Alejandro provided excellent service during our breakfast at The Original Pancake House in Coral Springs. The food was great, and the menu updates over the years have kept things fresh. I’ve been coming here for 10+ years and will keep coming back!

I just wanna say that i loved my waitress, Khiara. There was a mix up with my order and Khiara helped me sort it out. She really helped make this experience. She was very patient and accommodating, overall an amazing waitress. The food ended up being amazing, definitely would come back!!

Had a great experience at OPH in Coral Springs. The food was good and the fact they have gluten free options is a big plus. Our server Alejandro was excellent, the wait was minimal for a Saturday and the menu options are quite wide with both healthy options and the regular fare. Will definitely be back.

Our waitress Lena was very pleasant, friendly, and extremely knowledgeable about the items on the menu and gave her personal suggestions. She was very attentive and kept coming back to our table to ensure that everything was good. She kept coming by to see if we needed anymore coffee, drinks, food, etc. Definitely a great experience and we will be back. I will ask for waitress Lena as she was exceptional.

My husband and I have been here a couple of times but have also ordered pick-up. More recently, we came here with our 3 year old daughter and had a great time. We had their oven baked omelet, which is so amazing! We also had their crepes, which was our first time trying, and we were not disappointed. Our daughter had their rainbow pancakes, and she wouldn't put down the fork long enough because she was loving it! The food here is beyond good and the staff are friendly. Our daughter loved our waitress and even told her that she loved her blue hair. We have yet to try everything from the menu, but we will definitely be coming back again for more. The place was very clean and had a nice atmosphere, including the bathrooms. Highly recommended for breakfast or anytime.

The food is amazing as always my server today was Khiara. She was very pleasant and paid attention to the details. My coffee never went below half full and the overall service added to the already great meal.

Been eating here for 5 years. Food is great with yummy gluten free options. Service is always stellar! Today we were served by Alejandro, who was very anttentive. Atmosphere is clean and tidy, just a bit worn.

The staff at this location is so friendly and attentive! Lena had my food out so quick and the Manager Emily made sure everything tasted yummy. I was particularly impressed with the Strawberry Crepe, it took me right to France! 10/10, I will be coming back!

This is our go-to breakfast place for my daughter and I. We love the service and the food. So many options and the freshly squeezed orange juice is so good! All the servers are great and Lena is pretty awesome. She always made sure we had what we needed! We ate everything!

This is my first time dining in one of your restaurants and my experience was excellent. I ordered a senior meal thinking it would be nowhere near enough food and I couldn’t even finish it. The food was delicious cooked perfect perfectly. And our waiter, Alejandro was so polite and attentive.

American classic breakfast. the All about eggs (two by two by two) is my favorite: 49’s pancakes, over easy eggs, bacon and hash browns; accompanied with 2 cups of great coffee. Ladys is the best waitress, she’ll make you feel at home.

I have tried good Pancakes but theirs are the best! Excellent service and good prices.

My best friend and I always love going to our local Original Pancake House because of the very yummy omelettes and my favorite apple pancake, but most importantly, because of our server, Lena. Having her as our waitress is always a joy, and her attentiveness and friendliness towards us keep us visiting frequently. We stay for the food, but come to this specific location just to see Lena. I wish other restaurants have someone like her as their employee, because she makes the visit worth it.

Came here with my family for breakfast and was overall very satisfied. We were greeted and looked after by our server, Josh, who took good care of us and was pleased by his service. We ordered the bacon and eggs with pancakes and home fries and everything came out hot and tasting great. The bacon was cooked nice and crispy which I loved. The pancakes were delicious as well. The restaurant itself has an old school diner vibe which I liked. Prices were what I would have expected so no issues there.

I was hungry looking for a breakfast near to my RBnB and I found this really good place. When I saw Lena, with her good actitud and service arriving to the table with my pancakes, I knew my vacation day started in the best way.

We came here on a Sunday around 12pm because IHOP and Denny's were crowded. But I am so glad we did come here. I had the pancakes, bacon and eggs and hash browns for $8 and a baked omelette with pancakes for only $14. The servings are Big and the PANCAKES ARE RIDICULOUSLY GOOD! Servers are very friendly and we had Miss LILIANA as our server. She was very nice, patient, and personable. Thanks for the customer service and delicious food. I will be returning. 😊😉

I had not been here in a year or so, but needed some breakfast while in the area so I stopped in. The restaurant was nearly empty as it was a Monday morning around 9am. The waitress was quick to help me and got my coffee and order right away. The breakfast did take a bit of time to come out. This was weird as I was about the only one in there. Once the food did come out, it was just as ordered and was fresh, hot, and delicious.

