t and when i asked to speak to a manager i was told there wasn’t one. not to mention i had to wait at the counter while all the employees were in the back talking. very upsetting

Only one employee (who is super rude) working. Severely understaffed.

I have been going different Dunkin’ Donuts that I always requested for whipped cream on my iced coffee with no cost till this area cost me for whipped cream?! 😂😂, don’t go this area and using ur money which is not suppose to cost for whipped cream smh

None of them know how to make a coffee to save their lives ordered a large triple triple and they basically gave me just a plain coffee with cream and no sugar so I just sipped a plain black coffee it’s just sad I order something and I have to take it back home to fix it Dunkin on the blvd can do so much better but they won’t been the same run down store since it was built

I ordered a Bacon breakfast taco at the drive-thru and waited at the window for over eight minutes for my order of two items. This is a picture of the Taco I received, untouched. I went inside and confronted them and asked for them to remake it and the employee replied with “there’s nothing we can do.” I asked to speak to a manager (because this obviously wasn’t true) and he told me that there was no manager available with an attitude. It’s a shame because I loved Dunkin’ but will never return after this experience. Very disappointed.