Our server Alejandro was very good and attentive. He was knowledgeable of the menu and helped find good combos. The food came out quick, we wanted to try the signature meal but they said it takes 30 minutes to make.. Food tasted pretty good, the coffee was alright.

Cool day, very cold restaurant. Empty and was seated as far from the kitchen as possible. Very sweet server. Coffee was cold by the time it came. Orange juice served in stryofoam. I won't use these at home and hate drinking from them. ( and they are bad for the environment. Food was good. Was not very busy at lunchti.e on a Sunday. Time to update this review we’ve been at this restaurant maybe 10 times since the last review pretty much consistent nine of the 10 times the food was good and fresh 9 to 10 times. The service is pretty good 8 to 10 times today may be an Aberration but the service was terrible. My pancakes were OK. My friends eggs Benedict was actually not very good. The eggs were Overcooked today’s coffee was watered down, basically almost a total disappointment. I’ve actually revisited the stars in the restaurant and took away stars.

this is a nice spot for breakfast. easy parking. nice, clean establishment. friendly staff and not so terrifying clientele lol. i've never dined in, just take out and every time they've nailed my order with sauces and topping on the side! attention to detail is great. i've ordered from here strawberries and chocolate chip crepes, a ham and cheese crepe, pancakes with chocolate chips and m&ms, and chicken and waffles. i would not get the strawberry and chocolate chip crepes again. something tasted off. not bad but it just wasn't satisfying for me personally. the ham and cheese crepe was good, but that's just 1 crepe and hashbrowns. i wish it came with 2 for the price. the chicken and waffles were great. m&m and chocolate chip pancakes great. the only real complaint is just pricing. if everything was like a dollar or 2 cheaper it'll be worth buying more often.

Great place, but service was very slow (they were busy). Decent selection of breakfast choices, lunch options available. Food was diner style, straight forward. The atmosphere was loud and lively.

Very clean and spacious establishment. Staff was friendly enough and brought us our order correctly. Lots of food! Biscuits and gravy, scrambled eggs, bacon and sausage, and the original oven baked omelette we're all very good! Had to take home and to go box because we had so much to eat. No complaints at all.

Great food, friendly and helpful staff! Pricing is ok. Parking is one way but easy to use. The place could use a facelift.

I've ordered Huevos Rabcheros and Apple Crepe. I must say, the Crepe was outstanding! I wanted to have the same enthusiasm about Huevos Rancheros but it was missing "something". Now, I know I'm a picky eater and I've heard other people Raving about their omelettes so the place is definitely worth trying out.The service was friendly and our food arrived quickly. Kids eat free on selected days with a purchase of an adult meal. I recommend the place and I will be going back for some of their yummy crepes.

We really enjoy our visits when we a breakfast craving. They do a good job of meeting that need. The store is clean and the staff are professional. I would recommend. As far as the food goes they, do a good job, but for the most part we go for the general breakfast food, not something exotic, if that is what you are looking for I think you will be satisfied with your visit

I loved the breakfast here, what we tried they have good dishes, the pancakes and the bacon and coffee yes all the time. Me encantó el desayuno aqui lo que probamos tienen buenos platos, los panqueques y el beacon y café si todo el tiempo.

The Server we had was simply amazing. Attended to all our needs and the food was really good. Sanitation wise, not really the best. We had to ask our server for apple juice in to go cup cause the glass cups looked disgusting and then even when we got in the car with the to go cups my husband noticed how nasty his cup looked. Other than that we still enjoyed ourselves.

Food was fantastic. I tried three different breakfast menu items and was very satisfied. However, service was sub par. Had to flag down our waitress for help and even then, had to get our own spoon, napkins because she didn't come back. Shame.

I've been eating here off and on over the years I've lived in this area. It's consistently affordable food. The pancakes are definitely delicious, but I rarely order them. My favorite menu item so far is the huevos rancheros. The wait staff are usually very attentive, and they play oldies to keep the atmosphere consistently old-school diner.

Sweet breakfast fare and traditional breakfast sides with a wide variety of menu items and combinations Fluffy pancakes and waffles. Food came out fast and hot. Great place for a quick and traditional breakfast.

We like The Original Pancake House. My friend wanted Blueberry blitzes and she enjoyed them as usual. On the other hand, they were out of honey for her tea. I ordered the breakfast burrito and I have to say it was definitely on the bland side. Good that it wasn't too salty, but there wasn't any salsa or sauce inside, either. The tortilla was a bit dry, too. I don't think OPH has Latin hot sauces on hand, but Tabasco sauce helped a bit. Next time I'll stick to 'murrican food, which they do pretty well.

Used to great, solidly mediocre and expensive. Used to come here all the time 15-20 years ago and have been a few times in between. Went today against our better judgment. Holy cow the prices are insane. Almost $20 for very dry French toast, a tiny ramican of some watery strawberry syrup and some strawberries. $4 for a soda. The whole meal for 4 was $100 and the food was very very meh. Between failing health inspections and now overpriced and meh food will not be coming here again. Should have driven the extra 10 minutes to cracker barrel and saved money too for better food.

Don’t waste your money here if you have any talent in the kitchen. The food is mediocre at best and the prices are incredibly high for what you’re receiving.…ESPECIALLY if you are ordering for pick up. Thoroughly check your bag because they will charge you extra and not make sure your items are in the bag. I honestly was so disappointed in the French toast I ordered here that I would never order or step foot in this restaurant again. My husband and I used to eat here 10 years ago and the prices have literally more than doubled and the quality is complete garbage.

We were there earlier today. It used to be a wonderful place for Breakfast. I loved the baked apply pancake.. The last 2 times I was there I was very disappointed. It used to be large in diameter, now it is smaller in diameter and very thick, so the inside is not properly cooked. Too bad they changed the way they used to bake it. I complained to someone who said she was the manager, who brought me a Swedish pancake which arrived after everyone else with me had finished eating. I would have thought the manager would have given us some consideration to make it right, but nothing was done.

My reviews ⭐️are based on ✅egan ✅egetarian and coffee ☕️ I order like avocado toast it was very lame. In the other hand I also had the spinach cheese crepe and honestly wasn’t that bad at all. So at least they have an option right? What you will find here is Traditional American breakfast food with weak flavorless American coffee. (In Spanish agua de calcetín )

The good: Seated quickly and the food was good. The bad: The food took a really long to come out- and I don’t mean because it takes longer because they make it fresh. We then got our food at different times so some people were done before others got their food. This was so bizarre. 1st plates that came out first were eaten and then waited before getting the rest. If there was excellent service it would make up for this but on top of it we couldn't get drinks refilled Amir any updates from the server. The kitchen being short staffed has nothing to do with that. They also added gratuity onto the checks without saying anything about it. If you have hours to eat breakfast then go there.

Okay... first let me say that the waitress was nice and none of this negative review is her fault. I have eaten many times at all of The Original Pancake Houses in the south Florida area and the food has always been very good. This restaurant has really gone down hill as far as the interior and cleanliness is concerned. I love the Swedish pancakes but this morning they came burnt. I was seated at 8:05 AM and was not served until 8:50. A poor experience which I guess could only be blamed on the ownership and management. They took the Swedish pancakes off my bill without me having to ask. I would recommend the interior be updated and the chef be retrained.

I recommended to eat here with my sister and am regretting it thoroughly. I should have trusted my gut and left before eating anything here. The only redeeming quality of this restaurant was the server who was courteous and professional. The tables and booths however were not clean at all and the menus were greasy. The AC must have been down because it was hot and humid inside the restaurant. Most dishes are at least $17-$20 so you would at least expect some quality food. I ordered the chicken club which came with burnt bread, the driest chicken patty and an old chewy piece of bacon with some American cheese. There was no sauce on the sandwich at all and it came with a sauce bowl’s worth of home fries. I practically had to speed home to get to the bathroom as the sandwich went right through me. I should have not eaten that sandwich and gotten a refund instead of paying to get sick. There were also no seasoning on any of the food. Please give some salt and pepper to the chef and clean the restaurant. I will not be coming back here and will tell others not to come here.

Pancakes where way overcooked on one side, corn beef hash was so horrible we never ate any more after first bite, syrup was simply so running it was sugar water, home fries were over cooked and hard, fresh orange juice had several black specks swimming in glass, fresh toast tasted like fried eggs. Never again will I go to this restaurant. So disappointed.

Terrible experience, We were seated in a timely manor but it took about 10 minutes to even get a drink order in. Keep in mind the resturant was about 1/4 full , with people standing around waiting to be seated and it seemed very understaffed.BUT My issue was not with the server. I ordered the biscuts and gravy the gravy looked like a roux a brown with a grey tinge to it with cut up patties and links left over from the day before stired in.It was horrible. BUT My biggest issue was the salt shaker YES THE SALT SHAKER.....My daughter tried to salt her eggs and when it did not work she removed the top...The shaker was riddled with rust and crumbling pieces felt in the shaker and colored the salt a nice orange/red color. We explained it to the server and he just took it away. At this point it did not really expect much from this place. I do not recommend this location at all.

I was disappointed when I went to a pancake house and the pancakes came out cold and over cooked the first time then undercooked the second time. I left without eating them. Then asked to speak to the manager and was too busy to come and talk to me. First time there in a long time, But today was the last time forever. Terrible pancakes for a place with name House of Pancakes. Our server Joel was great.

This place should have stayed in the 1970s. People today will pay a much higher price for food than back then, but they’re also expecting quality, value, and atmosphere. This place is a dive, a relic from days long gone. The inside looks untouched since opening day decades ago. The pancakes, although tasty (reason for a second star), were good BUT, they’re small. Real small and at $3 per, it’s an outright ripoff. The service, at least by our server was uncaring, uninterested, and uninspired. Having to wait for syrup and butter AFTER pancakes have been served cased my meal to get cold enough where the butter wouldn’t even melt 🤦. Obviously those things should have been provided prior to the food being served. Sorry we wasted our time and money. We Will not return, and we certainly do not, and will not recommend this establishment.

Ordered at 11:20am, more than half the food was missing and the food that did come looked like this. I ordered delivery and total was about $90. To say I’m disappointed is an understatement. The bag was stapled shut, with no extra holes so can’t blame the driver

God awful experience here, the food tasted horrible & you pay $15 for a plate that looks like it was missing food….. Very obvious that the only people who enjoy the food here are people with numb taste buds.

Have been here couple times and didn't have a bad experience but today was one of those days. Took over an hour for my food. Then the bread was burned. Customers to came after me left before me since they got served . Not sure if it was the waiter or in general the whole staff but not a good experience.

I would like a refund on my lunch yesterday September 18th. My boyfriend ordered a turkey wrap to go for me. The wrap was missing thick cut bacon, more of just a wheat tortilla shell than turkey, tomato and lettuce. Wrap looked sad, the gas station has better wrap than this. Hash browns were burned.

I ordered breakfast Pancake and sausage with blueberry, and it smell awful like it was prepared on the same area with fish, my server prepared a new meal order of the same pancake with bacon instead of sausage, but it still smell like raw fish, i could not eat it, so i paid for meal and leave the mealon the table

I used to love the original pancake House. Over the years it’s declined and deteriorated but now it’s just inedible and not worth any of the money. I had a Bogo omelette which I don’t even understand how they can do that. And it tasted like a Bogo omelette pretty disgusting, wet and slimy inside gross. No cheese even though I requested it and Would’ve been upcharged for it If I had a complaint that it wasn’t there. I wouldn’t go back to this place ever.

Mi Segunda ves desayunando en este lugar y esta visita bien desagradable para empesar no estaba tan lleno para el desayuno tardar tanto,llego todo mal el beacon de mi nin̈a llego con un pedaso de o plastico o un pedaso de un̈as olvide tomar una foto seguido de que mi desayuno llego como no era y para colmo con un cabello y nos sentaron en una mesa donde el suelo estaba una leche derramada y ni limpiaron nos sentaron y ya para colmo tbn nos dice ok no te vamos a cobrar por esto no por lo otro y pagamos casi $69.00 espero pueda subir la foto porque si tome la del cabello porque ya era demasiado no recomendaria ya este lugar.Si se pudiera NO Daria ni una Estrella. Lamentablemente no me dio la opcion de Subir la Foto
